Chapter 1: Meeting Geode

Chapter 1: Meeting Geode

We see a bedroom, that looks to be in a cave. There’s a slam of the door that opens. In the door frame there’s a silhouette of a plus size woman who we can’t see the face of. It looks like they’re in' a ninja outfit. We see her walking to the bathroom, and we are still in the room, so we don’t get to see what the bathroom is like yet. We can hear her getting changed, then washing herself in the shower.

When she came out of the bathroom, she is in a new outfit, with a towel seaming to be around her head. So it looks like her body is dry. She walks to the door and grabs the box that was under the mail slot to collect the mail. She takes it over to her desk, and puts the box on the desk. She opens a drawer to take out her pager, it lets her get the money from her job she just did.  

“Another job done, and the money to go with it. That person didn’t even stand a chance.” She puts the pager on the desk, as she looks through her mail. Nothing looked interesting to her, till she came across a letter that said job. She puts the other letters down, and takes this one and opens it.

The letter seems to say something about wanting to bring out good in this LumberJack dog. Something about the dog and cat used to be close in some way. The letter stated that the name of the chihuahua is Geode, and had a pic of him on top of the paper, and at the bottom of the letter seems to be a pic of a cat. 

This interested the female. “Something new. I can take this, and there hasn’t been a job I couldn’t complete. This won’t be the first.” She takes out her pager and uses it to let this cat know she’ll take the job, with the number that was left on the paper. We then zoom into the letter, to the pic of Geode, till we end up seeing Geode sleeping in his bed.

…

There’s a loud speaker that comes on, saying that it’s time for work. Geode wakes up and gets up from his bed in his room. This room looked like a cabin that the military would have for war. He changes from his pajamas into his uniform, and then opens his door, and lines up with the other LumberJacks. 

There’s a bigger dog that walks down the line, and then he sees that things look good, that dog gives the all clear for them to head out. And the Lumberjack dogs split up and go do their routine for collecting logs. The other dogs wish Geode luck. As Geode nods and leaves the Wood Mill to go to the forest to cut the trees.

 Geode goes to his spot to cut trees. He ready himself with his ax holding in right hand, as he backs up away from the tree. He swing the ax back with holding it in two hands now, well he runs to the tree, swing the ax forward and gets a hit on the tree trunk then repeats the swing motion with ax to the tree. He ends up working really hard doing this, as he works up sweat. The sweat dripping on his forehead, holds the ax in right hand, as uses his left arm and hand to wipes the sweet out of his eyes. He gets to the end of the chop the tree trunk, as the tree starts to tilts, well Geode backs away from the tree to yell “Timber.” The log ends up hitting the ground with a loud “thong”, and then Geode does a dance to celebrate. He ended up doing that for the rest of the day as the sun was getting lower in the sky. It was going to be dinner soon and he needs get back before it gets dark. He might not see the best during the night, so time to start packing up for the day.   

Geode looks over where the logs are and start collocating them to head out. He picks them up by hand punting them nicely two next two each other, ties them, then puts the next to on top and ties them. He did that for all ten logs, he then ties the logs on the outside so they stay together, and leaves two long strings for him to drag. “That’s a good load today.” he thinks. He then drags them back to the Wood Mill.

When he got to the Wood Mill, the other workers that are more fit then him, see him and his load of logs and congratulating him on good work done.

The next day, Geode is back in the forest doing his job. Things started off normal, he cut the trees, but then something talked to him from behind. Witch shocked him so much that he went in the air with his legs out straight to the side of him, and then hits the ground. Which ruined his day. When he looks up to see who it is, it looked to be a cat. He ended up thinking as he saw it, Great just great. A cat is just what he needs. As he let out a groan. The company he worked for, warned him about cats. Talking about how they are the enemy of their work.

Geode dust himself off, as he gets up. “Came to ruin my day, have you?” Clearly not having time for this. The cat response, “Maybe. But you can’t cut this tree. It’s my home” He stumps his feet as he walks away. “Fine! But don’t think that’s going to stop me!” As he goes to another tree and starts to cut it. The cat somehow ends up on that tree he was starting to cut. “You wouldn’t want to kill someone would you?”

Gets even more annoyed and throws his ax on the branch she is standing on. The branch gets cut off in the process. So the ax ends up missing her, but she had to dash to the back of the tree to risk not falling. She looked scared, but it passed with a sigh of relief, when she saw that she missed the ax. The cat ended up annoying the dog, and the dog fell for every one of her tricks. That ended up being the pattern of this, till it was dark and the dog needed to go back to the Mill.  

As a result Geode end up go back to Mill with a small amount of wood logs. And because of that the other workers end up teasing him about it. “What’s wrong? Got distracted on the job?” one of them said. Geode grumbles as he walks back to his room. He hops he will sleep well tonight, as he gets ready for bed.
