Here's a snippet for a Sherlock Holmes fic I don't think I've mentioned before though-- mostly bc it was the first one I saw when I went to grab one😁

He heard Anderson talk to someone on the other side before returning to the call. "In twenty minutes—" "DUCK!" And the call disconnected. "There, only a bit to wait," John saw on their faces what he was trying to hide: the morbid curiosity and genuine fear of what had happened on the other side.

The fic will has Johnlock and Mystrade as endgame and it is called 'Borrowed Last Words' atm and has Writer!Lestrade in it.

Summary:

When Mycroft is six, he finds out he is going to be a big brother.

Snippet:

It turned out that his baby sibling was very stubborn, and Mummy needed emergency surgery because of it. He wasn't sure why his baby sibling was so comfortable inside Mummy. Maybe his baby sibling didn't like people like Mycroft. Or perhaps the baby was afraid.

Okay so this isn't a 'get ready for a baby' fic quite? It's got ig what could be classified as light angst in it but a happy ending so...

Okay okay I am so dead it just hit me that when me and my bestie ( @lostwriter--xx3 )talk the way we imagine our characters would we are roleplaying them😭

Which is always so is it like all of our convo is a mass roleplay of several diff characters at the same time?

Like we'll be talking about mangoes and then go OH my yes He'd say that to same person and and really we talk and it's just them having a convo all the time

I accidently ate a bunch of edibles (i never had drugs before and i cannot resist brownies) that my roomate had left unlabeled in the fridge and just had the most vivid dream of a life series

It was just like last life but every player had been cloned irl by the amount of lives they got. Each clone then had 2 lives, green and red. There where like 7 jimmies (is that the plural?) And 12 mumbos, Scott rolled a 2 and both of them made it to the finale but ended up losing to crazy bdubs army (there was a glitch that made it so everytime someone was killed by a bdubs another one would spawn) because etho didnt get cloned since no one knew where his irl conterpart was and all the bdubs (over 20) were loyal to him and had gone savage when he died.I also think oli was here but half of his clones transitioned and were going by "oliette"

There is SO MUCH to unpack here.

Actually ROSE care to make a fic where various diff Sherlock Holmes characters accidently have food of Sherlock's that were drugged bc they are too tired/broken/injured to wonder why something that looks edible exists in the fridge or perhaps thinks Mrs Hudson put them there and then Sherlock has to deal with them while they are ultimately far far too high (bc the drugs on which Sherlock is comp normal is far too much for any human being to consume) people and telling them "CONSULT ME BEFORE GOING THROUGH ANYTHING NOTHING IS SAFE AND CERTAINLY NOTHING IS EDIBLE"
