So what exactly am I? Vampires are fiction right? Well yes and no - it depends entirely on your personification of what a Vampire is. Hollywood Vampires are fiction and nothing more. Sanguinarian is a label used by the Online Vampire Communities to distinguish themselves from the stereotype Hollywood image. Hollywood likes to make us out to be flash, loud super-beings who can do whatever they want - however this is not the case. Most of us prefer to keep to ourselves, and i’d like to think at least 99.9% of us do not step outside the boundaries of the law. Feel free to Facebook me: http://www.facebook.com/ronald.holmes.100

Having some fun with this RPG on my channel ATM... Seems to be harshly based on World of Darkness Lore - but nonetheless not bad for an indie game.

Theresa May gets worse still...

Our reasons for not voting Theresa May
Introduction
Before we begin, we should point out that we are not specifically pro-labour. I myself would normally not vote labour. I do not have a particularly bias opinion in general regarding the two parties. However Theresa May herself... That's another issue. The point of this article is to raise some awareness of the issues the country will face / is facing with Theresa May.
See below bullet points on reason why the UK should vote against this woman becoming PM for the next 5 years. I should also stress to people who feel they will not vote because it doesn't make a difference.. In this case it does! Only approximately 30% of the UK's population tend to vote at general elections. Your vote could swing the election to a far less destructive party.
1. NHS Funding. Theresa also fails to hear experts telling her that funding must be increased and that the crisis is at it's worst that it has ever been. At the Conservative Conference, Theresa May said her Government would invest in the health service, and tried to brand the Tories as the part of the NHS.
“And an economy that can support the vital public services and institutions upon which we all rely to invest in the things we hold dear. Like the NHS. one of the finest health care systems anywhere in the world, and a vital national institution.” Theresa May, 5 October 2016
“We, the Conservative Party, truly are the party of the workers - the party of public servants! the party of the NHS” Theresa May, 5 October 2016, however .
But the Government is still cutting £22 billion from the NHS, and £1 billion from social care while slashing corporation tax at a cost of £1.1 billion to the Treasury.
BMA analysis has found that NHS sustainability and transformation plans (STPs) will have to deliver £22bn in cuts by 2020/2021 in order to balance health and social care spending across 44 “footprint” areas, raising serious concerns about cuts to services and the impact on patient care. British Medical Association, 21 November 2016.
"More than £1bn will be cut from social care services for older and disabled people in England over the next year, leaving tens of thousands facing reduced help with basic tasks such as washing, dressing and eating, council care bosses have said.” - The Guardian, 4 June 2015.
"This measure reduces the corporation tax (CT) main rate to 17% from the 1 April 2020. Exchequer impact, 2020-21: -1, HM Government, Budget 2016: Policy Costings, March 2016.
And now, rather than fixing the crisis the Tories have created in A&E, Jeremy Hunt has suggested that there could be further downgrading of the four hour A&E target.
Economy. On the economy, the Autumn Statement showed public sector net debt set to almost double from 2009-10 to 2021-22, with growth and productivity both revised down. It is now clear that the Tories austerity politics have failed, and the Government has acknowledged this by abandoning George Osborne’s discredited surplus target. In July, the Prime Minister justified austerity politics by saying about not saddling our children and grandchildren with significant debt to come. He talks about austerity I call it living within our means. He talks about austerity, but actually it’s about not saddling our children and grandchildren with significant debt to come. It’s about ensuring we have an economy that works for everyone.” Theresa May, PMQs, July 20th 2016
But the OBR says that public sector net debt is set to almost double from 2009-10 to 2021-22. And Theresa May has abandoned the Tories discredited surplus target by the end of the Parliament.
We should no longer seek to reach a budget surplus by the end of the Parliament. Theresa May, 30 June 2016.
On education, Theresa May is obsessing about new grammar schools which would benefit just a few of our children, but has no plan to deal with falling budgets, chronic teacher shortages and not enough good school places. Theresa May has also recently pledged to remove the plan  to allow children from disadvantaged families to receive a lunch at school if parents cannot afford to pay. This means children at school who's families cannot afford to pay for their meals will be forced to operate a full school day with no food. Theresa May supports the creation of new grammar schools.
"We will lift the ban on establishing new grammar schools” Theresa May, 5 October 2016.
But economic and education experts in front of the Education Select Committee unanimously agreed that plans for new grammar schools would damage our education system. Theresa May’s action on social mobility is to help the already advantaged and make things worse for the most vulnerable.
2. Brexit. Theresa may is currently failing to in our opinion, efficiently deal with the Brexit issue. Theresa is currently putting her party before her country, and is potentially going to land the UK in a huge debt to the EU by trying to avoid the exit fees. Walking away from the EU with no deal and breaking our political alliances with Europe is a game with only one loser. US! Theresa is embarrassing our nation in Europe, creating more debt and creating many insecurities within the people. Theresa May claims to have a plan for Britain’s exit from the EU.
I have to say to the Right Honourable Gentleman yes we do have a plan. Our plan is to deliver the best possible deal in trading with and operating with the European Union. Theresa May, Prime Minister’s Questions, 16 November 2016.
This does not actually answer the question of what the plan is for getting us through Brexit. Her words are a smokescreen, as the Government is widely criticised to be lacking a plan for Brexit, which was underlined in the resignation letter of Sir Ivan Rogers, UK Representative to the EU.
"We do not yet know what the government will set as negotiating objectives for the UK's relationship with the EU after exit...I hope you will continue to challenge ill-founded arguments and muddled thinking and that you will never be afraid to speak the truth to those in power.” Sir Ivan Rogers, 4 January 2017.
