Matsuda’s dad and Soichiro are close. Matsuda and Soichiro are close. Matsuda’s relationship with his own parents is nonexistent.

When Light takes over after Ryuzaki’s tragic death, he’s such a strong leader. He’s able to stay calm in a crisis. Matsuda wishes he could be that cool and collected.

Light is really becoming a man, isn’t he? He’s not a little boy anymore.

14 and 21 is a huge age difference. 17 and 25 not much better. But 20 and 28? They’re both adults in Japan.
