there's always a sense of some kind of unspoken but understood joke between yeosang and his fans that makes my heart melt. his coyness and his wit combined are so unique and special.

Yeosang is funny, but in this refined way, and so are the Yeodoongie, in Korean. There's a concern with propriety, appropriateness, and dignity that Yeosang and his Yeodoongie share.

So in a recent July 2025 live, for example, he lay down on his pillow, then got back up, and lay back down, a few times, looking seductively beautiful each time, before deciding it was too inappropriate for a Live. He had so few fan encounters, actually - less than six or seven. So Yeodoongie were like, "It's rather difficult, isn't it, to meet Yeosang." Yeosang laughed, and said, "I'll try harder to meet you." Then someone else said, "If I met you on the street and we made eye contact, I'd run away from you so fast." To this he said, "If you - if you are a yeodoongie and we met, and you ran? I would chase after you. I'd chase after you as hard as I can!" before breaking up into peals of laughter, and then reconsidering, to add, "Is it too much? Is it too threatening, to say I'd chase you?"
