Kwami sketches for the Lost Footing AU! I turned all of them human and Pro Heroes.
Tikki’s Quirk: Miraculous: Tikki can restore inorganic damage, such as repair buildings or cracks in cement.
Plagg’s Quirk: Chaos: Plagg can cause destruction wherever he wills it, limited by his line of vision.
Pollen’s Quirk: Swarm: Pollen can separate (fully or partially) into a swarm of bees that can immobilize opponents with their stings.
Trixx’s Quirk: Illusion: Trixx can create illusions that are capable of causing physical effects on targets. These illusions are generally intangible otherwise.
Wayzz’s Quirk: Shellter: Wayzz can temporarily turn anything (including air) into an impenetrable shield.
Misc:
These five are part of an overarching hero agency (Kwami). They’ve split up into smaller branches to cover a greater area but still regularly team up. (Especially Tikki and Plagg.)
They (and the other heroes that make up Kwami) will occasionally volunteer as opponents for the Hero Course practical exam at Collège Françoise Dupont. Sometimes they use this to scout for students they’d like to intern under them and potentially, upon graduation, have as their sidekicks.
Wayzz has decided to primarily teach at Collège Françoise Dupont. Tikki occasionally gives guest lectures. (Haven’t decided yet who else works at the school, full time or part time.)
Plagg could have chosen to wear goggles to hide his line of vision while fighting, but he thought the (supposedly) solid thick blindfold would be more chaotic. He can see through the blindfold just fine.
People speculate Plagg has a secondary quirk that lets him pull cheese out of thin air because he will randomly pull out and snack on cheese during fights and always seems to have more cheese than his pockets should be able to carry.

Adrien for the Lost Footing AU!
Adrien Agreste / Cat Punk
Quirk: Cataclysm: Adrien’s right hand can create a powerful orb that can destroy anything in seconds.
Occupation: Adrien is a Support Course Student at Collège Françoise Dupont. He also secretly works as the vigilante known as Cat Punk.
Vigilante Outfit Notes:
His prosthetic is a Flex Foot Cheetah.
His helmet has an LED screen on the visor, allowing him to project messages on it. Initially he only communicated using the LED screen, but later on adds a voice box that alters his voice to help disguise him.
Other Outfit Notes:
His school uniform has a hidden zipper along the side on the right pant leg, and his workshop uniform has several quick snap clasps on the side, to make it easier to put them on. Both have reinforced materials along the inner knee area to help reduce tearing from the prosthetic against the fabric.
Misc Notes:
Adrien lost part of his leg when his quirk first manifested.
He is in the Support course due to his father’s desire for him to take over the family company in the future.
His portfolio for his student application included ways to modify existing prosthetics to be compatible with various quirks, for both civilians and heroes.

Nino for the Lost Footing AU!
Nino Lahiffe / Orbit
Quirk: Bubble: Nino can create various bubbles of different purposes: green for capture, red for explosive, and purple play audio messages when popped.
Occupation: Nino is a Support Course Student at Collège Françoise Dupont.
Orbit Outfit Notes:
The sash he wears carries premade explosive and capture bubbles. They are stable/won’t activate while on the sash.
The arm braces can activate large shields. When activated together, they create a large bubble. The size can be adjusted.
This outfit consists of things that he created himself for fun, rather than to use as a hero outfit. Maybe one day it’ll be used in action.
Misc Notes:
Nino regularly sends Adrien small purple bubbles during classes instead of passing notes.
One of the reasons why Nino chose Support is to try to help heroes have fun (but still practical) tech.

Chloé for the Lost Footing AU!
Chloé Bourgeois / Queen B
Quirk: Hive Mind: Chloé’s nails secrete a special “venom” that allows her to briefly mind control anyone that comes in contact with it.
Occupation: Chloé is a Hero Course Student at Collège Françoise Dupont.
Hero Outfit Notes:
Her bee necklace is actually a blow dart like weapon. The hexagon pouches on her thighs contain “stingers” (one pouch contains stingers soaked in her venom, the other soaked in a tranquilizer) that load into the pendant. When she “kisses” the bee, it sends the stinger flying.
Her hero mask is actually gold face paint.
Her “wings” are currently just a small cape styled to look like wings, but she may eventually upgrade to actual wings.
Misc Notes:
She had to get a special nail polish formula developed so that she could continue to wear nail polish without it interfering with her venom.
Technically she can use her broken nails as a last effort projectile.

Alya sketches for the Lost Footing AU!
Alya Cesaire / Replay
Quirk: Record Play: Alya can create visual illusions based on things she has seen before. She can “stitch” different “recordings” together, but they may be less realistic at the transition/editing points. She cannot create illusions from her imagination. Playback stops either when the recording stops or when disrupted by something physically going through them.
Occupation: Alya is a Hero Course Student at Collège Françoise Dupont.
Hero Outfit Notes:
Her glasses have technology in them that allow her to keep track of the different recordings she is currently playing (where she placed them, how long til that recording is finished, and when the recording ends).
On her right arm brace is a mini computer that she can use to quickly search up visuals in order to create an illusion. (Depending on the quality of the visual, these may suffer in realism.)
Misc Notes:
Alya follows hero networks around the world and runs a blog about various hero-related things.
Alya created the first blog (Wild Cat Chase) dedicated to learning more information about a certain flashy vigilante.
If heroing doesn’t work out for her, she wants to be a journalist― after all, gathering information and writing articles is a lot easier when you can replay the actual scene any time you want.