The lack of the Government’s plan for Brexit was also confirmed by the European Parliament’s chief Brexit negotiator Guy Verhofstadt.
I have to tell you that the first draft that I have seen was not very convincing. It’s again very general remarks, but no clear plans for the future. Guy Verhofstadt, 13 December 2016.
3. The working class - Theresa May is failing those on Zero Hours and without job security. At the Conservative Conference, Theresa May promised that her Government would be driven by the interests, among others, of people with little job security.
"I said that the Government I lead will be driven not by the interests of a privileged few, but by the interests of ordinary, working-class families. People who have a job, but don’t always have job security. Theresa May, 2 October 2016.
But the number of people employed on zero-hours contracts has risen by one fifth, to 903,000.
“The number of UK workers on zero-hours contracts has leapt 20% in a year to more than 900,000, indicating that insecure employment has become a permanent and growing feature of the jobs market. The Office for National Statistics said 903,000, or 2.9%, of the employed workforce were on zero-hours contracts“ which do not offer guaranteed hours or sick pay“ in their main job, up from 747,000 last year.” The Guardian, 8 September 2016.
At the Conservative Conference, Theresa May promised that her Government would be driven by the interests, among others, of people who worry about the cost of living.
“I said that the Government I lead will be driven not by the interests of a privileged few, but by the interests of ordinary, working-class families. People who can just about manage, but worry about the cost of living.” Theresa May, 2 October 2016.
But under her Government’s policies the IFS said that real wages will still be below their 2008 levels in 2021; concluding that this is dreadful. And the OBR projects the projected growth in National Living Wage to be lower, costing the average person on the NLW over £1,300 by 2020.
“One cannot stress enough how dreadful that is- more than a decade without real earnings growth. We have certainly not seen a period remotely like it in the last 70 years.” IFS, 24 November 2016.
4· Dementia Tax - Theresa May has decided to enforce a Dementia Tax. This literally means she is planning to tax people for being terminally ill with a disease that destroys the brain. Worse... they decided to announce this during dementia awareness week. Rarely, if ever, has a political party included such a depraved policy in their election manifesto, but in 2017 the Tories decided to cross the Rubicon by announcing a policy of thumping dementia sufferers with a wealth extraction tax to pay for their own social care. The new Tory policy is to give the financial services industry the opportunity to administer the asset stripping of elderly people who are unfortunate enough to end up with dementia, physical infirmities or other conditions that require social care. If the elderly person is deemed to have assets worth over £100,000 (the average house price in the UK is £215,000) then they will be treated as if they are rich and made to pay their own social care costs, even though they paid a lifetime of National Insurance contributions to cover the cost of health and social care in their old age. The Tories have ever-so-kindly said that the elderly people won't have to sell their homes immediately in order to cover the costs, but that they can get "equity release" products so that the wealth can be extracted from the value of their homes after they die. One of the obvious beneficiaries of this policy will be the financial services industry who will get to design and market these "equity release" products. A consideration of the root cause of the social care problem just goes to show how depraved this is. Here's a simple timeline of events. The financial services industry gambles itself into insolvency betting on all kinds of dodgy sub-prime mortgage junk. The Labour government steps in to save the banks and avert financial catastrophe by borrowing hundreds of billions to prop up the banks and salvage the nose-diving economy. The Tories use this high level of borrowing as an excuse to launch their ideological austerity agenda, and set about slashing government spending. One of the worst affected areas is social care which suffers £4.6 billion in Tory cuts (at a time of rising demand). The Tories announce a plan to force pensioners to pay for their own social care by asset stripping the value of their homes. The financial services industry are handed a lucrative new "equity release" market to profit from, and the Tory press describe this kind of corporate equity extraction scheme as if it's some kind of wonderful favour to the elderly that they're being allowed to live in their own house as its equity is harvested away by the banks that screwed the economy in the first place.
It's funny how the Tories can afford to squander billions in tax revenue by slashing the corporation tax rate from 28% in 2010 to just 17% in 2020, but they're dressing this Dementia Tax up as some kind of necessary evil. The cost of these corporation tax cuts stacks up to a mind-boggling £70 billion giveaway to corporations between 2015 and 2020, but somehow they're telling us we're so broke that we can't even afford to look after our elderly people when they get ill in their old age. Don't ever let the Tories try to convince you that social care can't be afforded. It can. They just don't want to pay for it because they see elderly people's houses as rich pickings. These elderly people have paid tax and National Insurance their whole lives, while working hard to save and buy their own homes. Now "Theresa May's Team" have decided that they don't actually deserve the health and social care that they paid for through their taxes because the Tories and their chums see their homes as lucrative low-hanging fruit to be harvested in order to fund even more tax breaks for corporations and the super rich.
It's hard to tell if the Tories decided to launch such a depraved policy in the middle of dementia awareness week out of sheer incompetence, or whether it's their sick idea of a joke. Whatever the case, a plot to allow financial services industry to asset strip dementia sufferers has to be one of the most inhumane manifesto pledges ever devised. Still. Millions of people are going to go out and vote Tory because they see the corporate administered asset stripping of dementia sufferers as a price worth paying for whatever (almost certainly imaginary) benefit they think they'd personally get from a Tory government.

