Hmm I think that's what makes him unique. In other Manhwa's or Novels the OG character is usually described a lot in the beginning like TCF. But after the first few hundred chapters I think there is a little to no mention of OG Cale. Instead we talked about his family instead which is cool and all but as an individual we didn't see much of OG Cale which inevitably made everyone curious about him.

The other Characters were so bright from the way they spoke to the their special abilities but we still became curious about the character who was barely mentioned.

I think it was the way TCF was written. We talked about OG Cale but we didn't TALKED ABOUT HIM .If that makes any sense heh.

TBOAH/TCF AU - Afterword's - Hunters

After 22 years of a terrible war - And two years since the death of one Cale Henituse - Choi Han and Alberu Crossman fall at the hands of the White Star and SG.

When they regress, their memories mix in with the new and they are shocked at what has transpired in this new timeline.

Harris Village lives on, and Choi Han is no 'Hero', but a Guardian to the Village, Forest and Henituse Territory.

Alberu Crossman awakens to having the kingdom in the palm of his hands, seemingly loved by his people and having quite the backing he had always yearned for.

And then there's Cale. Cale who regressed, became a dear friend at a young age, and of course an amazing Commander in the war. And along with his brother, Kim Rok Soo, changed the fate of their world and saved it from the White Star/SG. In just two years no less.

They are both pleased at this turnout and at a loss of what to do now(what did they regress for?).

Then a group who call themselves the Hunters attack. And no, they don't go after the Soo's who reincarnated, nor went after Choi Han and Alberu who transmigrated and regressed.

No, they went after Cale. Who knows too much. And much like his mother, places burdens on his shoulders that are too heavy for him to bare alone. All at the behest to protect his loved ones from harm and so that his precious brother can finally achieve his slacker life.

But now its everyone else's turn to protect him.

LSH, CJS are here as well. And helped out in the war.

Choi Han, Alberu and Cale were all known as "The Big Three", as they were the strongest fighters left in tboah world.

Cale died saving them and the last few good soldiers they had.

Choi Han and Alberu are very protective of Cale.

KRS and the others learn just how dark/terrible that timeline was

KRS realizes there was a lot Cale never told him, and that while he has slowly healed and learned to finally love himself(with a lot of aid from his said brother), Cale never took the time to do that for himself(the hypocrite).

Cale is extremely smart, and a scary good actor.

Cale has the AP's, while KRS retained his abilities from earth(KRS has a good plate...Cale not so much). They both still coughed up blood/fainted tho. Much to the stress of everyone around them.

Henituse family loves Cale just as much as KRS, there was just tons of miscommunication, etc, once again. And Cale is just as oblivious as his brother. But it gets figured out and fixed.

Cale is still the only red head in the family, KRS has brown hair like Deruth. Which also adds to some of the drama(but is finally dealt with).

Cale is the kids favorite uncle. He spoils them rotten(along with Mary).

Beacrox is Cale's hyung, which he takes srsly*stares at Choi Han*.

Cale doesn't realize Ron, Eruhaben and Fredo think of him as their kid along with KRS. He bout to find out though.

KRS and Cale are downright scary when they work together. And ppl learned never to let Cale and Rosalyn experiment on magic, etc together.

Cale learned a lot of things about the Hunters on his own(while KRS was off resting from his "shenanigans".)

He also learned that GoB isn't so...balanced as it thinks it is. Because of this, he was attacked while trying to get this info to GoD and CJS.

GoD is upset and protective that one of his favs got hurt. And from trying to protect him no less.

Eric, Amiru and Gilbert all had a bigger part to play, and protective of Cale.

OverProtective!Everyone for Cale!

Cale, Cage and Bud are all drinking buddies(and have to be separated cause they cause a lil too much Chaos for Alberu to handle)

Can have romance if wanted, but not needed(ChoiCaleAlberu and PolySoo's for example?)

OMG I can't believe how relatable to you lot do I feel rn. Everything from LSH and CJS being alive to how flawed the novel has become. I agree with every little single detail in all these reblogs.

