I just saw a comment on TikTok that said “I feel like media literacy should be a required class in high school.” 

IT IS. It’s called FUCKING ENGLISH CLASS. When the whole “the curtains are just fucking blue” post started going around I KNEW this would happen and yet now people are shocked when literacy skills - true literacy skills, which is not the same as being literate - have gone out the window.
