Thank you for your patience while I got this scanned! The Sailor Moon Cosmos visual book is now available for download. I was trying to get this out fast, so the scans are not edited like I usually do. I think they're fine, though.

If you plan on reuploading these scans in any significant capacity (as in, reuploading a large amount of them) please credit me! This was a lot of work.

Also, when I did this for the Eternal artbook, it got flagged for copyright by Toei and I had to reupload it, so I wouldn't be surprised if that happens again (especially if this blows up). If it does, I'll make a new post or simply update the link.
