i'm not going to say much on iskalls departure from hermitcraft unless we get more information (and maybe we never will, and thats fine) but please dont hound the hermits for details, especially on stream. we have no clue what the nature of the complaints were, we have no clue who was involved, and its likely not something they can talk about right now. i know its reasonable to want to know if your favorite youtuber did something bad, but i believe if they have more to say, they'll say it when the time is right. and the right time is probably not when theyre trying to do their job.

the thing about magic mountain is that it's so funny how little sense it makes when you combine everyone's lore.

This is a volcano. We don't know if it's dormant or active but we do know that there's a hole leading Somewhere outside the world at the bottom of the crater. On one side we have an abandoned cyberpunk dystopia and the bunker all of its former citizens are hiding in, as well as Japanese cyberpunk city with a serial horse killer on the loose. Over here is the sleepy mountain town that consists entirely of shops and then one guy's house, and next to that is the magical teleporting zoo train whose owner is currently levelling a mountain to make room for his zoo. Along this part of the river two people are going through their own personal and mostly unrelated fish-themed horror stories. This is Skizz's torture pyramid that teaches you about what you really need in life by killing you repeatedly. Welcome to magic mountain :)

i'll be honest. as someone who experienced the dsmp's slow slow slow slow death, it feels kind of.. idk refreshing? to see a server admit it's run its course and can no longer continue under current circumstances

like it's far better to face reality and end things on your own terms than keep it within an inch of its life on life support agonising for over a year for no other reason than the server owner's desperate attempt to cling onto the only thing that gave him relevancy (fuck you dream)

farewell qsmp, unfortunate that things happened this way but the heart was there. o7

Anger

qTubbo is such a fascinating little guy to me, especially his relation to anger (cutting down the eye workers, purgatory 1 & 2, the Fred kidnapping arc, his relationship to the federation, the post-resurrection stuff,,,). It's simultaneously something he wields as a weapon, and also very clearly something he has absolutely zero control over. So, here's a comic about it.

I started this comic right after qTubbo got resurrected, but only just got around to finishing it. I've honestly been wanting to use this poem for a while, cus I feel like it's kinda different to my usual stuff, and I really like it, so I'm glad to give it a home with this comic. Also feels good to do a longer comic and stretch my creative muscles in that regard.

Huge shout out to the qsmp for giving me something to care about over the past months. I hope all the admins get all the success they deserve in their future ventures. <33
