I am sure you all have noticed my lack of activity here. because of that, I have decided to move padme to my multimuse. I will keep this blog up for when the muse is stronger again, but for now, she will be found on the multi.

"THIS IS THE LAST STRAW" PROMPTS * assorted dialogue, adjust as necessary
i'm done talking about this.
we're through with this.
stop bringing it up with me.
i don't want to talk to you anymore.
it's over.
you could have communicated it to me. we could have talked this through.
you were never going to do anything i said.
you crossed a line.
you've been lying to me this whole time, and i'm sick of it.
i'm not about to listen to you spin more lies.
pack your things and get moving.
it's been decided. you leave tonight.
whatever you're about to say, it won't work on me.
i have listened to too many of your lies to care anymore.
meeting you was a mistake.
you're done here.
i can't take any more of this.
you have crossed me for the last time.
i warned you what would happen if you did that.
you took everything from me.
no more excuses.
this is the last time we'll be seeing each other.
i want you out of here by tomorrow.
i never want to see your face again.
you have destroyed everything with your foolishness.
i could overlook one mistake, but this is far beyond what is acceptable.
you expect me to just look the other way?
you've done irreparable damage to everyone around you.
there's nothing you can say that will change my mind.
i have no desire to talk things out.
you promised me a solution.
there were other ways to go about doing this.
you should have listened to me from the very beginning.
stop talking to me.
everything got worse when you showed up.
i had a plan in place and you ruined it.
no one wants you here.
you can't just take everything back.
this is all your fault.
i have no desire to make things right with you.
you came on way too strong.
i don't think anyone around here trusts what you have to say.
you've made a fool out of yourself.
well. that's it then.
you can see yourself out.
pretty sure you made your decision well before you even came here.
you were never going to give me a chance.
you're a shit liar.
you ended up hurting a lot of people in the process.
everything was better before you showed up.
i will never trust anyone ever again because of you.
this is your doing.

‘thinking about how prequels are so often inherently tragedies, we know how they’re going to end because we know what it is they’re preceding; this is a very old story there is no other version of this story; it’s a sad song a sad tale a tragedy but we’re gonna sing it again and again; this was always going to happen she’s been dead since the beginning‘

friendly reminder here and across my blogs, I for the most part put some form of 'please do not reblog' on posts that aren't threads because I don't like my activity feed to be too cluttered. if I see that continuing to happen, I will block. It is in my rules, please read them and those posts are tagged that way for good reason.

@tapalslegacy: liked.
If there was one thing Padmé knew, it was that she could trust a Jedi whether she knew them or not. Cal was very new to her, but so far, they’d gotten out of a dangerous situation with their lives intact and all thanks to his useful acrobatics skills. Considering her own, she was impressed to say the least. They ought to compete sometime, though maybe not right now.
“What you just did might earn you medals where I’m from, as it is, let us get out of here. Thank the stars we made it to the ship.” Padmé was breathless as they made it to their seats and she started pressing buttons right away. “I take it you have no problem going to Coruscant or is there somewhere else you’d rather go?”

@melniibone: liked.
“We should probably not linger here long,” Padmé said, wishing she had a droid with her as she thought it. They could be so useful and friendly too in a crisis. As it was, it was just her and Melniboné right then and they needed to make the best of it. “I’ve got my blaster should we need to get any of them out of the way. What tricks do you have up your sleeve for us to get out of here?” As they spoke, the senator could be seen taking turns looking all around. They didn’t have back up, but there was a ship about a mile off just so long as they could get to it. Padmé had her fingers crossed that they would make it there in time.

Padmè was not sure if it would be welcomed to admit that Luke might now be that chosen one. She would save that for later, when the time felt right, right now, there was too much uncertainty between them. She could tell that Luke didn’t know whether to trust her or not and she could not blame him for that. And so, she would have to earn his trust. And maybe one day Leia’s too, but that was another matter entirely because she knew his sister hardly wanted to see her. It was lucky Luke even agreed to speak with her like they were now. So she would savor this moment for as long as she could.
“You may demand anything you like of me, Luke. I have denied you so much and for that I am deeply sorry. If things were different…,” she trailed off and sighed softly. They both knew the answer to what if’s, that there was no use in dreaming. It was better to face the reality of now. “In all honesty, I was afraid. Afraid that you would rather I stay away after I had sent you with your Aunt and Uncle. I knew they were good people and that they’d protect you. And I see they have done that, but I also see that we could have perhaps survived as a unit instead as well. I should have come sooner, as it is, it seems that now is perhaps a better time than any, yes?”
She tilted her head slightly at him, admiring the way he reminded her so much of Anakin and yet, the kindness about Luke was herself too. Wasn’t it? “You have been told that your father has passed away, yes?” She knew as much from what he had said already and Padmè wished that she could keep him in the dark forever, but that would not be fair to him. “Darth Vader was not always as he is. He was once a great Jedi, destined to do some good in the world but forced to change due to circumstances that I wish I could have foreseen. Darth Vader used to go by another name, Anakin Skywalker. He is your father and you have a twin sister too on Naboo, Leia Organa.”
@risenones
LUKE'S EYES CAST DOWN TO HIS HANDS. He didn't know what to think or to feel. Though, he did not put any blame on his mother. She had her reasons, but it still pulled on his heart. All these years he thought she was dead. Hate was too strong of a word for him. No, he couldn't hate her. Playing with his fingers, he breathed out. ""Then what of him? If he died, who is supposed to end this pointless fighting?" How was he supposed to be a Jedi when the only mentor he knew died before his eyes. He missed Ben more than anything even if he only knew him for a short time.
There had to be someone else to teach him. Ben couldn't be the last Jedi. The Empire couldn't have wiped all them out. He would have to ask Leia if she knew or could find anymore survivors.
"Then what is the truth?" Raising his head, his eyes met hers. Blue to brown. His brows creased. She was hiding something. Skywalker didn't know if he wanted to learn the truth. How bad would it hurt? "I'm sorry. It's not my place to demand anything of you. I just want to know why it took you so long to come to me?" He yearned for a mother figure more than anything. Leia had been lucky to remember her. Luke not so much.

