AHHHHHH WHY IS STARTING SO HARD?

you know what? this might actually turn out really good...

why is this one section so much uglier than the rest?

well, if I take a step back and squint it doesn't look too bad...

I am actually really impressed with how this is turning out!!

they're going to hate it, they're going to hate the painting, and hate me because I painted something so ugly :'(