I would like to add another point about how GOD character is described as. Let me be honest. It's the Shittiest description ever. So the reason why KRS was chosen bc GOD has favorites wtf? and the reason why KRS is his favorite is bc he has suffered a lot am i right. So fuck all the people who are homeless or the kids who died at a young age bc of a disease or patients with mental disorders. People with criminal records or other orphans even. Lets see it this way. Yes KRS has suffered tragedy. First his parents died and then he was abused by his uncle. He was bullied because he was inexperienced and lived a pretty average life. Yes all of this is the worst I would never want our baby to go through this again. But out of the billions and billions of people on Earth. Is KRS the only one going through this ? No.

plus who the fuck makes their favorite do all the work in an unknown world. And Before KRS there were several other people who had to move to a different body because of the WS. I mean the dude reincarnated for 1000 fucking years. So didn't those people go through the same thing bc of the WS curse? What about them. How come they aren't his fav why is it KRS. The author shoudn't have descried GOD as some kind of simp. If this is the lore you have come up for GOD then just take it back please. It litreally doesn't makes sense.

It's as if she put herself in the GOD. From simping to Basically hogging KRS's personal space.

I was just fine with knowing his appearance. THAT . IS . ALL. I didnt wanted to know how he literally parted the sea like Moses for KRS to live a happy life.

And I agree this whole Universe exploration is the most alerting thing I have ever read in this novel. I loved TCF for the way it was before not bc of this nonsense. AND WHY THE FUCK ARE CJS AND LHS ARE ALIVE ??????

Also if you guys don't know I love OG Cale. And when the SS were announced I thought Finally I would get some lore on that guy. Then the SS of OG Cale was released. I was basically Gloating. My amount of excitement knew no bounds.

Then I read that chapter. AND WTF DO I SEE. LITTLE TO NO DESCRIPTION OF HIM OR HIS PAST LIFE. THE ONLY THING I GET THAT HE IS ELEGANT. YEAH? NO SHIT SHERLOCK! NO WAY COULD I HAVE GUESSED THAT.

These, and the reason mentioned in the other reblogs below is the reason why I stopped reading tcf. Thank you for letting me rant.

yknow for as much as i love trash of the counts family (and i do love it, binged it in a crazed frenzy when it was in the early 700 chapters) as the story went on i kept getting the feeling that the author was just artificially stretching things out. not for everything, i actually love the depth there is to white star as a villain and how difficult even part of his forces are to touch, it’s realistic and speaks to the eons white star has lived. but then in the last bits of the story they start introducing shit with cale’s mom and “hunters” or whatever??? when there’s literally no reason to, completely uneccessary. I realize that its things that are apparently going to be expanded on in part 2 (which i have sworn off from starting) but still white star for all purposes was the one and only final villain of this story, and you go and introduce a whole other system in the final portions of this story?

this isn’t even talking about how the author lets character and plot threads dip in and out in a very inconsistent way that personally leaves me annoyed. i understand that tcf is not so much a character driven novel as it is a plot driven novel, very few characters have arcs that are interconnected for more than one major event. raon and choi han are the only exceptions to this in my opinion, besides for cale bc duh, but even then like raon’s attribute was introduced around chapter 250, so why the hell has it not come up in any meaningful way by chapter 700? thats nearly 500 whole entire chapters. or we could talk about the kittens, who we only learn the true context within the latter 200 chapters of the novel despite having been one of cale’s earliest companions?

idk for as much as trash count does good there’s this undercurrent of confusion and overcrowdedness (anyone remember the one cat beastman who they put in charge of a kingdom, claimed that they would have to help extensively, and then is barely mentioned afterwards? that time where cale foreshadows the ominous twist in his promise to tell choi han about the identity of the organization that never comes up again? etc. etc.) i’m not trying to necessarily pick a fight with anyone i’m just looking for a place to vent my personal frustrations with it

I have been meaning to address this for so long. I don't hate KRS and I don't think I ever will. But it's imp to understand that KRS and Cale are two different people instead of one. When the Henituse family gets to know the truth it will become chaotic for sure. But I seriously think that they get less screen time. They are, atleast Deruth is biologically related to Cale. I see it next to impossible that he will simply let this go.

