got bored, decided to come up with this :)

Wednesday: very confused. She wouldn't be sure why you needed her to hold it but would hold onto it and no one would approach because who the fuck is going to walk up to Wednesday Addams and try and take someones drink from her to spike?

Enid: would enthusiastically agree and put her hand over it, dancing like nothing was going on and moving too much for anyone to even attempt to spike the drink.

Bianca: agrees and holds that shit to her chest, hand over it and glaring at everyone who even dares walk near her... even if they're just passing by... all while having a chill conversation as if nothing was happening.

Yoko: would take your drink and hold it protectively... the only thing that would happen is Yoko drinking it and she offers to buy you a new one after you return and scold her.

Divina: holds onto the cup, hand over it and just keeps talking, totally chill about it.

Ajax: a little confused but puts his hand over it and watches to make sure no one comes over near it, if they do... he hisses at them and threatens to stone them.

Kent: agrees and basically copies Bianca with holding it to his chest and glaring at everyone but he's... not as glamorous, he aggressively tries to move it away from anyone passing... he ends up spilling like a third of what was left doing this.

Eugene: you have no clue how he's at this party but asking him gets nods and he takes it and puts his hand over it, covering it with his jacket like its a secret.

Xavier: even if he was the last person, you wouldn't give him your drink. He's got creepy vibes and you just know he's the one who'd slip some shit into it.

Tyler: he's last case scenario. You trust all your friends more but when he's the last one left, you ask him and he doesn't try anything. He does get asked by people if they can take your drink from him and gets an oddly scary glare from him in return.

Hunter: Mans spends a lot of time around women and parties, he knows exactly what's going on and is probably your first choice. He takes it, covers it with his hand and keeps it in his sight while flirting and talking to make sure nothing happens... most people aren't gonna try.

Claire: She takes it and guards it like a dragon guards its horde. Guys would have to pry it out of her cold dead hands if they wanted to spike it. She also definitely growls and barks at creeps to make a scene.

Nathan: Chill about it, hand over opening and holds it in his sight. Probably would buy you a new one because some of his fur or his finger fell in on accident... or just because.

Jackson: You don't ask him, not because he isn't trustworthy because he definitely is, no its because you either can't find him or know from previous experience that he's gonna spill it and then get you the wrong one as replacement.

Amber: simple hand over and glares as she's talking or uses her telekinesis to make the drink float way above everyone so nothing can reach it...

Jessie: They'd agree and would forget halfway that the drink is yours and drink it themselves, when you come back they'd be confused and then go ask someone (Hunter) for money to buy you a replacement.

Darwin: Probably not at the party but if he was dragged, you give him your drink and he puts his book over the opening, just watching till you come back.

Got bored, decided to think about my fic characters with pokemon. Each of them have a starter and two other Pokemon, no legendaries and this is purely based on my thoughts and vibes.

Tyler and his trauma.

This was inspired by seeing a wyler post and will not link to because its not entirely important, its just the spark... I only saw it because I follow the Tyler Galpin tag.

I've made a whole post about what Wednesday goes through in season 1, her trauma, i'm deciding to do something similar for Tyler because I like his character but I will be mentioning stuff against wyler in this as well as some bits for it; so if you don't want to read that, scroll on past friend. :)

Tyler Galpin, the villainous Hyde that makes me want to make a whole post about Jackson Jekyll from monster high and my thoughts on him (it will happen when I will myself to do it).

I love Tyler, he is a well written guy, he's fucked up in the right ways and I always love a hot villain. This poor boy, we have to remember that he's 16-18, has been through a roller-coaster of shit though.

First, very soon after he was born, his mum was institutionalised for being a Hyde and having her transformation triggered by postpartum depression. Tyler never got to meet his mother due to this and probably never got any information about her prior to Thornhill and Wednesday.

Next, Donovan. I can have a little leeway for his grief, he lost his partner and found out she was a monster (probably knowing she was an outcast but not what kind) in a horrible turn of events. I can understand grieving that lost, especially as he probably viewed her as the love of his life - considering he doesn't get with anyone else post Francoise and tells Tyler when asked that he loved her 'more than you know' - but that does not excuse becoming completely emotionally distant from your son, basically neglecting him and not even telling him about his mother! if Donovan had told Tyler about his mum being a hyde, told him anything (happy memories, why he loved her, who she was, the attributes tyler got from her, ect), things might have gone a little differently for him.