Development on my Insomnia

So I may have found some startling evidence that a medication I am on my be responsible for many of the attacks of insomnia.
I have recently noted that during insomnia attacks, body temperature is dropping extremely low - far lower than it should be. The human body is supposed to run at about 98.6 F (37C) and fluctuate between 36.04C - 37.6C. It was noted that recently during insomnia attacks including tonight, my core temperature was 35.4C. A few days ago it was even as low as 34.4C which is actually hypothermia according to British Medical Guidelines.
I have further observed, that Clonazepam - the drug I am on for anxiety may be the cause of this problem. Such a low body temperature will cause disruption to hypothalamus function which will cause sleep regulation issues among other things such as neurological depression (Which I also suffer from). I managed to maintain 37C body temperature all day yesterday without issue which started to drop at night as expected but was within healthy expected range until I took my nightly clonazepam. After taking the drug, I noticed a drop to 36.4. Since this is within healthy range I didn't worry, but later in the night after failing to fall asleep I took this reading again to find it at 35.2 which again is too low. There is no reason why it should have dropped so low as it was warm in the room and outside our property.
I was able to get good sleep this week on some days, but Clonazepam is a drug that builds up in the brain. After a few days of good sleep I rebound. I believe the insomnia is directly linked to my core body temperature, as when maintained I sleep well. I also note feeling more awake on many occasions when taking clonazepam unless I have been deprived of sleep for several nights. As much as it may cause short term further issues, I feel I need to try and come off this drug as I feel it may be the cause of the issue I am observing.
I was initially prescribed this for sleep / anxiety issues and was originally very effective, but several sources indicate that prolonged use of this drug can result in depression and sleep disruption and even feeling cold (body temperature). The insomnia I was experiencing at the time I was prescribed the drug was circumstantial, however I feel it may now actually be responsible. I am not a fan of medical drugs after many years of doctors causing me more issues than I already had with various medications.
I would appreciate anyone’s thoughts...

