Au where there Nerevarine is haunted by Nerevar’s ghost who can actively talk to them and guide them like many ppl have done before. Except Nerevar is not a good influence on them. At first he seems very friendly and nice in their early life, urging them to Morrowind. Then when they start digging into the sixth house stuff in the msq he actively goades them into it, tells them what to do, even stays on the look out for enemies to ensure they’re safe. He still seems like a good influence

Until the incarnate starts having dreams from dagoth ur, and Nerevar mixes them with his own memories and feelings toward Voryn. Starts subtly influencing them in worse ways. When dagoth ur welcomes the incarnate to red mountain, Nerevar smiles widely and says to do what he asks. Go to red mountain. Return to him. Return to Voryn. Don’t they both owe Voryn that? Don’t they want to feel at ease? Nerevar has always looked out for them, always watched over them and guided them and taught them and protected them. Don’t they trust him?

The incarnate is shaking saying they’re scared of dagoth ur, before Nerevar smiles again. Isn’t it normal to be afraid of the unknown? But don’t they know Voryn from Nerevar’s memories? Voryn isn’t bad. They just need to go to him. Together.
