Prompt 53: "You're not okay, stop lying."

Pairing: Gaara X Reader

Gaara watches his fiancée move the food in front of him with her head resting on her hand and sighs.

"Do you want to tell me what happened or...?" Gaara is new to this whole feelings thing, but he's doing his best to be a good boyfriend, soon to be husband.

Y/n raises her head and looks at him quickly and then looks away.

"I'm fine, just a little tired."

He knew her, Gaara knew that that smile was forced and that there was something going on, did he... Did he do something?

"Did I do something? I'm sorry if I did." Gaara says, starting to feel anxious.

"You didn't do anything love, I promise." Y/n says taking Gaara's hand that is on the table.

"So... It's the wedding? Do you... Think we're moving too fast?"

Gaara feels like the happiest man in the world to be engaged to Y/n, she is his first and will be his last love, but he would hate himself If there was pressure on her to do something she wasn't ready for yet.

"Gaara, I'm more than happy to marry you, I already told you, I'm fine."

"You're not okay, stop lying." He says a little more firmly this time.

Gaara has known Y/n since they were little and knows how stubborn this woman is, after all, she has always been alone, but now he wanted to show her that she has him for everything.

"Please, I...I know that you were always alone, I also know I'm not the best guy when it comes to feelings, but I'm here for you, let me in darling." Gaara says smiling and caressing the back of Y/n's hand with his thumb.

"I don't know what's going on, I just... I don't feel like doing anything Gaara, what's wrong with me?" She says with a choked voice and Gaara would just like to take away all this pain she's feeling.

Gaara gets up and goes to Y/n's chair, bending down to be at eye level with her.

"Hey, there's nothing wrong with you my love, you're still the incredible woman I fell in love with, and I continue to fall in love with every day, the woman who always gives me strength, The woman who makes me want to be better every day." Gaara says, and approaches slowly kissing his fiancée's cheek.

"These days of anguish are temporary, this feeling is temporary, I promise you, Let's beat this together."

"I won't leave you for anything in this world, my dear wife." Gaara says placing kisses all over Y/n's face.

"We're not married yet, my love." She says, taking his face with both hands, and giving him a little kiss on the mouth.

"But my heart It's been yours for a long time, you know?"

"How much time?" She asks, smiling softly and he lets out a chuckle.

"And we are Tokyo Revengers!" The three say together .

"Okay, that turned out terrible." Y/n says laughing.

"We tried." Mikey says, laughing along.

Y/n was sitting in the middle of Kazutora and Mikey.

Kazutora was on his left and Mikey was on his right.

"The guys are going to kill us for saying 'We are Tokyo Revengers' with just three members." Kazutora says looking at the people behind the cameras who laugh at this.

"Okay let's start with this, today we're going to see what people search for most about us!" Y/n says and the two clap their hands.

"Rock paper scissors to see who starts." A Kazutora says and they hear the crew giggling when they see the three seriously prepare for this.

"Rock paper scissors!"

Kazutora and Mikey put paper, Y/n put scissors.

"I win!" Y/n says happy and Mikey laughs when he sees her happiness.

"Alright, let's go." Kazutora says taking Y/n's research board and tearing off the first paper.

"Y/n...Crying in Tokyo Revengers."

"Oh yes, that scene is Grammy worthy." Mikey Say it with pride.

"That's an exaggeration." Y/n says laughing awkwardly.

"I really don't think so." Kazutora says.

"But I was really proud of it, and I'm glad that anyone who watches Tokyo Revengers felt the intensity of the scene." Y/n says proudly.

"Next." Mikey says pulling out the next paper.

"Y/n...And Kazutora are brothers?"

"Yes Kazutora and I are brothers in Tokyo Revengers." Y/n says and Kazu agrees.

"But they're lovers in real life, cough cough" Mikey says with a cough and they both look at him in amazement.

"What are you talking about? Guys, don't pay attention to him." Y/n says moving away from Mikey who continues to smile.

"Kazutora's weakest fan." Kazutora says smiling, making Y/n smile agreeing with him.