UK Politics: Corbyn VS May

Well, I personally will be voting for the labour party this year. I will express, I am not the biggest fan of labour either - however I certainly will not vote into power a person like Theresa May.
To explain my reasons better, Like most Toris Theresa May’s only real interests lay in the interests of those of financial favour. It is not just the little man who will suffer at the hands of Theresa May. I partially agree with the Tori plan to cut benefits. The United Kingdom has suffered with people who play the system for many years - but people have to remember there are also those who genuinely need those benefits due to a physical or serious mental disorder which prevents them from working safely in the workplace.
Corbyn (Labour) - Intends to scrap tuition fees for university and higher education. Once again under a Conservative government Scotland has been allowed to have no tuition fees for many years. Mainly to hold their interest in staying in the UK I assume as there have been many political issues with Scotland for many years.
May (Conservatives) - Launched an unprecedented attack on the EU last week, accusing them of interfering in the UK’ elections. This is a very serious allegation and one she has yet to prove.
Corbyn (Labour) - plans to remove hospital parking fees. this should have been done many years ago. It is wrong to charge sick people to park to visit the hospital. This could implicate a persons ability to go to hospital.
May (Conservatives) - Has sold large amounts of shares in our country’s National Health Service to foreign nations such as the USA. Budget cuts to hospitals have resulted in shortage of Staff in hospitals and care homes across the UK causing patients to literally be left unattended in corridors and vacant hospitals wards for hours at a time. I myself experienced this issue last year when I was admitted due to an influenza virus that caused complications with Asthma.
Corbyn (Labour) - Would like to halt cuts on Schools and Hospitals.
May - (Conservative) - Recently was asked in parliament “Would you instigate the deaths of Hundreds & Thousands of Innocent men, women & children by launching a nuclear attack?” which was broadcasted on public television. May responded with absolutely zero remorse “Yes!” She further replied that enemies need to know we will use it if pushed. As much as I understand the point, I am far more interested in May’s complete lack of compassion and remorse towards her people and the innocents that would be killed in the crossfire. It has also been noted that May becomes extremely defensive, aggressive and becomes very angry in parliament and every other sentence is an attack on another party. She also refuses to answer questions directly, and will find a way to rant about something unrelated to distract her audience without a proper answer. This kind of almost provides an image of an angry child having a tantrum and is not a very professional attitude.
Many like to blame Labour for causing a financial deficit in the UK, however many forget that this phenomena occurred world-wide. Labour maybe could have handled the situation a little better but it was a world-wide crisis and was not directly caused by Labour. I have also noted that Theresa May is using a hypnotic technique to embed subliminal messaging in her audience. As a practitioner of Hypnosis I recognize this technique clearly. Theresa’s Constant use of the phrase “Strong & Stable” is a form of mind control.
Example quotes: “Vote for me if you want a strong and stable leader.” “Vote for me if you want a strong and stable country.” “I will give you strong and stable leadership.”
In hypnosis and mind control related practices, this is known as a power word technique. This technique is used to embed an opinion or a belief.
Conclusion: Theresa May is not the kind of person I would like to have running our country. In my opinion May is not suitable for the position. She has an unprofessional attitude, is cutting the budgets of essential services to the public, attacking those who are disabled and embarrassing our country with regards to the EU. I would much rather see Corbyn in power as he seems to be targeting some pretty major issues in his policies - however given Labour’s history I would like to know how they intend to achieve this.

