Film pendek Gara-Gara Bendera merupakan salah satu film pendek dengan alur cerita yang ringan dan mudah dipahami. Film ini berkisah tentang seorang remaja laki-laki yang kesehariannya berperilaku nakal dan tidak bertanggung jawab terhadap hidupnya. Suatu ketika anak tersebut mengalami jatuh cinta kepada gadis pengibar bendera. Namun, akibat kecerobohannya ia justru mengotori bendera gadis tersebut. Hal ini membuat ia belajar untuk lebih bertanggung jawab dengan membersihkan bendera itu. Berbagai usaha ia lakukan untuk membersihkan bendera tersebut tetapi kesialan terus menghampirinya.

Film ini merupakan film pendek dengan alur dan pesan yang jelas, yaitu betapa pentingnya penanaman tanggung jawab sedini mungkin kepada anak-anak. Unsur komedi yang disajikan pun tidak berlebihan sehingga film ini berbeda dari film pendek lainnya yang lebih serius.
