Im the previous anon and im really sorry if I was a jerk. Your art matters and i shouldn’tve assumed you’re copying someone else.

you don't need to apologize! it's fine and i understand. i already talked to the artist that you were talking about and i promised to be more careful from now on. we are all humans after all and we can make mistakes, the most important thing is to be honest about it. if i harmed anyone i apologize, i would never want people to think that i steal other's work. i'm still finding my style and working on a new project. i was a little bit hesitant about this blog and actually logged in to delete my account because i felt a little ashamed. maybe i should reconsider it.

Hey. Where would you say the line is for copying vs. inspiration? Because it’s very clear who you’re “inspired” by and they’ve said they think you’re copying them, down to the header for your blog. Maybe you can veer away from copying their exact style? Idk man it doesn’t look great but I think you’re talented and would love to see more stuff from you, not someone else!

hey. i'm truly sorry if it seemed like i was copying someone else. honestly, i'm just starting so it helps a lot to get inspiration from others and try to find my own style, and sometimes i even thought things like 'it's too similar', but i never wanted to copy anyone and if someone felt like that, i apologize. it makes me feel ashamed.

it was never my intention to cause any harm. i respect other's artists designs, edits and art.

i will be more careful to not be disrespectful towards others art.

again, i apologize.

thank you so much for your support throughout 2023 (i know i started this account just a few months ago but still) i can’t believe how kind y’all have been to me and my art.

every comment or message made me so happy even on my worst, thoughest days.

that’s why i’ve decided to turn this hobbie of mine into my career, and study graphic design! 🫶🏻

it’s a challenge, so i’m excited and scared at the same time, but every new start is for the better.