Interesting result from feeding...

Well, this has proved rather interesting. I hope it will help my sleep issue tonight. Usually I feed in 20-30ml amounts of blood every couple of days. Sleep has been a terrible issue this week, and as the insomniac episode has come on I have been feeling worse as time progresses.
This morning, I felt pretty awful. Felt rather hungry and food wasn’t cutting it. Out of energy but coffee wasn’t lifting it. For the first time in a while I ended up just taking the bottle and drinking the majority in one sitting. Apparently I feel much better now. Better just hope I sleep better tonight...

Sleep disturbance...

Again this is another issue that seems to frequent any Sanguinarian Vampires - and one of which I suffer from. I have been around the various vampire communities for many years and have made many connections as well as co-running a local sang community for 4 years in the locale before I gave it up and left this year. This is a phenomena I have seen in approximately 80% of the Sanguinarians I have known.
Imagine you are sleepy, it’s late and you get into bed. You lay there, and lay there... and lay there but sleep doesn’t come. Sometimes you fall asleep and then wake up 2 - 3 hours later and then cannot sleep again for the rest of the night. Your doctors and mental health advisors try everything they have to combat the issue with nothing but failed attempts.
I have also noted, that obverse reactions to medication is common in Sanguinarians. I have known many who have suffered depression, anxiety or sleep disturbance (again... common) and have sought help from their doctor who has prescribed them medication which has had the opposite effect to the desired effect. There have also been many cases where drugs that were supposed to have an inhibiting effect actually caused hyperactivity and in isolated cases even psychosis resulting in the injury of another person.
What I would like to understand is... why. But we will never have all the answers. I would like to combat this sleep issue which has a devastating effect on my life at times, but I have never found an effective treatment whether it be a medical drug or a herbal extract.

Our choices...
2 months since my decision to leave the local Sanguinarian Vampire Community of which I was a member for 4 years, I have to admit that I am much better in my health.
Sometimes those you hold dear can become a nightmare. What causes this depends on the circumstances involved. The group, location of which will remain hidden, and identities that will remain cloaked began to develop a cult mentality. Some members considering themselves above the rest and dictating how others should live - dictating who their friends could or should be, attempting to separate members from their families and friends based on an individual perspective of family / friends that a particular individual has due to bad experiences in that individual’s life, and dictating one’s lifestyle, hobbies and habits based on their own preferences.
I may share the condition, and suffer the same negatives and enjoy the same positives of the condition but walking away from the group, and those I once called brothers ultimately was the correct choice for my well-being. Many of the issues I was experiencing as a result of the issues within the group including, but not limited to anxiety & depression have since greatly improved.
I am still in contact with many Sanguinarian Vampires, both in person and over the internet - but wish to avoid the “community”.
I have learned everything I am going to about surviving in this pitiful world with my condition and if the only thing the community holds for me is misery, depression and anxiety - there is nothing left there for me now.

Sociopathy in Sanguinarian Vampires
I don’t know the full extent of Sanguinarian Vampire’s that have a form of Sociopathy, but I have met many who do show many sociopathic signatures in their day to day behaviour.
Even I myself am a high functioning sociopath. This means I am unable to relate to ordinary social norms because I find them either illogical or pointless - or both, however I do not commit criminal acts. I also struggle to feel any form of emotion towards situations where it would be expected such as the death of a person, loss of a loved one or emotions towards situations that others may find stressful of upsetting which to me is totally irrational. This does not mean I am not capable of love, it means I find mourning the death of a loved one pointless as it is a situation which does not change by merely wishing it to. Grief to me, is nothing more that pain of loss towards something you no longer have - which in a black and white mind such as mine is no more than a selfish impulse of wishing to have back what is no longer available - However I appreciate my mind does not work the same way as “ordinary” people. Maybe it is this personality trait in Sanguinarian Vampires that is responsible for the myth that we have no conscience or soul.
When I was a younger child, I had many behavioural issues as a result of this personality trait, but was always kept on a very tight leash by my father which in the present day serves me well. I have complete control over my drives, and although thoughts cross my mind to behave in a particular way, or exploit another individual I have the ability not to act on these things by way of logical reasoning. As life has gone on, I have learned what is socially acceptable and what is not and choose to take the path of what is considered correct by societies laws and regulations, as this is a logical path to take.
Maybe this trait is also responsible for the mythology and present day movie representation of that mythology that Vampire’s are master seducers / seductresses and are capable of extreme acts of manipulation to gain a means to an end, blood, or both...

