How did the others react to meaning the baby?

How does spy feel about being beastly a grandpa now?

I don't wanna spoil so much, but everyone's reaction was a shocked one, like, why are these three idiots with a baby in hand????? Where did they get them??? And Spy is really distant with the kid, I think that one's pretty obvious based on how he feels about leaving Scout when he was a kid

when you pointed out that soldier didn't really have parents growing up snapped a wire in me,,

I think he should have a little moment to himself with the baby like, “damn, im gonna give this baby the childhood i never had!“ and then he ugly cries for a few minutes hold the stupid little potato

That's a little hc I have for him, there are mentions of the other mercs parents even if it's once or in the background, except for Pyro, Medic n' Spy I think. But I actually have an unfinished hc comic that explains a bit of Soldier's childhood, he considers that he didn't have real parents since his mother died when he was young and his dad was a piece of shit that only broke his mind and make him become what he is today.

So, he technically didn't have a parental figure growing up since his dad neglected him so much, if we can even call that man his "dad".

So, imagine his reaction and feelings when he's revealed that the child is an orphan because they killed a man that actually cared for his kid? That hit him really hard.

More Pyro soldier scout and the baby please  I freaking love them !

I have some concepts here about names the mercs have for the babies and also some nicknames!

I'm still thinking if sticking with "Grenade" cuz it does fit but I kind of think it sound soldier-ish, and I want something that maybe sounds like all of them. Like Pellet or Giblet, but what do you think? :D

I had an idea for your offense baby au. I don't know how old Grenade is, what sounds she can make, so I made these as simple as I could. Here are what I think would be what Grenade calls the mercs! :P

Scout - Papa (Scout taught her how to say "Papa")

Soldier - Dada (Soldier taught her how to say "Dada")

Pyro - Pyo (Pyro without the "r")

Sniper - Pepe (pronounced like the "pe" in "pending")

Spy - Py (pronounced "pie")

Medic - Mehmeh (pronounced like the "me" in "melon")

Heavy - Heeyyeee (pronounced "he yee")

Engineer - Eheh (pronounced like the "e" in "pet")

Demoman - Dedede (pronounced "deh-deh-deh")

I HAD A BRILLIANT IDEA-

Soldier taught her to jump at them (why? Soldier being him) and was more of a playing, nothing like too high or something, just playing in his bed about jumping on him

BUT WELL-

Now, she'll throw herself at them from higher grounds, and to not be surprised, and caught her, they started to say "GRANADE!" since it was something they're used to get more in attention mode... And the name kinda fitted

I can already imagine some funny shenanigans with this name LMAO, but yeah! I think that name is so good XD

Hi! I'm thinking about drawing one of the drawing of the clothes that they sew to her with their horns uniforms and end up making her own little nickname (like, since everyone goes by that nickname like Medic, Scout, Soldier and etc), but I don't know which would fit her. Soldier clearly goes by the Queen for her, but I don't know if it fits too well (even if it also fits so well-)

Hi!! That'd be so cool if you wanna give it a go! Rn the idea is set with Pyro referring to her as "princess" because of their fantasy world, Soldier as "sergeant" (I'm realizing just now I wrote that wrong in the comic oops) because of hierarchy (since he's a soldier and considers the baby a higher rank, top priority), he only calls her a queen correcting Pyro about her being a princess, and Scout refers to her as "baby" or by pronouns. So they don’t really have her a specific name to call her by.

But it's actually interesting if they think hard enough to give her a class name rather than a real name, that'd be so in character with all of them LMAO.

I think Pyro has the best toys, and loves to play with her, and Soldier likes to play too (he doesn't know how to play exactly-)

YEAH, this is the same reason why I made Pyro so enthusiastic with the baby! They think she's cute and finally have a new playmate, since everyone in the team think tea parties and playing with toys is childish. And Soldier, his play style is really tough, he can’t really grasp the reality that he is strong and should be careful with that. He rather hold her in his arms than to play with her and putting her into risks, and also he talks to her about the "Art of War", Scout always interrupts him.

Pyro does care for the baby and they're actually the one to tuck her in, she only falls asleep if Pyro is the one holding her (since Pyro is warm).

Also something I have to say is that my Pyro goes by they/them but don’t mind other pronouns.

I think they have no idea how to buy baby clothes so, they end up making them of torn clothes from other battles

STOP STOP THIS IS ACTUALLY COOL, Soldier would be delighted with the idea since him being a soldier he thinks of this as a "heroic" thing. Pyro would disagree and they'd find a way to get actual feminine clothing for the baby, or maybe they'd stylize the torn cloth to make her something decent.

Offense baby (tf2 au concept)

So, I was out of town these last days and had plenty of time to sleep in the bus. I dreamt about this silly little concept where the offense trio finds an orphan baby in one of their missions.

[So, this is the part where I'll ramble about this idea, if the premise didn't interest you, then you can skip ahead]

All the mercenaries attended to the mission but were assigned different sections of the building, and since these three are offense their job is to be in the front and deal with anything quickly. Scout would take the final blow on a man that was pleading for his life desperately, they searched around the area and took an important briefcase that Miss Pauling has ordered them to get. They were ready to leave but then heard some noises not so far from the room they were in, and they noticed a door that was blocked with plenty boxes, this intrigued the three of them so they started to move all the boxes away and Scout opened the door, revealing a small baby protected inside her stroller.

Scout grabbed the baby with lots of fear and confusion, "what the hell is a baby doing here?!", he said, then Pyro went back to the previous room and looked at the dead man they have killed recently, he searched around the man's body and found a picture, one with the baby and him. They've just killed the baby's father.

Pyro goes back and tells them the news, and Scout felt so guilty because she left this baby an orphan, Soldier being an orphan himself, wouldn't even let none of them leave the baby behind. So they took the baby with them back with the team. Spy would be the first to notice the baby in Scout's arms, looking at them in disgust and confusion, Scout and Soldier explains them the situation and Spy replies with; "We are mercenaries, our job is to kill no matter the consequences, anything outside our objective we leave behind." And this made both Scout and Soldier pissed the fuck off, Soldier almost punching the shit out of Spy but Engineer and Heavy interfere trying to calm both of them down. At the end they would bring the baby back to the base with lots of precautions to prevent the baby being spotted through the cameras.

Then Medic checks the baby up to see any injuries or anything, and he finds out the baby is actually a little girl, leaving all the mercenaries shocked since they were all a bunch of dudes, how were they going to take care of a girl?

But that's basically how it starts, I'm thinking of making a slice of life type of comic with this concept but also I'm thinking of sacrificing my mental health to make it an "animated" series, being mostly animatics but yeah. I'll leave the rest of the concept drawings I've done so far!

This little girl now has 3 papas that care lots for her and will die for her. What do you think? What should I do with this concept?