Next, he got in with a bad crowd. Became a bully and being a bad person to outcasts to the point he assaulted (I assume not sexually) Xavier with Lucas and two other boys and destroys his mural. Bullying is, sadly, a common way for abused or neglected kids to lash out and get some kind of attention, it doesn't matter if its negative, as long as their parents give them attention. Tyler bullying is definitely on the lower end of the spectrum of shitty stuff he did but it is bad.

Next, that bullying and attack on Xavier gets him sent off to military school (If I'm remembering this wrong, I apologise), I assume military school is not fun at all, probably a shitty one that doesn't actually care about the students and just makes sure they submit. This probably had him going through some sort of abuse that added to everything going on with this poor boy.

Next, he came back from that shit only to have his friends try to rope him back into bullying and call him soft, among other rude things most likely, when he denies because he's grown and/or doesn't want to be sent back to the military school. This leaves him alone with the only person to talk to being the court ordered therapist, Kinbott is definitely like the only good adult in Tyler's life and from what I remember, she was getting through to him and trying to help, being a good therapist to him.

Amongst the therapy stuff, a woman joins the fold, Thornhill who uses the fact tyler is alone, impressionable and lacking any form of positive adult attention, against him. We don't know the exact timeline of how it happens so this is scepticism from me and how it goes in my head.

Thornhill finds Tyler and immediately latches onto him, how broken he is as a person, how desperate he is for some kind of positive attention. Being a teacher, she uses that to her advantage, visiting the weathervane every morning for coffee and striking up conversations with tyler and then in the evenings she possibly tutors him, giving him a motherly presence. Eventually that turns into Tyler being told one day, possibly before a tutoring session or maybe they moved to just hanging out as mother figure and son, gets the news about his mum, the first thing he learns about her since being she died from complications in childbirth with him, he's told she was admitted to willowhill and passed away in there, that she's a Hyde and that he could be as well.

That's where the previously motherly figure turns sour, during one of the tutoring/hanging out times, Thornhill drugs him so he's unconscious and takes him to the cave she'd picked out, far enough away from Jericho and nevermore that no one will hear his screams. She chains him up and when he wakes, she injects him with some kind of plant based stimulant, (I assume) it doesn't work the first time so she repeats this, slightly altering the stimulant until it works, unlocking the monster within him and making it subservient to her will. This isn't cannon but from actions we see from Thornhill, I assume she kept the motherly sort of facade with him, telling him this was for his own good and that 'mama loves you' among other bullshit, connecting him more to her through manipulation, even probably beating him when it wouldn't work, blaming him for not being able to transform, all sorts of torture no teen should go through. I also wouldn't put it past Thornhill to have done something to him when he was turned back and naked, whether it be caresses or full on SA, its gross either way.

Next, Tyler starts blacking out for periods of time and waking up naked and covered in blood, no clue what the fuck happened. That's gonna fuck with your head no matter what.

Next, Tyler meets someone he actually believes is actually interested in him, someone his own age, our lovely Wednesday. He latches onto her like a tick to a dog, becoming obsessed with even the tiny hints of attention she gives him because he has no experience otherwise. I doubt Thornhill let him date, being the way he is I have no doubt most people didn't like him since he's so free and available when Wednesday needs him for the case. This is why he views the tiny hints he gets as signs she's into him, the whole 'you've been giving me these signs' scene... he's inexperienced and takes the scraps like they're gold.

Next, that girl he became so desperate for, she shows him actual signs, accepts his date and actually is attracted to him (despite herself, and despite my wenclair love, I do believe Wednesday did like Tyler for a period of time.). Wednesday invites him to the Rave'n and despite his abuser and master being there too, he enjoys himself with Wednesday... until shit goes down and he's instructed to go after someone because they got too close to the truth.

