It was either do or die. Literally. Her missions were always quick and to the point. In and out, a lie here and a lie there. She was gone the next day without a second thought about the people that she deceived.

But now?

This was starting to feel different. There were people around her that she lied to on a daily basis. Good people with good hearts. People that went out of their way to make her feel important and valued. To make her feel like there was more to this shitty life she was living in. People like Nemuri. Hizashi. Aizawa.

The Master would make his move soon. And when he did, she would have to betray them all.

Summary:

Elizabeth Isamu is a Pro Hero who strives for perfection. When she and another Hero were assigned to a high stakes case, she learned the hard way that trying to be perfect doesn’t come without failures and mistakes. Some of those mistakes put her and her case partner in a life-or-death situation that would end up changing her perception and entire outlook on life.
