The Epic Digital Musical AU(?) (Concept)

Last night during a magma session, There Are Other Ways kept playing on loop. So let's combine two interests into one for funsies lol I'd've done more designs w/ the cast but my hands are hurting from drawing all of this lol.

Anyways I am a Hermes Jax truther (or Hermax, or maybe Jaxes?) he's just too much of sass-a-frass menace to not be. He's a schemer, a liar, a drama seeker. What else is there to add on? But tbh he could do an Apollo too. Ragatha as Circe (Ragace) because I say so, I need no elaboration there. Also because she'd be the type to do what Circe did to protect her nymphs let's be honest and sympathize with someone like Odysseus (Initially thought of putting her as Calypso, but HEEEELL naw i'm not doing my girl Ragatha like that).

Pomni as Aeolus (Aeomni) purely because of the fandom hc that Hermes and Aeolus are bffs. So, Jax and Pomni, Aeolus and Hermes. Plus Aeolus is cool and a good ally to Ody, make sense to be on buddy terms with Kinger too. (Bubble as the Winions (Wibble). That's all)

Do I also need to elaborate on why Kinger is Odysseus (Kingsseus?? Odinger??)? Absolutely not because the writing is on the wall for this one. Same with Queenie (Queenelope)

I'm on the fence on Ribbit and Kaufmo's roles but maybe I can swap them out for the other abstracted members of the circus or some of the known npcs,,,, mayhaps. Gangle as Scylla (Scyngle, or Galla) because I thought the design for her in this would be fitting. It's pure vibes for Gangle only. Caine would be Zeus probably. Zooble might be Athena?? Mayhaps. Coach Dictator is Poseidon, Calypso is either Loolilalu or Evil Ragatha. But that's all the brainfart I have for this lmao who knows if I might expand on this in the future??

Everytime @doodle-bunstel 's surreal tadc au comes on my front Tumblr page I let out a crazed screech and fall to my knees. And not just the art but the headcanons the bunnydoll EVERYTHING is chefs kiss oh my GODDD ARE YOU KIDDING ME. anyways I am obsessed and since I'm drawing my TADC OC Emery in different AUs, I ofc had to draw her in the surreal one. I think this au would be closest to the non au version in terms of personality. ALSO. I am a household that is crazy over Bunnydoll so berrydoll is not canon here. Sorry sorry but I'm very good at brave facing a one sided crush. One might say a little too indicative of an intense queer ish girl friendship at a young age. Anyways

What would I do if put in a setting like that? Food for thought.

Sleepover turnover (ft. me still figuring out how to draw Ribbit hi Ribbit in pajamas) (also if you see any mistakes no you didn't it is NOT the result of me pulling an all nighter). Just a trio of sillies, some fluff :3

I saw one single reference from last night that initially was supposed to be standalone but then I drew this mini comic(?) about it lmao. And what's this, happy times from when Ribbit, the bunnydoll relationship (and Jaxs' tail) was still around in TSVD? Yes.

Needed a little break from the angsting once in a while,,, this is a good pass for it. They both like to cuddle (Ribbit as well, they form a cuddle pile together)

Also WOOP small bedroom peek (no colors because i wanted this done immediately)!! This is just one small portion of Jaxs' room, everyone has huge rooms in the mansion. Think the madrigal family bedrooms in Encanto.

With that said, back to grinding finals--

PART 1 OF FANART OF FAN DESIGNS!! Of said designs in my style! The characters themselves (from @rabbithelmet) are quite cute, so why not doodle them with a few members of the troupe :>

Zooble I feel would be the most reluctant in the beginning to interact with any kid but would warm up pretty quickly. Ragatha would go Ragamom mode and would always dote or check up on them (she'll be the mother she never had let's be honest) and is hesitant to have either interact with Jax. Speaking of Jax...

He's the least receptive to children in TSVD, preferring attention and bothering others to be in his own terms-- to have that routine be interrupted by a kid would be loathsome, let alone have said child resemble him-- that's unnerving as is already. That said he really do be beefing with a literal child.

And speaking of beef...

That little character bio of Jalec got me thinking,, and this was conjured. (btw the dots are supposed to represent the number order,,)

I leaned much harder into the imp/devil motif, and changed her porcelain clown doll head, for a more horned mask like appearance! :]

Miscellaneous doodles involving TSVD!AU Jax. He's lucky he's fun to draw... lanky ahh hare.

He's got a few things to him, like being usually paired with Gangle on three-member team-ups during one of Caines' split journeys (he does not like it when they have to be stealthy together, see above), constantly meeting up with Kaufmo to discuss map things, and being a little quirky at nighttime... (see below)

Other than that I just wanted an excuse to draw him in his sleepwear (and being fluffy) amongst a few others :33

Anyways episode 6 prediction: Ragatha shoots Jax straight up or hesitates doing so, says she's actually being genuine about doing it, to which he eggs her on to do it, to which she does shoot and he realizes she's being fr when she reloads the chamber.