Next, Tyler gets his kiss from Wednesday, hoping that she would get him out of whatever Thornhill has for him since she cares for him, despite knowing that Thornhill wants Wednesday dead, wants all of nevermore dead. That kiss though, the vision Wednesday gets from it, seeing him kill Kinbott, the attraction she had for him is disgarded (sorry wyler fans), becomes nothing because she now knows that Tyler hurt Eugene, hurt someone who had come to mean something to Wednesday (because we know Eugene is like her nevermore little brother since Pugsley wasn't there). Addams's are clearly very loyal to those they hold dear and sadly for Tyler, Eugene means more to her than he does. Tyler definitely knows of Wednesday's visions but has no clue what the fuck just happened to Wednesday after they kiss and probably worries.

Next, the person he thought would love him and help him, she and the nightshades kidnap him and chain him to a chair in Xavier's shed with paintings that are of his Hyde form, kinbott's dead face ripped apart, the cave he was abused in, his other victims... its a place full fuckery for him. Not only are the paintings bad, Wednesday fully plans to torture and harm him, someone he had feelings for betrayed him. In my own mind, this is where the resentment starts, the anger we see in season two starts from this moment, the betrayal he views Wednesday's actions as.

Next, we skip to the blood moon. Tyler is ordered to kill Wednesday and he wants to, wants to make her pay for getting him to love her only to stab him in the back but he's beaten by a semi-bipedal wolf that's like a lot smaller than him that stops mid fight to give puppy eyes to Wednesday... and he's also shot at by his dad which doesn't help the daddy issues he already has. The hatred for Enid starts strong here.

Next, he's sent off to a mental hospital where he's split from his master and locked in a room away from everyone else as he's highly dangerous. For my own thoughts on the Hyde being from its master, I assume there's something close to a withdrawal period, Tyler probably was heightened and desperate and prone to transforming at every time the door opened for his food or for Fairburn to try to get through to him. Then after that, he was safer though he didn't co-operate with the therapist, being stubborn as fuck. He's isolated and only visited probably like 4 times at most a day, three for meals and one for therapy. He's got a lot of time in the lonely room, his anger and hatred for Wednesday and Enid festering, bubbling under the surface, the need for his master lessening and shifting to anger as the isolation allows him to remember ever fucked up thing Thornhill did to him, every injection, touch, order, every hit, kick, slap. I bet he tried to escape a few times in the first like month of being at willowhill, the same place his mother was sent and died.

Next, his betrayer shows up, the anger bubbling and even tipping over ending in a shock, only two good things comes from that visit; learning his dad was dead... and seeing the way Wednesday tenses when he mentions Enid, just knowing a shiver went up her spine, a cold sweat maybe covered her body.

Next, his abuser shows up and tries to worm her way back in, using all the words and phrases that had once had him obeying her every word, addressing herself as 'mama'. But the anger for her is a lot fucking worse than his anger for Wednesday, he tries to hurt her and ends up killing her.

He finally escapes and god knows what happens since season 2 part 2 isn't out for another 18 days as of writing this. I assume Tyler is going to lose another fight in the second half so that could count but I won't add it.

Obviously this post about Tyler's trauma isn't to excuse him. It explains and contributes to his actions but does not excuse them. He is a traumatised boy who shouldn't have been put through any of this shit... but he also is a psycho murderer who even after his tie to his master is lessened and after she's dead (as seen by the season 2 part 2 trailer) he's still a psycho, Thornhill broke his psyche and made him into the monster she wanted, the same monster that ended her life.

Tyler canonically has several crimes under his belt; Serial murder, attempted murder, mutilation, incrimination, stalking, assault and battery, aiding and abetting (this list is from the wiki).

There is an entire scene where Tyler confesses to Wednesday about the murders, he explains his entire attitude to this at this point, he's broken and the Hyde has merged with who Tyler once was and could have been, making him a sadistic man who enjoys the acts he commits. He probably had to convince himself at first but the more he did it, the more it wasn't a problem (its proven that doing bad acts makes you desensitised to doing bad acts), his first few kills were probably horrifying but they definitely became easier and even enjoyable by the end.

