I wish that the canon hasn’t set Sanji up to be such a perfect cook, I wish he was shown to make mistakes while cooking or doing knife work.

Something about him not so discreetly wringing his hands as he presents a new dish to the crew or holds his arm out under tap water bc he bumped into a hot pan or smth. He treats his cuts and burns swiftly and doesn’t say anything because it’s just part of the job. It’s his fault for being careless anyway..

I need him to be weird and nervous about how seriously he takes feeding the Straw Hats and maybe have him stressing over how he’s going to stretch their last stores of food without letting any of them know it’s bc he miscalculated his inventory (it’s his job, feeding them is his responsibility, how could he mess it up that badly. Now unless he can get them to fish something up, they won’t have meat to eat for another two days until they make it to the next island. How, how, how-)

Breathing a sigh of relief when plates are returned scraped clean and quietly noting when one person or another seems to tuck into things with less gusto than usual (their dislikes are rare and far in between but Usopp picking the parts without mushrooms didn’t escape his notice). He’s got a lot of food-related anxiety that manifests itself in different ways.

I also think it’s funny if as someone with a lot of experience dealing with heats/ruts including his own + used to traveling around with no guarantee of shelter, Zoro’s the only one actually. Prepared for them. Man’s passing out his antiemetics and suppressants like candy to deal with the worst of the crew’s symptoms up until they get to loguetown and can get more.

The screenshots of Zoro and Sanji being drinking buddies also include Zoro specifically pouring for Sanji, which just tells me that (1) he really is the younger one between them and (2) he recognizes that Sanji is his elder and pours his drink out for him as is expected. everyday i think SO HARD about writing fic. and then when i get home i have to shower and make food and clean up and eat and then i am so tired and i dont write anything so i sleep instead. and then i sleep and i wake up and i immediately ask my friends to play games with me because it's the only time i can really do anything with them and then we do that until i have to take a nap until i go to work. and then i go to work and i can't write but i think about it so much. and then when i get home-
