I gathered as much information and reviews as I could get from various sources including its web content, testimonials on BestTermPaper from customers both on-site and off-site, and my first-hand experience with the company itself by ordering a product for evaluation to make a full assessment of the company to assist customers to decide whether or not to avail its services.

The components of this assessment include its products and services, its writers and the quality of the papers they produce, its prices and discounts, its customer service, and a conclusion to summarize everything.

This includes theses, dissertations, term papers, research papers, case studies, lab reports, presentations, coursework assignments, and test-taking among others. It also offers additional products like admission essays, scholarship essays, and editing and proofreading services.

 Writers and their Quality

 BestTermPaper.com claims to hire writers who have earned at least a Master’s or a Ph.D. degree – all based in the U.S. The site states that it assigns its writers based on the area of study required.

Writing samples are published on the site. While it may be a possibility that they are owned by the same parent company, these writing samples have already been found on other websites. When I attempted to open any of the samples, I kept getting an error message, which precluded me from reviewing them.

Quality of the products can also be gauged through testimonials from previous customers. I ignored on-site testimonials as management could just easily filter out the negative ones and will consequently put the site on a good light. On the other hand, off-site testimonials can prove to be a good gauge as they could be sincerer and reflective of the true quality of the site’s products and services. Unfortunately, the reviews and feedback were rather negative and expressed concerns on the writing quality and resources used by the writers.

As for the paper I ordered, it confirms the disappointments of the previous customers as I found it inadequate for a college-level paper with poor and outdated resources.

Prices at BestTermPaper.com starts at $17.95 per page at high school-level with a 10-day deadline to $47.95 per page at Ph.D.-level with a three-hour deadline.

The site does offer discounts for new customers. It is unclear whether they are offering a 20% discount or a 30% discount.

They also offer progressive discounts starting from 5% to 15% depending on the number of pages ordered. It does prompt its customers to contact customer service support for any promo code.

 Customer Service

BestTermPaper.com has a customer service support that is available. I tried calling it to inquire about thesis and dissertation writing to which they responded that its writers will be able to deliver it in five (5) days, which appears to be quite impossible.

 Conclusion

I am giving BestTermPaper.com a rating of “fair”. The site does have its pros and cons. To start, we know it is a legitimate online writing service. It does meet deadlines and deliver products on time. However, I have taken issues on its copied content, testimonials, and samples. While unsure if these websites are under one umbrella company, it does not exactly give customers the trust and confidence to avail its services. The fact that its customer service support also informed me about a five-day deadline on a dissertation does not exactly give assurance that I will be provided a well-written and well-researched paper.
