As we got to experience at this Pandemic with all the Lockdowns and such numerous Community Quarantine that it could have been we are the country with most number of it from ECQ, MECQ, GCQ, MGCQ, GCQ with Hightened Restriction, so on and so forth.

That it might have been pasok na pasok sa banga nasa the Guinness Book of World Records na honestly hindi siya nakaka-proud or whatsoever like mapapaisip ka CQ parang yung kanta lang

Just kidding anyways, talagang yung nasa bahay kalang it will makes you things that even beyond your imagination like being at homes yes naka confined tayo yet there are certain things on the point na we are not chained with that.

Like ako honestly before Eat, Play, Sleep and Repeat bakit kamo? It is the least that I can do before kas inga stay at home tayo, hindi naman pwede yung sabihin mo na magtatalon ka or even magtatatakbo ka on a small space dahil magpapabalik balik ka lang at pinagod ko lang ang sarali.

But now I can say I’m more grateful about it, na we must find ways even in a little space we can do things that it will makes be more better instead of being chained to our daily routines na yung lang ang sa tingin natin na pwede natin gawin.

Not just even in ourselves but to the recent events na we had been witnessing day-in and day-out batuhan ng batuhan ng mga maanghang at masasakit na salita like we’ve got chained to it as well just by a look sa social media, masyadong colorful na tipong coloring book sumobra na sa lagpas kahit na nanduduon yung pattern wala na buong pages kinuluyan na, mabuti pa yung bata bigay mo sa kanila maybe some of them it will happen na lumapas sa kinukulayan nila but there are others who knows how to make it right.

It may be hard to do so pero we can be chain less sa mga bagay na napapanuod, nakikita at naririnig natin cguro nga we can give our opinions, suggestion or even comments to it but still we should mind our words because these things also represents us behind on that talagang it shows our true colors gaya ng tatoo hindi mo ganun kadali mabubura kasi nandyan na.

It’s not yet too late will you still be living “Chained or Chain-Less.”

Lola Ising's Buko Pie: Buko you never forget

As before I would start this write-up I can say we Filipinos love to eat food and when it comes to the desert we wouldn’t let it slip away such as pastries from Cakes that make us crazy out there like with the Caramel Cake that comes out on every place, Cookies out of nowhere, not just kids who love them but also with every single people out there who still live young at heart and let’s not just forget from the Kakanin(or Rice Cake) that is popular within every Filipino, From Bibingka to Puto Bumbong, Sapin-Sapin to Biko, Nilopak to Maja Blanca, Kutsinta to Palitaw… name it and sure not just Filipinos but to people out there who love this kind of Food.

This food is one of the common pasalubong(souvenir) from simple tourist from attending to a retreat as you will ever see this one is a must-have before going home, names had established themselves quite a reputation that people comes back from their places over and over again that is surely because not just from the word of mouth but with how they made the taste differently from others as they’ve put their own signature to it.

What am I talking about? It is the famous “Buko Pie” that everyone loves and you can it have no matter how the way you want it like for breakfast, after eating lunch, meryenda commonly term as a snack that a part of everyday life of a Filipino or in any time you want. But I here got to learn of loving this food as soon as I got to taste it of my own like from having it on a common bakeshop to every food stall, there’s also a moment wherever and whenever I’m around at Binondo or nearly Divisoria that a lot of people used to go to it’s a stall that just doesn’t sell any buko pie but such buko products that you can take home the name of their store is “Buko Express”.

Recently while browsing on social media it isn’t so bad at all that what you can do the most is read with good articles and even got to hunt good things at a good price but there are times that you gotta check most especially as to how people gave it a rating and review about it, to what I got this week is with the food that I’m craving for, like for weeks it gave me the mindset of really trying it to find out for myself and that is the Lola Ising’s Buko Pie which I ordered their Buko Pie Supreme that in no time like 45mins I got it fresh hot in my hand.

Taking on the slice of Buko Pie as it is fresh hot on the table there are instances when you slice out of it the whole thing was so soft that just a thick move sure it would crumple up but that didn’t happen as I managed to get one for myself, as for the taste it is really good that wasn’t so sweet and people would love to have it like from the price range of their Buko Pie from the classic ones it got from 275 to 290 with such different variety of it and want more good as you get then you have it on the supreme side that doesn’t cost that far from the classic like from 320 to 330, not bad at all like you just add up 50 pesos more or less like from what you get on upgrading your meal on a fast-food chain but this one is a healthier one than the other.

