So today I was rewatching Transformers Prime episode called"Thirst" (the one with zombie-vampire terroricons) and realized that the whole thing could have been avoided if Megatron listened to Starscream instead of just ignoring him. There is a scene where Starscream comes to tell him that he discovered something but he brushed him off and continued talking with Shockwave on com link. I'm sure that if he listened to him he would actually observe all ways that it can turn out. I imagined that he would enter a lab and talk with them about it and whole mess could have been avoided, IF HE JUST LISTENED TO STARSCREAM. That is crazy for me because I realized that this is Megatron's biggest mistake. Think about it, you left your treacherous commander with your careless doctor that was "better at dismembering bodies then healing them" what would you expect from that combination? I'm sure that as much as Starscream and Knockout are guilty for it it's also a Megatron's fault for ignoring Starscream. Sure he talks too much but it's still important to keep an eye (or Soundwave) on him because again, he is too treacherous.

This is the best redesign of Megatron I've ever seen! The shades of blue with gold accents are so striking! I especially love the regal look he has! You even made his fusion cannon look good and his altmode looks badass!

I'm guessing his altmode is a jet of some sort? Or is it a really fancy cannon? Because both options are cool!

I can't believe that I've never posted the piece that I did for the To Be Gentle Zine.

I made it as pretty as I could since it was for Peter Cullen himself and I wanted to show my love for Optimus, but I am inordinately proud of this one.❤️

I loved Earthspark Season 1 so much! It was so refreshing to see the Decepticons as a neutral force for once, rather than being written off as inherently evil. Then Season 2 completely ruined that and by doing so caused a lot of Decepticons to be OOC compared to their first season selves. The thing that makes me angriest is the writers deciding to take Starscream's "take care of yourself" from the first season and twist it into something terrible to justify him suddenly doing a 180 and killing a child. FFS if you're going to change a character so much at least show more than a fucking flashback saying "Oh they evil now because Decepticons Bad".

I highly doubt the second half of Season 2 will or even can fix any of these issues, but I want to hope. Otherwise I'll just be pretending Earthspark only has one season and ignore the rest.

I needed a distraction x)

Because of these sketches, there was a headcanon about prime Ravage. He's a beast who befriends Soundwave as a kitten (i.e. he's not part of Soundwave like Laserbeak).

However, Ravage was caught and put on a chain to be a wild beast in the arena. And that was the reason why Soundwave went into gladiators. He was given the condition that he would get his pet if he became the champion of the arena.However it's not a place you can walk away from of your own free will but where fighters fight until they die of exhaustion or are killed in battle.

Ravage was killed before Megatron started his revolution, so it was an additional reason for Soundwave to join the decepticons and despise the autobots.

(Actually on the second sketch it's just a random beast x) With random weapon. And only then did the headcanons already go. So it's not so much Ravage here, but just a hint of him)

And now we remember who Ornstein is transforming into in Part 9 x) (he's a lion, but he's basically a big black cat too)