"You know, at first, I’d wake up naked, covered in blood, no idea what happened. But over time, I started to remember everything. The sound of their screams, the panic in their eyes, and a fear so primal I could taste it. And it was delicious." - Tyler Galpin (Ep 8 S1)

(this is literally pulled from a transcript of that episode... and under that, it says in brackets [barely restrained seething]... I assume its both seething but- idk)

By the current time, the boy is a serial killing monster who enjoys the acts of violence he commits. Both things can be correct that he is horrifically traumatised and also a horrible person by the end of the season and into season 2.

I do feel bad for Tyler, I love his character and i'm honestly glad they (hopefully) aren't giving him a redemption. As easy as giving it to him would be, by making him regret and get help and have it all work out... this isn't an interesting way to go with him, its boring. Having Tyler get worse, become more of a monster and more of a threat gives his story more doors for if they want to keep him coming back (that is if he doesn't die at the end of part 2), they can have him get angrier and angrier until his humanity is completely gone and all that's left is the monster Thornhill unlocked and everyone made worse.... I also think playing Tyler as a fucked up character is more fun for Hunter.

This was a long ass post, as are a lot of them seem to be on my blog.

TL;DR: Tyler Galpin went through hell and out the other side came a demon. Tyler is both traumatised and a bad person at the same time and his trauma does not excuse his actions, it only gives context for how they came to be.

Baby showers and shitty parents at them.

they should be abolished or changed a lot... and talk about shitty people having kids.... because of the two-hot-takes video with Angela called 'thats unfair'.

I was watching the 'thats unfair' episode of the two hot takes podcast and they got to a bit talking about gender reveals and it sparked a random annoyance/anger that lives inside me that rarely ever actually comes out.

Gender reveals, which should really be 'sex reveals' are so fucking stupid. why do you need a whole party to tell people what genitals your baby is having? just send a group text or have a general get together and announce the sex then, don't do an entire party just for the babies sex!

On top of that, if you are having a baby with your partner, I don't give a rats ass if its your first or your third, DO NOT THROW A TANTRUM OVER THE SEX OF THE BABY!!!!!

so many videos of gender reveals you see are people (80% men) being mad about their kid being a certain gender. Men being mad about a daughter, women being mad about a son... why the fuck does that matter? as long as the baby is healthy, what's the problem??

i get being disappointed, you were hoping for a boy and you get a girl but don't throw a fit about it! just say 'welp, bummer but its fine' and move on! your daughter could have an interest in cars or sports or whatever you like, your son could love baking and dolls, them having a dick or vagina doesn't determine the their personality unless your force that on them.

not to mention, that kid could turn out to be trans in the future so you were mad over something so dumb. they could also see the fucking video and be like 'oh shit, my dad was mad I was a girl'. This is even worse when its like a dad with two daughters already and its revealed the baby is a third daughter and he gets pissed, mf be happy you have three healthy kids, bond with them because they are your kids! don't bond with them only if they have a dick!

extra on top, if you are going into a pregnancy and hoping for one sex over the other with anger if its the one you don't want, you need to not be having kids. If you can't accept your kid no matter what, as long as they're safe and healthy, then don't have kids!

If you want kids but won't be happy if they're:

not the gender you want

neurodivergent

queer

trans

not the personality you want

Don't have kids! You should love the kid for being them, if you don't think like this... you want action figures or dolls and not a kid. You want a plaything not a kid, because a kid will grow and become their own person, they won't stay a baby forever!

Also name your kids right, don't name them some hard to pronounce thing or random word to be unique, name a dog if you want unique. If you name a kid, make sure to remember that this baby is going to become a person, become an adult and they are going to have to live with the name for the first 18 years of their life. Don't name your kid some shit like aesthetic, name them ally or allison-

Xavier Thorpe

This is probably going to upset any fans he has.

I hate Xavier.

If you don't want to read that, don't... go on past. This is just my personal opinion, if you disagree, that is completely okay.

I personally do not like Xavier and its not even because of anything Percy did/didn't do, I enjoyed the season 1 interviews with Percy, I thought he was kinda funny in them.

Xavier though, he was a completely pointless character and I'm honestly glad he didn't return for season 2.

Firstly, Xavier's only things were that he had a crush on Wednesday and was a painting dude. Also why did he have two powers? like I get siren's have a few abilities, Werewolves have a few, but why did he have the drawing animation thing and some sleep visions thing?? I don't think it was anything more than to give him a reason to paint the Hyde or know things he shouldn't otherwise, to be the barer of information.

