THE TALKOCALYPSE;  

This isn’t about self control. If it was about self control, this wouldn’t be a problem. I’m the master of self control. No, I’m not. Who am I kidding? I can’t even talk to a girl without trying to snog her. I have no self control— and this shit is not helping. This is torture. I might need you to kill me. I can’t even tell a joke because my stupid thoughts keep getting in the way. Why aren’t my thoughts funny? I don’t get this. My thoughts should be funny.

Slytherins piss me off. Mind you, they���re also sort of amusing. They’re fun to mess with, but I only mess with them because it’s the right thing to do… and also because I’m bored and they piss me off. But it’s for the greater good! It’s mostly for the greater good. Handsome? Ew. That’s gross. I think I’m going to be sick. Hey! Arabella’s not evil. She said so herself. She doesn’t count as a Slytherin if she’s not evil. That’s probably somewhere in the Slytherin handbook. Besides, it was a life or death situation. I had to stop talking somehow! Plus she’s fit and a really good kisser. I mean, normally she comes across as a complete prude, but there’s something about her recently. I can’t put my finger on it.

Yeah, you do look pretty grumpy. Thank you… No I don’t start till next year, I found it, it was just lying there and there was no one around for me to see whose it was. It’s not that bad, my dad would let Bella borrow his wand to practice spells before she got her own one.

To be fair i’m not like most Slytherins, I stick out like a soar thumb. No and no, I’ve become a massive flirt over night, I mean I used to be so shy and now I just want to go up and snog every guy I see. That and let’s be honest, Gideon isn’t exactly that hard to get a snog from and he’s cute. Well the idea was that you wouldn’t have much to say about beige that would spill all your secrets, I think it worked pretty well. What about grey?

Oh… you’ve got the same thing Gideon Prewett has. He’s become a right old chatterbox, says anything that’ll pop into his head. Don’t worry, I won’t say a word about what you said or bring it up to you in the future, I imagine it must be rather horrible. With Gideon I snogged him to keep him quiet but I don’t think you’d appreciate that. What if I ask you a really boring question? Like what your opinion is on beige?

Wow, somebody has a bad temper today. You should just laugh it off, the whole castle has gone completely mental so there’s not much to be embarrassed about anymore. At least we aren’t ten again, I’ve seen a few people with that little problem.

Oh no. I wasn’t curious. I was only asking if you were feeling fine because everyone is acting weird and I woke up looking like a grown up and I don’t even know what happened. I’m pretty sure I didn’t mess up any potion. Chasing boys? Because of the rumour you say? Because that’s not true. I mean, it’s partly true but no one turned me down. I do like someone but right now I don’t have much time to think about that because I wish I could bloody fix this. Oh, I’m so sorry. I shouldn’t have sworn. 

If you were interested in girls I would consider you my friend all the same, you know? I do not know if your dad would mind but you shouldn’t care about that either. I most definitely don’t hate you but I think there’s something very wrong going on with all of us and we should figure out what it is.