PROMPTS FROM THE MANDALORIAN - "THE MARSHAL" * assorted dialogue, adjust as necessary
enjoy the fights.
i know you're good at killing.
i figure only one of us is walking out of here.
maybe i pegged you wrong.
who are you?
where did you get the armor?
hand it over.
i'm sure you call the shots where you come from, but around here, i'm the one who tells folks what to do.
take it off. or i will.
we gonna do this in front of the kid?
right here, then?
do you gamble?
i'm prepared to pay you for the information.
i'm not leaving my fate up to chance.
thank you for coming to me.
give it to me now, or i will peel it off your corpse.
i thought you said you weren't a gambler.
all right, stop! stop! i'll tell you where he is!
you must promise that you won't kill me!
i promise that you will not die by my hand.
my information is good, i tell you.
you can't leave me like this. cut me down!
that wasn't part of the deal.
this little thing had me worried sick.
you know he doesn't like droids.
may as well let them have at it.
you don't understand what it was like.
i've got an idea.
get its attention.
you still have that detonator?
what's the plan?
what are you gonna do?
wish me luck.
maybe we can work something out.
they might be open to some fresh ideas.
it's not to scale.
it's a whole lot bigger than i guessed.
might be time to rethink our arrangement.
that's more like it.
where are they getting the reinforcements?
i hope someday our paths will cross again.
you know what that means?
we've heard the stories.
this one's got a problem.
looks like it remembers me.
how much do you want for it?
just kidding. but not really.
can i help you?
we don't get many visitors in these parts.
you want to tell me what's going on?
i'm here on business. i need your help.
can you tell me where it used to be?
you know this is no place for a child.
wherever i go, he goes.
you can't just get help anymore.
you still have that speeder bike?
what am i supposed to do with this?
you drink it.
lower your voice.
you're agitating them.
how do we kill it?
what brings you here?
why don't you join me for a drink?

As much as Padmé knew that she should not risk what the two of them had within their personal lives, she could not resist anymore. And it seemed that Anakin could not either. Knowing or at least suspecting that he was waiting for her to make a move, Padmé stepped forward and cupped Anakin’s face gently in one hand and leaned up some on her toes to press a tender but loving kiss to his mouth. This was unlike any of the kisses that they had shared before. Anakin loved her, that was all of the answer that she needed for she loved him too and far more fiercely than she could have ever imagined. There had been very few others in the past, none that she had shared such a strong connection with like she did him. It was breathtaking, being with Anakin, being around him. He was her sole focus, even when they had other things going around them like the war.
“Does that answer your question?” She pulled back after a moment, catching her breath, a smile playing at her lips. Padmé kept close to Anakin, one hand holding onto his tunic gently, her forehead rested softly against his. There was comfort in his presence that she had gotten from no other, not like this at any rate.
“I love you,” Padmé told him, as if that was answer enough. “It has felt like dying, being apart from you as long as we have been. Not a day has gone by where you were not on my mind. Anytime I heard of you and knew you were doing well, it brought me joy and made me ache to see you again. You have no idea how glad I am to be here with you now, to be so open with you once more, Ani. It is a miracle.”
HIS HEAD TURNED AWAY. No, he wouldn't say it. He couldn't. Maybe it was his pride. Anakin had taken the first step. It was up to Padme to meet him halfway. Breathing out, he felt the heat behind his eyes. Too long he stifled his feelings for the senator and tried to ignore it the best he could. She was temptation itself and his feelings for her could be the downfall of him. It was why he immersed himself in the Order and the Jedi teachings. Slowly through the years, his views of the balance were taking shape. There had to be one. Love wasn't the evil they thought. Without love, Jedi couldn't have compassion for others. As much as he tried, he knew he was emotionally driven.
His eyes keep away. Beautiful as always, he refused to look this time. The pull to her had always been strong. Stronger than words could express. "I've loved you since the moment I saw you. It never died." Skywalker said her hand came to his cheek. "Is it all just desire or do you feel something more? I need to know."
