so at the beginning of the year i had enuf savings to have a year off like a holiday where i could do whatever i wanted. the plan was to make all my own clothing ... that didn't happen. turns out i like biking around town. recording video. and watching youtube .... it's a little disappointing but it's also interesting to find out what i'm interested in doing. where did insprishon take me. and one of the things i did do is design develop a 3d printable part for a camera. there was need! this thing does not work verey well. can i fix it? attempt 1 it works but could be better. attempt 2 -7 ok that made it worse. 8 as good as no 1. 9 better. 14 ok its good now. even in a time where i did not need to be creative i could not help myself. in a year where i was supposed to focus on myself the projets that i worked on the most were ones that could benefit other people. Without a dead line the driving force for my creativity was a desire to help others. It might sound vain but i'm kind of happy to learn that. the files for the part ar up loaded for free to anyone who wonts them.

One of the things that's changed about me in this age of machine learning is that I've stopped seeing the internet as a place to contribute to. a place once for the people now I'm in fear that anything uploaded will potentially be used to make a corporate product more powerful.
