Months thats i didn't post!😊 No, i was all good..actually getting better day by day! But,still needed a break.😊 We all sometimes get overwhelmed and it's okay! And that's when we should pause maybe for a while?! It's the least we can do for our beautiful selves!😊 I mean just stop what you are doing and take a deep breath.Maybe a second deep breath. Just sit for a moment and clear your head.😊 • Maybe TEMPORARY RE- PRIORITIZE💜 Evaluate what you are doing. Be honest with yourself and evaluate whether what you are doing is actually important at the moment. (For me it was important to be in my regular routine for for that TEMPORARY time i wanted to prioritize myself!) I cannot stress the word “temporarily” enough. 😊 First, do not give in to the notion that you are changing everything about your life as you know it. You can return to your normal state as soon as the surge subsides.😊 Second, prioritize only that which needs to be done immediately and put the rest on hold. Third, let go of any guilty feelings you might have for placing some of your responsibilities on hold. You will return to them soon.😊 • Let go or IRRATIONAL FEAR!💜 Do not be swayed by what other people say. We all experience life differently, so worrying about what people think about you and your choices is waste of precious time.😊 Also, do not give in to the silly little voice inside your head telling you that you are a failure. You are so not a failure. Let go of the fear of not being perfect. Allow yourself some wiggle room to mess up (and then grab a mental mop and clean up the mess).😊 • Next GET SOME REST!!!💜 Working through the night sounds tempting, but you won’t be doing your body and mind any favors. Social Anxiety, is something we all experience. Somewhere in our lives..🌼 But,it's hard if we experience on a regular basis.🌼 . Which is known as SOCIAL ANXIETY DISORDER (SAD) or SOCIAL PHOBIA.🌼 . It's perfectly normal to feel nervous in social situations where we might come under the attention of others, whether they're strangers or people we know.🌼 Attending a formal function, giving a speech at a wedding, doing a presentation to work colleagues are likely to cause nervousness and anxiety, both in the lead-up and during the event.🌼 . However, for people with social phobia, performing in front of others and social situations can lead to intense anxiety.🌼 They may fear being judged, criticised, laughed at or humiliated in front of others, even in the most ordinary, everyday situations.🌼 For example, the prospect of eating in front of others at a restaurant can be daunting for some people with social phobia.🌼 . But, folks it's totally fine we can overcome this.🌼 I was a person who had these intense fears,🌼 I felt nausea, stomachache, diarrhea and everything listed above.🌼 Even going to a normal day at college is a task for me.🌼 But, this lockdown i tried overcoming it by taking parts in debates,MUNs, public speaking created a group spoke with new people.🌼 Yes, all this was on video call, but i am sure it would help me in the real life as well.🌼 Treat yourself like a infant ,a baby ,who is learning, pamper yourself, push your self ,try new things like a baby does.🌼 And like wise do not be harsh on yourself, because at the end you are a baby,trying to explore and learn.🌼 Get up,fall and again get up!🌼 I'm sure you would conquer this battle as well! Breast cancer is the most common invasive cancer in women. Awareness of the symptoms is important ways of reducing the risk. -In rare instances,BREAST CANCER CAN ALSO AFFECT MEN Signs and symptoms can include: A painless lump or thickening in your breast tissue Changes to the skin covering your breast, such as dimpling, puckering, redness or scaling Changes to your nipple, such as redness or scaling, or a nipple that begins to turn inward discharge from your nipple . BREAST SELF EXAM (WOMEN) Step 1 TOUCH 1.Check the OUTER HALF of your right breast. Lie down and roll on to your left side to examine your right breast. Place your right hand, palm up on your fore�head. Your breast should lie as flat on your chest as possible. 2.Using the flat pads of your three middle fingers move the pads of your fingers in little circles.Change the amount of pressure. 3.Start the circles in your armpit and move down to just below the bra line. Then move up again. Continue this up and down vertical strip pattern—from your collarbone to just below your bra line— until you reach the nipple. 4.Check the INNER HALF of your right breast. When you reach the nipple, remove pillow, roll on to your back, remove your hand from your forehead and place this arm at a right angle.Carefully check the nipple area using the same circular pressures as before, without squeezing. STEP 2 VISUAL Stand in front of a mirror and look closely at your breasts in three positions: 1.Arms at your side 2.Arms raised above your head bending forward 3.Place hands on your hips and hunch over Check for changes in the following: • Shape: Compare one to the other. • Skin: Check for rash, redness, puckering, dimpling, or orange-peel textured appearance. • Nipples: Check for any physical changes such as a sudden inversion, scaliness, redness, itching, swelling, discharge. • Vein patterns: Look for a noticeable increase in size or number of veins compared to the other breast. Repeat this exam every month. Even if you find a lump don't panic, most of the lumps are not cancerous, visit your doctor. You can't even figure out from this picture that i was anxious 5 mins back before clicking this one!🤣 You tell me I don't look sick, but you don't feel the fire underneath my skin.🔥 You slander me for bruised skin and acne protruding all over my face, but do you know it's because I have been struggling to sleep from the past couple of weeks?!🥺 You don't see the knife hacking away my uterus or the tiny bombs exploding my ovaries.🔪 You tell me I don't look sick but you never knew I pucked 10 mins before I met you.🤮 The racing beats or the anxiety that's so loud in my mind that I can barely hear what you say.💓 You not attending office or college but ready for a club or track?🤧 But didn't you see me, standing there numb in a room full of noise and fun?🙁 Attending an office or a college and watching 50 faces whom I think are staring at me continuously is far more difficult than going on a lunch date with the person who can handle my every shade.🍁 You can tell me that I must be feeling great, but I Don't tell you that I cried myself to sleep the last 3 nights.🛏 Or I sat on the shower floor and thought about what it would be like to just not live anymore.🚿 Some of us don't look sick but are carrying a disaster with us.🌾 DRESSING up smart or GLAMOUROUS is nothing to do with MENTAL HEALTH!🌈 Do people have a SEPARATE SET of OUTFITS for COLD or FEVER?