Disgusted by UK Leader Theresa May
I never thought I would see the day where I would be utterly disgusted by our country’s leader. Disappointed perhaps, but not disgusted.
Since Theresa May came into power in the UK, many disturbing things have been taking place within our country, and I am beginning to wonder if she is actually a dictator who is very good at playing the system into her hands.
1) The changes in smoking laws: It would seem, that Theresa May’s government is trying to convince the country it is doing a good thing for the people - when the only objective is to get more money out of the taxpayer while trying to convince them they are trying to help the people. Agreed, nicotine is a highly addictive substance - and although harmful, far less harmful than many legal substances. The government has decided to try to convince people that they are, get this, helping the members of this country with a smoking habit smoke less, by forcing them to buy more at a time. That’s right - forcing people to buy 20 packs, instead of 10. The obvious flaw here is that people used to buy 10 deliberately so as to not have so many in the house at one time in order to not be tempted. Since the Tax is worked out on price percentage, I believe the objective is obvious. When a person has an addiction, they will buy what is available regardless of price, and the government knows this!
2) Banning Fetish. Apparently our glorious government has now decided that it has the right to dictate to us, our sexual preferences - and what we can / cannot do with another consensual adult behind closed doors. There are many people in the world who enjoy fetish sex, and enjoy being restrained and otherwise tormented by another person. They enjoy it & desire it. It has even gone as far that websites such as Fetlife are being attacked by various organizations simply because they are a Fetish Social Networking Site. My view has always been, if you don;t want to see something - don’t lift the veil and peek through it. Fetlife does not wave itself in other’s faces, and cause people who do not enjoy such things to feel threatened or bad in any way, but is there for those who do. Theresa May has actually speculated banning such sites from being even viewed in the UK. This is forcing a personal opinion, or the opinion of a single group of people onto an entire nation, and telling them what they can / cannot enjoy - and making it illegal to believe the opposite of said opinion. That is dictatorship!
3) Theresa May recently openly suggested that she would not hesitate to push the nuclear attack button, and cause 100′s of 1000′s of needless and innocent deaths if she felt it necessary this week. Quote “Would not hesitate.” This woman has openly said in a public debate, that she would have absolutely no hesitation in ending the lives of hundreds of thousands of innocent people at the push of a button. Would not hesitate, suggests wouldn’t even stop to think before doing it, as this in itself is a hesitation. Does this woman even have human feelings?
Here is a link to the broadcast: http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/theresa-may-trident-debate-nuclear-bomb-yes-live-latest-news-a7143386.html
I have completely lost any kind of faith in our country, and I know many other Britons feel the same.

Before and After Feeding
These photos were taken 2 weeks apart from some of my Youtube videos on my channel. The picture on the right shows when I was sick due to not feeding, as I did not have access to blood. This happens each time I go without. Anaemic & dead looking and severely discoloured under-eyes. The picture on the left was taken yesterday, after two weeks access to a large supply of animal blood ordered in recently.
Under eyes still show a little discolouration, but the skin is much pinker, less grey, under-eyes are far less dark and bagged, lips & ears are also much pinker. I feel so much better now =).

Metabolism
It’s quite amazing the effect blood has on a Sanguinarian’s metabolism. Since I gained a solid supply of animal blood, I have lost 4 pounds in 3 1/2 weeks. I have often found that not feeding causes weight gain, but that’s impressive!
