Folks, we still comment on very old books, why shouldn't we comment of fics? If the author didn't want us to comment on their works, they'd delete them. I understand that now everything is so fast that a story from 2 years ago seems old as dust, but it isn't.

If you want to comment a old fic, do it, no remorses: you're not hurting anyone, but maybe you'll bring a bit of happiness to the author. 🧡💛

Good question! And nope! People love receiving comments on their work, even 10 or more years after the original posting- it is an archive after all!