Change of ways: Live life at its best

For the years had come I am grateful for all the things that I had in my life, things that made me learn a lot not just by myself alone but to those people who have been part of my so-called world that knowing who stick with me by my side and ones who already parted ways with me, I know that not all is that you can certainly please through the works you had made or even with the decision you had chosen as you do know what is right and makes you happy at all. Honestly, I can say that it was one of the saddest things that you made part ways with people who have been a family to you ever since, but on the brighter side of the road that makes me realized that not all people can be a part of your crew, can be a part of your family and fill the space of your empty heart because always there would be a time it would let you know that you’re over capacity,

Like what happened with me years ago that I’ve been on with a group of people who had the same passion with me upholding the battle cry and fight like there was no tomorrow, never thought that I would last that long because within everyone else it allows being there for a certain time like how we spent our lives those days, I can say that there was this calling that I never decline or even reject as if I know that wouldn’t be that easy as it is just like what anyone else would have in their hands being my fellow member, to a single day I never regret to that call because I believe that it made me be who am I today with all the trials and challenges that I got to encounter it does have a reason why it happens, it does have a purpose that in some ways I could there are moments that it hurts me but made me also learn to accept that not all things you can have it on your hands.

Lastly to what I didn’t expect that there are ones who can turn their backs on you like to moment which you are not aware of, people could stab you in the back and though as if they do things nicely to you they are like mad dogs that ready to eat your delightful bone as if you know that they are the people whom you trusted with all the time, that’s why it has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever done to cut ties with people who I’ve been with for years though they trying things for me to make up my mind but I know what I had chosen.

Right now I just don’t really want to expect on with things that would hurt you, if you do because for me it does come unexpectedly like if you don’t have it in mind. After all, things come in the time that you are not aware of, things also that would surprises you. Then next to it is that you don’t have to conform yourself with others and just to say that you fit in for the society because for me what makes life great is how you chose things, believing in yourself of what you could do it might get fail but that doesn’t mean you got stop from taking things once more and make it right with the way you know it as well, people might not like with what you had made but don’t mind them because what’s more important is you do your best and that really made you happy besides your happiness doesn’t depend or even lies on them and it is within your

Fight…. On the right way and not being control by the emotion

Believe…. Not just what others tell you to do but on the capacity which you know to yourself

Drive…. Smoothly that simply it is in your hands where you know that you want to go and not an

Faith… Not all things come right that easily it might not be at the right time but at the time you didn’t expect to

Tasty Dumpling’s Pork Chop Rice

From time to time we got to see a lot of foods that evolving from nowhere which to anyone of us would be willing enough to give it a try, before there were only Jollibee, McDo, KFC, and a couple of few food chains that we do know all along.

 But through the years countless as it seems much more of we need a library from A to Z, to make the choice that we want and the one that it would makes us give a thumbs from the experience that we get from it, local dishes to international dishes we easily get to adapt on it and as food lover some has created to with their very own version.

 Tasty Dumpling’s Porkchop rice. a very Chinese on its name and the food takes on the usual side of the road which is because we can barely it on through different places with their version and to a few with a twist on it, but this one I must say that it’s not for the vegan warrior that  somehow you may be bold and brave enough to take on this kind of monster… hahaha just kidding what I meant that the pork chop it was.

 From the looks of it we certainly need another plate for the meat itself the way how big it was because I may say that even to a Styrofoam for a usual take-out is not enough than having our food to some food chains that have, but it won’t really disappoint you at all because the meat was so easy to rip it off the way you want and you just got to have the perfect sauce to pair with it, not having it will just give the usual tate it have.

 Aside from the meat, it does have veggies on the side that is indeed been stir-fried and rice that have two variations that white is at the bottom and the other have soy sauce that is on top if I’m not mistaken but quite cleary they should make better, if I were them let people choose because all along it was indeed rice but making it one is not a good idea because it taste so differently,\ not awful I may say but it does not make pair to be that might give you a boring taste, to give the overall about this food it is in between on the average and good because you might want to have this especially when you get yourself from after work or on busy day it is indeed a superb.s

Ever since as Asian T.V. series had begun here in the Philippines it was such phenomenal that you may not see anyone who never got hooked into it and from time to time it evolves such a big hit from every generation, which it was indeed certainly adapt by everyone so easily from different hairstyle, such fashionably outfits and gesture, and most especially as it comes to its food that they know it what their so-called K-Pop Idols are getting at their hand.
