Can I just emphasize how fucking terrible it is to be so in love with the most beautiful human being in the world and not be able to love them because its actually dangerous for you to be out and happy? like??? I just wanna love this girl with everything but I know I can never be with her without losing my family and everything I’ve ever known in my life?? And I can’t even talk to her without feeling like my heart is being ripped out of my chest and shoved down my throat and everything hurts cuz I know I can’t make her happy anymore and I know she’ll find someone so much better who can love her and be with her in the way she deserves and knowing it isn’t me just physically kills me and makes me want to cease to exist from this disgusting homophobic world I’m living in??

Between actually working for the stupid fucking Catholic Church and living with a hella homophobic mother who physically hurt me and sent me to conversion camp at 15 years old I really truly cannot ever just be happy and gay without just completely displacing myself from my life and the people I’ve grown up to love and protect and it’s just so unfair? I just miss this girl so much and I want to be with her so bad and I hate myself for hurting her. If I know I can never be gay why would I let myself fall in love with her? She loved me even with all my faults and all the baggage I’ve carried with me and I can’t believe how incredibly stupid I am for not letting myself be with her.

I hate that I can’t be myself but I hate myself even more than anything because of what i did to this incredible girl. She is the love of my life and I swear I’m never going to love anyone even close to the way I’ve loved her. She’s my everything and I want her to be happy and that can only happen with me out of the picture. She does not deserve to be kept a secret.