"I'll take one more." Mikey says pulling out another paper.

"Y/n...at the Grammys"

"OH YES, WE WANT!" Kazutora says excitedly.

"If she is not nominated, I will protest." Mikey says seriously and Kazutora widens his eyes.

"Oh true, good idea." Kazutora says raising his hand to give Mikey a high five.

"Yes, I just loved making all these changes to my hair." Y/n says, delicately combing through her hair.

"And the most amazing thing is that Y/n looks beautiful in all kinds of ways." Kazutora says and Mikey agrees.

"You think?"

"Yes I think." he says and the two look at each other. (This would yield some edits later)

"I'm still your best friend, right Y/n?" Mikey says catching Y/n's attention who smiles and nods.

"Okay, mine is over which one of you two is going to go-"

"ROCK PAPER SCISSORS!"

Kazutora put rock and Mikey put scissors.

"I WON!" Y/n laughs at the scene before her, these guys are crazy.

Someone hands Kazutora's research board to Y/n who smiles in thanks.

"Okay, I'll take it off first." Y/n says pulling out the first paper.

"Kazutora... Are crazy in real life?"

The three laugh at the question

"Oh my god, that feels so good." Mikey says red with laughter.

"No guys I'm not crazy, okay?" Kazutora says still laughing a little.

"Actually he's a little different from the series, I would say, more cautious." Y/n says patting Kazutora on the shoulder.

"Yes, but he's a little crazy." Mikey says laughing and Kazutora sticks his tongue out at him.

"Okay, next." Mikey pulls the next one.

"Kazutora... And Y/n are together?"

"You know, this is kind of weird since we're brothers on the show." Y/n says and they agree.

"Guys, I'll answer for them, even they don't know if they're together or not." Y/n pushes Mikey.

"Again, don't pay attention to what he says." Kazutora says.

"the tattoo is not real, look." Kazutora says, lowering his t-shirt a little and showing his smooth neck.

"But have you ever thought about doing something?" Y/n asks and Kazutora looks thoughtful.

"I don't think I would do it on the neck like in the series." He says laughing.

"Alright last one.

"Kazutora killing Ba- wow this has spoilers!" Mikey says putting his hand in front of the paper .

"But it's okay, This is from the first season." Kazutora says.

"But someone who hasn't seen it can see it." Mikey says still with his hand covering his Paper.

"But it will take a while for this video to go live, don't worry." Someone behind the cameras says, but Y/n sees how reluctant her friend is still and sighs, adjusting herself in her chair.

"Okay guys, this has spoilers, so if you haven't seen the last episode from the first season of Tokyo revengers, skip a little the video." Y/n says holding Mikey's hand, who is more than satisfied with her attitude.

"Now yes... Kazutora killing Baji, yes, you delinquent." Mikey says jokingly.

"Technically, it wasn't Kazutora who killed Baji" Kazutora says raising his hands in a sign of surrender.

"Yes, it shook us all." Y/n says pretending to cry.

"The crazy thing about this is that Kazutora's fan base is still one of the biggest, can you believe it?" Mikey says crossing his arms.

"Okay Mikey, your turn." Y/n says, Catching the board with Mikey's questions.

"Mikey... black hair." Y/n reads it and Mikey smiles.

"You guys liked that, didn't you?" He says smiling.

"He was already a fan favorite, imagine after that." Kazutora says laughing.

"Yes, his hair suffered this season, didn't it." Y/n says, reaching out and ruffling Mikey's hair, who smiles at the affection.

"Yes, but I loved doing it." He says winking at the camera.

"Next, Mikey... and Y/n." Kazutora says pulling out the next paper.

"I've seen so many edits of Mikey and Y/n." Mikey says laughing and hugging Y/n by the shoulders.

"Yeah, I think it's probably the favorite ship in the series." Kazutora says.

"They have strong chemistry." Y/n says smiling at the camera.

"It would be a shame if they became enemies."

"Kazutora!" Mikey and Y/n scream together.

