Just a general reminder that these kinds of posts are spam. I've been told so by Tumblr Support. These “shops” are buying products from aliexpress/alibaba sometimes charging 20x the price or more. They are scams. This item is approx. 8 US dollars. This scam shop wants to sell it to you for 70! See below. It's one of the more disgusting ones I've seen.

Again, as with anything your mileage may vary but these are some things that anxiety makes it hard for me to do.
I can spot several that are in the 'past' category but omg did it take some work to get there.
Also - I don't drive, never have, never intend to, and have absolutely no desire to learn. I used to feel super ashamed of that but my brain just nopes out on the idea altogether.

I felt better as of late but today seems to be a nose dive downward. It sucks that healing isn’t linear and some days are just gonna suck. My brain is all over the place and I am exhausted. Idk if the things my brain are saying are me or they are one of my various mental illnesses. I have my first appointment with my new therapist though which makes me happy. Hopefully I will click with her and we can work on more than I did with my old therapist. I will say having therapy in person is going to be a complete adjustment as I have only ever had therapy over the phone and via video call as of recently. I am hopeful things will go well and that afterwards I can just vibe at home.
