“Stop making excuses for why you can’t do epic shit and start making plans for how you can.” — Annette WhiteMusic, nature, urbex and everything I find interesting
THROWBACK TIME! As the start of the 2024 tour is approaching, I would like to ask you if there is a moment that made you happy at the 2023 shows you've attended? 💖
Hi 😊
Thank you for this amazing ask, I really love 💜
My very first reaction was that time when @shipswithoutcaptains finally decided to love the band too and joined me for two shows 😁 and hopefully enjoy it as much as I did. I mean, we're going to see them again this year together again, so I bet he did.
Band related moment is more difficult, there were so many amazing moments. If I have to choose one, I would go with first show in München. The whole 'scandal' was everywhere, when I arrived to the city I could see it in news, in TV, in public transport. It was first show in their country last year and I was nervous how people will react, because there were rumors about protesters coming inside the venue and more dumb shit.
But the show was amazing. I saw many of their shows, but the atmosphere in München was the best I ever experienced. Fans did everything and beyond to show their love and support for the band. And it was so clear that our boys appreciate it so much. It was very touching. This made me so happy, people standing by the band and support them even it looked like the world turned against them.
Maybe the others want to share their happy moments from last year, feel free to add your and share some love 💜
i feel like doing some silly polls again, so here's this one lmao. this is a multi part poll, the next poll will be released once the previous poll ends.
Just for reference:
RPG: Most Games by Square Enix, Undertale/Deltarune (to a degree), Omori
Visual Novel: Doki Doki Literature Club, Fate Series, Slay the Princess (Most Visual Novels do have a dating sim/stat raiser aspect, but not all of them. For example Slay the Princess)
Survival Horror: Silent Hill, Resident Evil
Roguelike: The Binding of Isaac, Crypt of the Necrodancer, Slay the Spire, Spelunky
First Person Shooter: Doom, Half Life, Duke Nukem, Wolfenstein, Team Fortress 2 (though realistically am I gonna make an r+ mmo? not really lol)
Puzzle Platformer: Portal, Little Nightmares, It Takes Two
I saw this tag game from @davecumstaine and wanted to do it, too! You need to take this quiz and do this picrew 💚
Tagging (no pressure) @meinewellemeinstrand @samshinechester @marimayscarlett @vulnerant-omnes @naomullen @morgana-lefay @tinnike @frampk @sonic-counselor @itconsumesyou and whoever wants to do this
What? You were assaulted? Look what you're wearing! You just ask for it!
Nice one, Anon, you talk about morality police...
Also, Drapper and Kampf can go F themselves, they just want to gain some money and popularity from what happened last year. There were girls who attended row zero and wanted to tell them their good experiences, but they turn them down all. Good experiences are no good for talk 💩 about famous people.
Did you see that 2 idiots released a book about Row Zero? My god... acting like Rammstein invented groupies and that everyone's under legal age and forced. Funny how none of them mention how desperate and how scantily dressed all those young women are. But sure, let's just blame the band! Morality police at its best!
Oh are they? (googling) oh yeah
"Lena Kampf, Daniel Drepper ROW ZERO: GEWALT UND MACHTMISSBRAUCH IN DER MUSIKINDUSTRIE"
to be published 28 may, conveniently timed for the Rammstein tour
I have given up hope that 'German media' will ever value Rammstein for their achievements, so i'm not really surprised by this 🌺
but...
Let's not imply that because of the way women express themselves with their clothing, that they somehow are 'desperate' or asking for 'it', i see this reaction quite a lot in the Rammstein fandom as a reaction to the allegations stuff, but this is not the way to go, imo
Personally, and i've said it before, i don't have a problem with afterparties, groupies and fans being invited to be close to the stage and even backstage, but i (still) don't like the way it has been organised with Rammstein for the past couple of tours, 'recruiting' fans for it up front, via social media, and (afaik) not for who is the biggest or most dedicated or most active fan, but based primarily on looks... If the position near stage were for fans who have a really good vibe at the show itself (all genders), then i'd be all for it, but this current way of recruiting i personally can do without (and if you want to recruit there are plenty of seasoned groupies to invite, no need to do it via social media). It is a slippery slope when you invite ever new people who may or may not have thought through what it means to join in the 'fun'.
The recruited Row 0 seems to have stopped by Rammstein in 2023, it will be interesting to see what will happen to it in 2024. But yeah, i probably won't be reading the book 🌺
just my 2 cts ofcourse, as always, feel free to disagree
good sensations can sometimes be extreme, and i know i personally enjoy a good few of those, so i wanted to know which of these types of pain are the most commonly enjoyed :)
basically my question is. am i such a touch deprived weirdo that i'll enjoy fucked up sensations no one else likes or am i normal