Secondly, He met Wednesday like once as a kid and she saved his life, he meets her again in high school and immediately falls in love with her??? I have the same complaint about Tyler but Xavier's doesn't have a plot device to make it make sense like Tyler. Xavier just sees Wednesday and his mind just decides she's perfect for him???

Thirdly, Why was he even a suspect for the Hyde??? this is more a writing issue to do with his character, Xavier is a known human with the drawing animation thing, the show didn't establish that hybrids exist so how would he be a Hyde too if he shows Wednesday his power in that first botany class??

Fourthly, why the fuck would you dump an icon and queen like Bianca? I know he thought she siren songed him but does he not trust her? why date a siren in the first place if you aren't going to trust them??? he's just a shitty guy for that, don't do that shit!

Fifthly, I strongly believe that if his entire character was written out, the show might have run a bit smoother... give a random student without the issue of love interest the Hyde suspicion, have Enid or Bianca or literally anyone give her the info Xavier did... like he was not really a needed character, he was just there for the love triangle that was just a love angle

Side note: a love triangle can only happen if at least one person is queer, a love triangle would have been if Xavier liked Wednesday, Wednesday liked Tyler, Tyler liked Xavier. Wicked has a love triangle both ways; Galinda x Elphaba, Galinda x Fiyero, Elphaba x Fiyero. Wednesday does not, most media don't honestly.

Sixthly, to fix Xavier, all they had to do was stop him from being a love interest and not make him the Hyde red herring since his powers are like 90 percent of why he's ever on screen and like a main character trait of his (the whole artist thing).

I have a lot of problems with Xavier and his existence as a character, to the point I write him as a bad guy in any thought or story I come up with.

Obviously, Tyler has issues too but he had reasons to his problems that I can suspend my self enough to be down for.

Tyler falling for Wednesday literally the day they meet and seeing signs so quickly? Tyler might be told by Thornhill to go after Wednesday and gain her trust, doesn't matter if you think the feelings are real or not.

Tyler is planned as the villain, he has a reason to be the way he is but Xavier just... is. Tyler is an interesting character, I enjoy Tyler, he is quite literally the reason the problems are happening along with Thornhill in season 1, in the second season he's holding resentment and planned to be a villain again (even if minor).

Xavier was such pointless a character that he was easily written out, his absence simply being explained as being pulled from the school and sent away to another one. He sadly is in that category with my love's, Yoko and Divina. Yoko is yet to get a mention in season 2 and Divina is named twice while her brother is shown... for some reason (love Oliver and love Kent but what??)

It was definitely a writer issue and not a Percy issue as to why Xavier sucks but the fact Wavier shippers are/were more delusional than us Wenclair shippers are is a little odd.

What the fuck??? America is weird! Researching American school stuff is weird as fuck.

Why the fuck does your school years start in like August??? Why the fuck do they go over two years? I should not be a year 11 in both 2022 and 2023 sorta shit. It makes no fucking sense! Literally just have the first semester at the start, summer break and then second semester! its the same fucking time but one year is one grade!

And why the fuck is your math not one class? why is Calculus one who class on its own? and Algebra? Just have it broken into Units and do all math in one class not different ones. How the fuck do you even stretch that out to be an entire separate class??

Why do your schools start at 7 in the fucking morning?? no one is properly functioning that early! my own schools started at 9am and ended at 3! wtf!

What the fuck is the pledge of allegiance? we only do national anthem shit during assemblies or large events. It's giving cult yall.

Why cheerleaders got that skimpy outfit? maybe that's a movie thing but if its real, wtf! do not let minors dress like that for school cheer uniform!

Back to the semester shit, over here in Australia - for the most part - we have four terms, 2 semesters. Like two months a term with two weeks between and a bit longer at the end of the year/start of the next. We are known for our heat over here, summers get so fucking hot here, we still do school in summer!! why is America weak they need to have a fun break over the entirety of summer. I understand Winter due to snow and shit but summer? Aircons and have shaded areas like everywhere and your set.

