Why was Princess, Yowlertwo, and Mewtwo created?

"Rare fossil was discovered and revived. Test trials for cloning program began on new Pokemon. The success was Yowlertwo. Next success was me. Capture rare, powerful Pokemon. Clone it."

The best way to describe a MissingNo. is a spacetime error. Like a glitch in computer code, but for the fabric of reality instead.

The details change per instance, some are just slightly janky individuals. Others are eldritch horrors with only very basic function. Not quite alive. They are often associated with Mew as a species.

That thing visually fits the bill. The issue is more what kind of MissingNo. is it if at all.