"I'm just kidding." He says laughing and Y/m pushes him lightly.

"Okay, let's go to the next one before I kill him.

"Mikey...Favorite food."

"I don't think I have a favorite food, but I really started to like Dorayaki and Taiyaki a lot more after the show." He says thoughtfully.

"That's true, he always takes us to eat Dorayaki." Y/n and Kazutora agree.

"Let's go for the last one." Kazutora says pulling the paper slowly to give it some suspense.

"Mikey...Height."

"I knew I would have it." Mikey says and puts his hands on his face.

"He is so cute." Y/n says leaning her head on Mikey's shoulder.

"I'm 5'3" He says and Kazutora raises an eyebrow.

"Stop lying, it's much less." He says and Mikey frowns.

"Shall we talk outside? Kazutora."

"Are you feeling lonely? Go alone, cat."

"Oh my God, well guys that was it for today, we hope you enjoyed this." Y/n says cutting off their fight.

"Yes, keep giving love to Tokyo Revengers." Mikey says smiling.

"See you around." Kazutora says blowing a kiss to the camera.

And with that, the recording ends.

"Good job guys, thanks for that." Someone shouts at them and they automatically smile, relaxing in their chairs.

"Guys, let's go eat Dorayaki?"

Number one: Make her feel special

"Is this a good idea Itadori?" Megumi says feeling your cheeks hot.

"Obviously, you don't want someone else to get to it before you do, right?" Itadori says with his mouth full.

Fushiguro doesn't know if he's sickened by this, or by what he said, someone else? No, it couldn't happen.

"Alright, what's number one on your list?"

"Number one: make her feel special." Itadori says proudly and Fushigurou raises his eyebrows.

"What do you mean? I already do that!"

"No, you treat her the same way you treat all your other friends."

"If I don't treat her any different, how did you know I liked her?" Megumi says seriously, and Yuji's smile fell.

"Well, I..." Itadori scratches the back of his head, looking down.

"Say it!"

"Okay, I read your diary!" When Itadori says this, Megumi widens her eyes in disbelief.

Yes, he had a diary, but that was for those anxious moments when he couldn't talk to anyone.

"I'm going to kill you!" He says trying to pull Itadori who defends himself with a pillow.

"I'm sorry, I swear it wasn't because of taste, I thought it was just any book, but you have a great way with words, you know? Have you ever thought about writing a fanfic, a book or something?" Yuji says, smiling proudly and Megumi sighs, giving up on hitting him.

Yes, it looked like any other book just to try to avoid attracting the attention of onlookers.

Megumi sits on the bed, looking at the floor embarrassed.

"If it's any consolation, I didn't read it all." Itadori says, putting his hand on Megumi's shoulder, who slaps her.

"Fuck you!"

"Ah, come on Fushigurou, if I hadn't read it, I wouldn't be able to help you with this."

"You don't even know if it's going to work." Megumi says softly, closing her eyes.

"That's why you have to try, look, I'll be close all the time."

And he really was, that morning Itadori and Megumi were hands closer than ever, but Megumi decided to start her plan right after breakfast, during the training with Gojo sensei.

"Okay, this is your chance, tell her something." Itadori says pushing Megumi a little towards Y/n who is drinking water from a bottle.

"Hey Y/n."

He says getting closer and feeling his heart speed up just seeing the girl of his dreams look at him and smile.

"I hope you don't do too bad in training today."

Okay, that was terrible, and he's sure of it when he sees Y/n's smile diminish. Itadori, who is a little far away, hits his hand on his forehead in frustration.

My God, this will be harder than it looks.

"Second attempt Fushigurou, try to get something else for her at lunch."

It was lunch time and Itadori and Megumi were in charge of getting lunch for everyone.

"Like what?"

"Look girls like Chocolate, bring her something sweet!"

And that's what he did, in addition to buying lunch, Megumi bought a very pretty little sweet that he saw made of walnuts.

"Do you think she'll like it?" Megumi says, analyzing the sweet in her hand.