The setting of this novel is in the times where people used to believe in possession and other superstitious things. It was pretty explanatory when Choi Han was able to accept that Rok Soo was possessing someone's body. He saw Jung Soo's memory and Rok Soo is from Korea. It seems quite natural that he would be happy that there is actually someone from his hometown. And Raon too , when got to know wasn't affected bc in the end it was KRS who saved him.

But when Alberu accepted it easily I found it hard to digest. He was born and raised in Roan. Maybe not immediately but slowly he could have accepted that his dearest doseaung is actually someone who is possessing someone. I am thinking about it from my point of view. If my best friend told me she is a spirit from another body then I will be Shocked and a little afraid too but after 2 to 5 days and listening to her story I will go back and say "BITCH SO WHAT" but Alberu accepted it within 7 sec.

I was so happy that he accepted it. That I was dancing around in my Room. But looking at it now it seems unrealistic. But Since Alberu was close to Rok soo and seeing how KRS is his only source of friends I said " Makes sense".

But if the same thing happened with Ron, Beacrox , Deruth , Basen etc. Then I don't think I will take that well. Also reading these types of fanfics has made me into a crazy Psychopath lol. So I kinda feel why you are aggressive about this topic.

I hate it when people think that it's going to be alright when the Henituse family finds out the truth about Kim Rok soo. Like wtf so you really think that deruth would go like this when he finds out the truth about the transmigration. Oh no my son is gone but it's alright cuz the person who is possessing his body is a good man :) like bruh he will wreck havoc. He will try everything in his power to bring Cale back no matter who is it in his body. If anything he will restrain his movements. He might not have been a good father to og Cale but that doesn't means he is going to completing ignore the existence of his son ??? I have read fics were people just be like this Deruth finds out about KRS Also Deruth - ik i just lost my son but so what the man in there is a son to me too.

Bruh Og Cale has been with Deruth since he was born. That's 18 years. And KRS 3 years . Who is the real son??. They do the same for Ron, basen and Lily. It's so unrealistic and tics me off.

It's as if the tcf fandom is scared that their might be people who might hate KRS.

No one hates KRS for anything he has done . But it's extremely natural for them to be furious that their eldest's body is being posessed by some random person. Of course that doesn't mean that KRS has done something wrong. It wasn't his choice to begin with. Rosalyn, Choi Han , Alberu , Lock. These are people who didn't know about OG Cale so it doesn't matters to them. But Ron , Beacrox, Deruth and his Family knew Og Cale.

It's very obvious, that if ever they find out the truth it's gonna mean trouble for KRS.

Let me tell you my journey that made me obsessed with OgCale. This gonna be long 😭😭😭

I love him so much and idk how to describe it. At first before he appeared, i just thought that he just some random lucky guy that can get away from wars. But then Cale finally told us that he actually from a world that full of monsters so I was like 'Damn. If they really did exchanged body, can that 18year old guy lives in that kind of world???' And then BOOM! ALL THOSE TURNED BACK TIMES THINGY GOT EXPLAINED AND OGCALE IS ACTUALLY ALMOST 40 YEARS OLD AND HAD LOST ALL THE PEOPLE HE LOVES AND HAD WENT THROUGH THOSE HELL 20 YEARS OF ENDLESS WARS AND MASSACRES WITH THAT WHITE STAR BASTARD!!!! HE THEN GOT SHOT BY WS AND MADE A DEAL WITH A FREAKING GOD TO SAVE HIS FAMILY BY SACRIFICING HIS OWN EXISTENCE IN HIS OWN WORLD AND WENT TO ANOTHER WORLD THAT HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!! ALSO TO SAVE HIS MOTHER WHO IS ACTUALLY TECHNICALLY NO LONGER HIS MOTHER!!! Well, he got his niece as his own family now.

I love how he can still smiles brightly despite everything he had been through 😭😭😭😭 but it hurts of course. AND HOW HE CARES ABOUT BASEN??? DAMN! ANOTHER GREAT BIG BROTHER IS HERE😭😭😭 HE CHOOSE TO ACT LIKE A TRASH SO THAT PEOPLE AND OTHER NOBLES WILL LOVE HIS STEP FAMILY MORE THAN HIMSELF TO THE POINT HE WANTED VIOLAN TO KICK HIM OUT OF THE HOUSE! Also when we read about Cale and Jour's interaction, jour is such a bright and happy person😭😭😭 i must say ogCale is really similar to his mother since he seems to be someone who loves to show a bright and mature smile of his😂 he also seemed to be someone who is actually optimistic by the way he spoke to Cale.😭😭😭.My babyyyy.

