Annoyed at the snack as I should of had something healthier. The ice cream not as much as I love the stuff and was good to have while watching the football

Really disappointed with the snack. I had a tough shift and I just gave in rather than go straight up for a bath and then bed. Just got to accept the minor setback and just keep going

I'm back and raring to go. I'm still not 100% but I can't rest any longer as it's taking too long 馃檭 to be honest I'm feeling a lot better and my spring is back in my step I just wish I could get rid of the cough. On antibiotics to hopefully help shift it

Gutted
I've been told by the doctor to rest up for a few days and allow my body to heal. I've really been enjoying the gym and I feel as if I'm progressing, especially cardio. I'm glad I never told her I went out a run this morning lol so I'm not going to do anything for the next couple of days, just chill on the couch, watch movies and eat what I want. Not going to log my progress till Saturday/Sunday
