Some more doodling with ink! I wanted to practise drawing a building and added a dragon last minute for fun 😂 Really should have planned the dragon out more though, it's a little wonky 😅

Happy (late) lunar new year! 🧧 🐍 I remember drawing something for the year of the snake exactly 12 years ago (time really flies!) so I kind of wanted to try doing a redraw to see how my art has changed over the years. I'll post a side-by-side comparison in another post ^^;

Felt like sketching something peaceful 😌 As much as I like painting in colour, there’s something really calming about drawing in pen/black and white. There’s no undo button and you can’t be as perfectionist as usual- once you make a stroke, you can’t erase it, you just have to figure out how to incorporate that stroke into the rest of the drawing 😅

I finally got around to watching season 2 of Arcane! I love the art style so much and wanted to do a little study of it to figure out how it worked - so here’s a Caitlyn! 🎨

My second attempt at acrylic painting these holidays. I’m a bit happier with how this one turned out! I figured that the key to acrylic painting is layers - wait for the paint to dry, do another layer, wait for it to dry, do another layer etc etc 😂

Anyway hope you're all doing well this new year! Hopefully I can draw more this year than last year and be a bit more active online, let's see~

Happy (late) New Year everyone! I was messing around with some cheap acrylic paints over the Christmas break - I started off by trying to copy Van Gogh’s Wheat Field with Cypresses but it was a real struggle 😅

it took me a while to get used to traditional painting (I’m so used to being able to choose the exact colour I want in my head with digital art). also van gogh is just hard, I have no idea how to replicate his strokes ahh

started genshin impact recently so here’s a little drawing of the traveler! I’ve been having a lot of fun with it and honestly it’s been pretty peaceful exploring teyvat. I really loved sumeru and am currently in fontaine!