Also his side story just makes my love for him grow even stronger 😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️❤️

HE IS CANONICALLY HAS MORE EXPERIENCES THAN CALE😭😭 AND THE WAY HE WANTS TO FLIP EVERYTHING OVER MAKES ME FALL IN LOVE WITH HIM OVER AND OVER😭😭😭JUST WHAT'S HAD HE BEEN THROUGH DURING THE WARS😭😭 NO ONE KNOW..ONLY HE WILL REMEMBER THOSE NIGHTMARES. HE DESERVES SO MUCH HUGS AND LOVES😭😭

I'm not comparing anything but I assume that what ogCe had been through during the 20 years wars are not like the 2 years of wars Cale went through. There are enormous gap of years. There might be much more wars than what Cale had been through. And the statues?? Idk if in previous timeline the ws released the monsters or not, but if he did released them, he would probably released all the 8 statues monster right? .... 20 years of wars are so longg... I felt tired by just reading that 2 years worth of wars in the novel..but 20 years???? NORMAL PEOPLE WOULD AT LEAST TURN CRAZY.💀💀💀

Also maybe because there's a huge difference between fighting many types of monsters in Earth 1 and fighting one smart crazy white radish that can control monsters and have goal to rule the world right?

Again, I'm saying, I'm not comparing our beloved Cale and our beloved KRS but there are clearly some differences between their way of living in their previous life. AND I NEED TO KNOW MORE ABOUT KRS'S PREVIOUS LIFE. well, i mean our ogCale but he is KRS now.

I know KRS finally happy with his niece in the new world but I still think he deserves more. GIVE MY BABY KRS MORE APPEARANCES PLEASEEE😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Hear me out, TCF fandom

I have been trying to write a post about the novel or the fandom which could be termed as Critics and I think that its finally time I let it out. So here are some things that I don't like about TCF or the TCF Fandom.

The dynamic play of how the fandom has created between Eruhaben and KRS!Cale. Now here me, I love how Eruhaben worries about Cale and how he is adamant about staying with him. But the TCF Fandom has portrayed this as something like this: "Cale is so powerful that his strength [ IN TERMS OF AP'S] is equal to dragons" Like no? Cale is not and will not ever be equal to a dragon just because he is surrounded by many. He has multiple AP's yes. But that doesn't makes him as powerful as a dragon. The reason why their is a distinction between dragons and humans is because of how powerful they are in terms of strength, magic, and swordsmanship. And also Knowledge. The reason why Eruhaben and Raon has been Useful to Cale because they are unmatched in all of those. Say if Cale was really even a part powerful like a dragon then wouldn't it make them and the other dragons useless. Thus forgoing of their initial purpose. So is Cale greater or equal to Eruhaben in any of those? No.

2. The times a particular topic has been repeated. This is for Choi Han, Kim Rok Soo and Raon. How many times have we read the same thing over and over about Kim Rok Soo and Choi Han. I don't know about you guys but I have read it at least 5 to 6 times in the 700+ chapter Novel. I understand how the author is trying to remind us how much Trauma a particular Character has went through and it is important to remember the incidents [ The forest of Darkness and how Kim Rok Soo has lost many people] because it makes them who they are now. But is it necessary for us read it all the time? No. Instead we could have shown other Character's backstory like Bud, Rosalyn, Zed etc.

3. How there is literally no gap between the battles , war , fights etc.If you notice carefully Cale is moving around a lot. That's good because it keeps us interested but it is unimpressive. There is no gap of days between the Henituse war and the battleship war in the northeast Ubarr territory. Even enemies need to be mindful of their tactics. They lunge forward after a massive loss when they should be re-evaluating their situation. But we don't see either Cale's side or the enemies to be taking a rest or having a break. which is tiring to read.

I will write others in part two. I understand if you don't like my thoughts but I think whatever I have said is true.