Marinette outfit sketches for the Lost Footing AU!
Marinette Dupain-Cheng / Seeker
Quirk: Lost and Found: Marinette can randomly find others’ lost objects and can identify who it belongs to, but it unfortunately does not work on her own lost belongings and she can’t control when it’s active. These objects tend to just “appear out of thin air”, and the logic behind what she found and where she found it doesn’t always seem to make sense.
Occupation: Marinette is a Hero Course student at Collège Françoise Dupont.
Hero Outfit Notes:
Her outfit contains many pockets (7 pockets on jacket, 2 on pants, and a small pouch) and she occasionally brings a backpack as well. Since she can’t control when she finds lost objects, she is prepared to have lots of pockets to carry anything she finds.
Her outfit is meant to be easily mistaken for civilian wear so that she can blend in with civilians, buying her time to think of a plan (or figure out what to do with a lost object that’s too big for her to carry).
She has a compact on her belt that can expand into a staff (Bugstick from this post, but solid pink). Spinning the staff fast enough can generate a shield.
Misc Notes:
If the lost object isn’t something of high sentimental value or rare, she usually has no qualms against using it during a fight.
Two things that caught the staff’s attention during her practical exam were her creative thinking/problem solving and her composure during the spar (especially given her particularly chaotic and strong opponent).
She often worries about her worth as a hero due to not having “a heroic quirk”, but the staff see her potential to be a great hero.

Quick drawing of the main four kiddos to use as sort of an intro post to an AU I’m working on called Lost Footing (thanks to my lovely SO for naming the AU). It’s an AU where the Miraculous Ladybug characters are set in the My Hero Academia world but not in Japan/UA because I wanted to work with different dynamics that don’t quite work there.
I’ll be posting more information as I get it all typed up, I’ll be tagging all posts #ML Lost Footing (link to show only those posts on my blog here).
Brief disclaimer: I haven’t seen like half of S3 and none of S4, it’s been over a year since I watched the part of S3 I did see and who knows how many years since S1-2. I don’t mind if you comment spoilery things but I probably won’t know what you’re talking about ^^;
Here’s some basic info about the world:
World Information
There is no quirk registry/database in France. The exact details of someone’s quirk and whether or not they have a quirk are up to the individual to disclose.
Hero rankings are grouped into S, A, B, C, and D ranks, with no numerical rankings within each group. These ranks are determined by these stats (may be changed later): people skills/likability (both by the general public and when working with other heroes), composure under duress, smarts (ability to recognize danger, think of solutions), combat prowess, and quirk/tech application (how they use their quirk and tech in different scenarios; reckless usage that endangers the user or others lowers the rank). Newer heroes who have little experience in the field may be ranked lower due to the limited opportunity to study them in the field.
Collège Françoise Dupont
A fairly well known hero school in France. They offer Hero, Support, Business and General Studies.
The school uniform is a dark green, with accent colors depending on your course (Hero is gold, Support is Silver, Business is Black, and General Studies is White). The accent color is used for the tie, cufflinks, uniform buttons, and uniform patterns (stripes on the skirt, gym bottoms, etc). Dress code is fairly lenient: there are no uniform shoes required; the jacket does not need to be fully buttoned; the tie is not required; however, at least one item with the course’s accent color must be present at all times.
Applications include a written exam, an interview, a practical exam for those applying for Hero, and a portfolio for those applying for Support. The practical for Hero applicants is a one-on-one spar with a faculty member or Hero alumni, which is recorded and analyzed by a panel (including the sparring opponent) for the student’s composure, smarts, combat prowess, and quirk/tech application. Students who show great potential and/or great desire to learn and improve are most likely to be accepted. The portfolio for Support includes showing plans/blueprints for original technology or improvements on existing technology; prototypes are encouraged but not mandatory. Students are encouraged to submit any prior attempts to allow faculty to analyze their problem solving and process.
Students can request a course change after admission, pending faculty approval. If requesting a change into Hero or Support, they must complete a practical/portfolio as well.
Misc Information
Gabriel Agreste is a famous designer of hero support technology and fashion.
The Miraculous do not exist here; the Kwami, however, are humans that are Pro Heroes.
I’m hoping to draw some comics for the AU but we’ll see how that goes, haha. Will be posting basic info about the chars I’ve already sketched out + their outfits in the AU soon. Feel free to reach out with any comments/questions!

Rescue Me
A continuation to this piece because I needed them to have their The Little Mermaid moment. Next installment in the works!
Some narrative info:
Seb needs to wear the necklace/pendant in order to live, but he was never told that it’s keeping him alive. One stormy day he went out to the cliffs and in an emotionally charged moment, took the necklace off and threw it in the ocean. Unfortunately he immediately started feeling weak and due to the intensity of the storm, fell into the ocean. Thankfully a merman was nearby to rescue both the necklace and Seb!

New pinned post to help everyone find my other socials and brief information for the kinds of stuff you’ll find on each! My username on each is artisticAllyzah. Last updated on June 2, 2021.
Artfol: Slowly updating this with art. As of June 2, 2021, you can view my gallery via this link but would have to use the app in order to interact with my posts.
Facebook: My least updated; this has most of my finished artworks over the past few years and brief information like the title, year, and medium.
Instagram: Most updates are in my stories (you can find sketches and other WIPs there, as well as the occasional dog photo and life updates), with actual posts mostly being finished pieces. Art-only stories get added to the (many) story highlights on my profile.
TikTok: Some ramblings and dog videos, but lots of process videos. Dies down a little during the semester when I’m not making as many new things.
Tumblr: You’re here! This Tumblr is art-only. A lot of my older art won’t be on here because I was using a different art blog and I made this one later to keep consistent with my other socials.
Twitter: Not a lot of art, but my pinned post is a thread where I post all of my art so that it’s easier to find.
