i haven't moved my spirit halloween skull (his name is skully) for months and it still scares me every once in a while. just saw skully in the mirror behind me and was genuinely unnerved. this is exactly what i bought him for.

my most prized possession right now is a locket with my boyfriend's picture inside, made with a chain and pendant i got at h*bby l*bby and a picture taken with a cell phone, printed on printer paper, and taped inside. i left it at a hotel once bc im a dumbass and paid way too much money to get it shipped back to me. the idea of his picture that i had worn against my skin for so many months being thrown away was unbearable. i'll get a nicer one made when i get some higher definition pictures of him but i'll always keep this one, i might even just wear them together.
