Fun concept from Arthur Reis mocking up a mythical iPhone 6.
It seems unlikely that Apple would significantly modify their iconic home button anytime soon but changing it to a trackpad would open up gesture and thumbprint recognition possibilities.
These concepts also remind me how close we are to having an iPhone whose thinness is limited by the headphone jack. It makes me wonder whether wireless headphones have improved significantly with Bluetooth SMART (a.k.a. Low Energy).
One nitpick is that I hope Apple wouldn't add the word Pro to the iPhone's iSight camera.
On Flickr, you can find more of Arthur's concepts.

Fraser Speirs follows up his wish list for iOS 7 "power users" with a nice article laying out ideas for useful features in an educational setting. These kind of situational features are often overlooked when people build their personal wish lists.
Be sure to also check out his power user wish list.

The presentation of this concept is top notch. It also seems like an opportunity for a great 3rd party app if Apple doesn't do something similar in iOS 7.聽
