FESTIVAL OF YOUTH | KOMOREBI | NOCC

The Youth Children's Festival is held in the creative center and is an event where children can demonstrate their talents and abilities. The festival presents a variety of areas such as drawing, chemistry, chess, an exhibition of crafts and much more. This event promotes the development of children's creative potential, strengthens friendly relations between them and creates a festive and cheerful atmosphere.

The lot is fully functional, where it is real and possible.

I have a plot in the Senbamachi area on the lower right section, measuring 30x20.

Night club | Abandoned studio "Mihimo" | KOMOREBI | NOCC

The Mihimo nightclub at the foot of Komorebi Mountain was a famous local atelier in the distant past. But due to financial problems, the owners had to close it. To ensure their existence, the Kagami family opened a small library space on the ground floor. Years and generations passed, but it was not possible to restore the work of the atelier. Nevertheless, one of the Kagami family members made every effort, thanks to which a nightclub appeared and became one of the main venues for incendiary night parties.

I have a plot in the Senbamachi area on the top right section, measuring 20x15.

The buildings include: a nightclub, a karaoke room, a laundry room, the club owner's house, a recreation area/library space, a shop with small outdoor tables, parking/bus stop, an open roof [See in the screenshot below]

Also, for a complete "entourage" and wagering, I created three NPCs - the owner of the club, the bartender + the DJ. [The DJ and the bartender have assigned roles, which means that they just need to be settled on an empty lot, then evicted and thrown into unplayable families. The role of the bar's regular was also added to the owner of the club]

Moren-Lu Quarter | Tomarang | NOCC

A multifunctional site for the center of Tomarang. There are a variety of facilities and entertainment for Sims of all ages: cafes, second-hand shops, bowling, a game room and much more. The quarter is located in the most vibrant area of the city, ideal for walking and exploring the local culture. Here everyone can find something to do and spend time with pleasure. ✨

A little information about the building:

The type of lot is trade, but you can change it to second-hand and tea with balls / bar [To choose from]

The buildings include: bowling alley, bakery, second-hand and tea with balls, game club, laundry, micro apartment building, bar, etc.

Outside on the main "square" there is a monument to the Tomarang tigers, tables with umbrellas, a refrigerator, a game of classics, ATMs, graffiti, stalls, etc.

There are non-functional objects, such as an ATM/ ice cream stall, but with the help of poses, you can win back a lot without any problems.

A TINY HOUSE | Tomarang | NOCC

Comfort, mildew and compactness. ✨ I am so fascinated by this beautiful sunny city that I decided to build a small house of 32 cells there. This is an ideal choice for those who need a cozy and comfortable home. Yeah..sometimes…mold can become a problem for newly arrived residents, but this will not prevent them from enjoying the colorful life of the city. The building is absolutely functional.