"If she doesn't like it, you can give it to me." Itadori says jokingly.

Well, maybe Itadori shouldn't have said that, but I'll let you analyze the situation.

"Hey Y/n I brought it for you." Megumi says, handing the cupcake over to Y/n who takes it and smiles.

"Thanks, but I happen to be allergic to nuts-" Before she can finish this, Megumi snatches the cupcake out of her hand and shoves it into Itadori's hands, who He looks at him in disbelief.

"It's okay, Itadori wanted it anyway." He says and at that moment, Itadori just wanted to punch Fushigurou in the face.

Sukuna also wanted that when he saw this situation.

"Fushigurou, shall we go there quickly?" Itadori says, pulling hard on Megumi's arm.

"What happened?"

"What happened? You're treating her like she's your worst enemy, what's your problem?"

"I'm following your advice!"

"No no, you're distorting everything, even Sukuna is disgusted by it."

"Young people of this generation, if it were in my time, we would already be having children-" Itadori slaps Sukuna's mouth, which is on his cheek.

Oh shit, can the situation get any worse?

Like that same day while the first years had just exorcised some curses and Y/n said:

"Wow I'm so thirsty."

Itadori's eyes widen when he sees Fushigurou THROWING the water bottle at Y/n.

"Thank you?" She says looking at him who shrugs.

Or maybe while they were getting back in the car and Fushigurou just...

"Kugisaki, you can sit in the front." Itadori says with the intention of making Fushigurou and Y/n sit together in the back.

"No, I sit in the front." Fushigurou says seriously, leaving Yuji completely incredulous.

"No, you sit in the back." Yuji says through his teeth trying to pull Fushigurou.

"I don't want to sit in the back!"

Everyone stays silent watching HOW MUCH FUSHIGUROU DOESN'T WANT TO SIT BEHIND.

DAMN!

"Alright Fushigurou, maybe you'll have a chance during dinner-"

"Come on Y/n, girls' night!" Nobara says, grabbing Y/n's wrist and pulling her to her room.

"No, you don't have any more chances today, but it's okay there are still nine numbers on my list, there's no way you can fail them all, right?" Itadori says, laughing nervously.

"Ah, what's my problem?" Fushigurou says with his hands on his face.

"I think you get a little nervous around her, but don't worry, anything we can ask Gojo sensei for help!" Itadori says excitedly and Megumi looks at him terrified.

"Anything but that, do you think she hates me Itadori?"

"Do you think he hates me, Kugisaki?" Y/n asks sitting on the bed.

"What? Who?" Nobara says, paying attention to her friend.

"Fushiguro."

"Well, he's a bit strange, but I don't think he hates you, who could hate you?" Nobara says getting irritated at the idea of someone hating Y/n.

"I don't know, I just... It seems like he doesn't like being around me." Y/n says laying down on the bed and looking at the ceiling.

"Well if he hates you, then I'll have to hate him too!"

"Are you sick in the head? Why would I want something like that?" Fushiguro says in a slightly louder voice now.

"So you can win over Y/n-" Itadori is interrupted with Megumi's hand over his mouth.

"Shut up, what's your problem?" He says looking around.

"I knew, I knew you were in love with her." Itadori says removing Megumi's hand from her mouth.

"Why do you want me to die?" Fushiguro says and Itadori can't hold back his laughter.

"I may be a bit oblivious to some things, but I knew you liked her, but don't worry, your best friend will help you with this!."

"I don't want help." Megumi says starting to walk and Yuji follows.

"Yes you do, look with these infallible tips of mine, you will get the beautiful heart of our beautiful Y/n." Megumi wouldn't admit it, but she felt a certain jealousy when she heard her friend talking about Y/n like that.

"It's definitely a yes." He talks to himself, putting his hands in his pockets.

"Forgiveness?" She asks and looks at Nanami who looks everywhere except Y/n's face.

"I asked if you wanted to go out with me, but that's okay, you don't have to, see you later."

He says walking away, leaving Y/n completely perplexed.
