Hello :) is here anyone who wants to lose weight together? I started this week, i had ED when i was in high school, but i gained a lot of weight during uni (stress, lazyness, overeating/binge..) so i need to get back in shape. I dont want to starve but i need motivation and i want to do this the right and heathly way..
