can i just say that i love that tdp talks about swimming in armor because most shows dont. Most shows characters with armor just swim to save the day and are fine but every time Soren jumps in the water hes like ‘ugh armor’ and i just love that

I also have ADHD, its not the same for everyone but usually for neurodivergent people caffeine makes them sleepy. Like when i have bad insomnia ill chug two redbulls and im out for the night

I just think a cool subtle way for a characters adhd to get confirmed is that they get tired after drinking caffeine.

like Rayla has been raving about hot brown morning potion for weeks and how well it wakes her up in the mornings. so she finally gets Soren to try it and it just makes him tired, and sleepy