America is just like the movies and that's weird. Give me more shows and movies set in other countries to show our schools and how much more sense they make. Heartbreak high sort of shows ours but not like fully (it barely shows the school aspect)

Also why American football called that when its closer to rugby! you don't even use your feet! soccer is football, Aussie rules is football... American football is rugby! it shouldn't be called football!

If I got shit wrong or you wanna explain something to me, feel free just maybe be nice about it... please...

Anyone need Nevermore Dorm layouts?

I got tired of struggling to visualize how the dorms looked in my head - I have aphantasia so it is a nightmare - and decided to make sort of basic layouts to the dorms as no one else online has done that to my knowledge so here are what I imagine - or i'm deciding for myself how the dorms look.

Like with my class schedules, most of this isn't canon (the only ones that are, are Wednesday/Enid and Xavier/Rowan) and took a stupid amount of time to come up with. If I put in the effort I could probably work as an architect... maybe.

Just like I said with Tyler and the Hyde needing an edit to confrontation from the jeckyll and Hyde musical (here), I want an Enid and Agnes edit or something to the song 'copycat' by Billie eilish.

The ragebater ginger is actively trying to take Enid's place and even used her 'WWWD' thing from season 1... it'd be funny to see and probably dope as shit. Sadly I can't make edits for the life of me so someone take this idea (maybe after part two, or now works) and make this!

Tyler's mum

So clearly i after the first half of season two, there's a lot of theories and questions unanswered...

i've seen a bunch of things about the lady Wednesday walks with and who was in a door marked 'highly dangerous' or smth like that.

at first I thought this could be Ophelia Frump (morticia's sister) but as I mentioned in the part 1 reaction I made, Ophelia is portrayed as usually bright and sunny, with blonde hair (which does make this a dove in the dark, raven in the light based on Morticia and Ophelia)

but these theories pointed out that this could be Tyler's mom. I have a little thing about her here but she's known to be a Hyde, she's the reason Tyler is a Hyde. we know she was sent to Willow hill

I believe this woman is Tyler's mum, that's why Fester doesn't recognise her since she isn't Ophelia and why she doesn't really react when Tyler's Hyde is running straight at them down a hall.

Wednesday gets thrown out a window and is knocked unconscious. I'm making this post because I saw a comment saying Enid watched Wednesday get thrown from the bushes where she was! Poor Enid watching her bestie crush get thrown.

Anyway, before that we see Wednesday tell the woman to run away and Tyler's Hyde stop before Wednesday.

Its shot to make it look like Tyler is the one who throws Wednesday but why would he do that? he clearly hates her (not a s2 wyler shipper) and as we saw with laurel, he'd just kill her if he wanted her dead.

I think that the woman, Tyler's mum, turned and saw Tyler about to attack Wednesday and transformed and she was the one who threw Wednesday out the window to save her from Tyler... since Wednesday got her out of that cell she was stuck in.

I assume all Hyde's look the same, just like all the werewolves wolf forms probably all look the same with slight variations in colour, size, ect. so either the one who jumped away after is Tyler and he's going away to plot or to just get away like we are to assume, assuming Wednesday (a human) died from a fall, thrown from a two story building.

or this Hyde jumping is mama and she's jumping away so she doesn't hurt anyone and to get away from the place that has kept her imprisoned for like, a decade at least.

This is unlikely, I assume if mama Galpin did Hyde out and fight her son that she lost because she's weaker and doesn't have a master but the idea is still there, Tyler lost to a girl who wolfed out for the first time and wasn't used to her wolf form, dude could lose to his own mama.

Holly Jackson (love her) has Rachel Price disappearing and reappearing and going through a whole bunch of shit in 'The Reappearance of Rachel Price'.

Life is strange has Rachel Amber deal with a drug addicted mum who got clean to see her daughter only to be forced to take drugs again and a dad who's paying her to stay away from Rachel and pays to have her drugged. on top of that, there's the whole frank and Jefferson things...

There's a game called the Suicide of Rachel Foster, i've read that its about a girl going to a hotel her dad owned only to find out her dad was a pedo, impregnated a 16 year old and caused that girl to kill herself... and in no way does the story condemn that?? idk, never played it, prob wont play it but it counts for the list
