Isn’t it’s Henry(Charlie’s father) who built Baby(Hint at FNAF World after you defeated a Rainbow thing)? He said that”I made something that cannot be deactivated anymore.” or something then Baby comes in, saying, “The show will begin momentarily,please stay on your seats.” or something. Then Henry was shown he committed suicide as he let Baby kill him.
Also,it’s not sister location, it’s a term when a company had a relation to another company. it’s Circus Baby’s Pizza World which was a sister location to Fredbear Entertainment and he’s not the owner of it, it’s AFTON ROBOTICS, LLC that he owned(see the blueprints of the Circus Animatronics). Maybe it was left to be open to record robbers or trespassers? I don’t know which camera are you saying.
It is still unknown why William Afton do such thing, whether it was an inherited psychological disease or to ‘pleasure himself’ just how a psychopath would act.

Me: But why did he create Baby in the first place? Isn’t sister location HIS company so why would he be a low worker there? Who is always watching from the cameras but does nothing when the robots clearly do some shady shit?
I mean it DOES make sense if we think about the book and how Afton is framed to look like and act but… the plot holes????? Also, “the old pizzeria” is closed, so we are past 1982 (and maybe even 1985 when the kidnappings happened????), which makes NO SENSE to Afton continue his killing routine if he is Ennard now??
