I’ve written a thing and would like to know if anyone is interested in reading it.

It’s a fanfic of a fanfic. Mlp, Fallout Equestria fanfic to be specific and so far I’ve gotten 16,000 words written for the prologue on Google docs. Still in development but I’d like to know how it goes from a readers point of view.

In other words I’ve never written a fic before and am very nervous.

Most of my rp partners have thrown in the towel and lost interest in role playing, either on tumblr or all together. With a lack of rp partners I’ve left the blog where it’s at.

Also Onyx is dead and his sons have taken over the blog. It’s been a hell of a story to write and things only got more exciting as they went. Other than that, that’s all there is to it. Blog is more or less dead.

Imperial Report: Neo Changeling Empire

This document has been released to the public under orders from his highness, Kaiser Echo Allfather. Not for the self, but for ones homeland…..

The Neo Changeling Empire rose from the ashes of Hive Unity after the great civil war erupted during the age of strife. It’s ascension started the age of doubt as the first Kaiser overthrew Queen Unity and installed himself as ruler. That man was Kaiser Onyx Allfather.

After starting the civil war himself, attacking the hive palace and banishing the queen, Onyx declared his intentions to rise to the surface world above them and make their mark on it either through conquest and perpetual war with the surface, or establishing themselves as equals to those on the surface. Unfortunately for the new ruler neither of these was an option upon meeting those from the surface world who had ventured deep below ground.

The surface was inhabited by humans, a species not encountered in large numbers before. The few humans who discovered the newly created empire told them of a world far superior to them in every way. No amount of effort would yield the future Onyx wanted in their current state. Without hesitation Onyx began his plans to emulate the surface and form his new empire with the strongest aspects of humanity in mind. This proved to be one step in the right direction, but unknown to the hive these aspects also reflected the worst parts of human history.

It did not take long for the new changeling empire to emerge from its metamorphosis as a Jingoistic State hellbent on conquest and expansion at any cost. The Neo Changeling Empire would plague the multiverse for years all the way up until the death of Onyx Allfather during the One Day War. The empire expanded, made war on peaceful lands, won and lost many conflicts and ultimately ended its own reign of terror once Kaiser Echo assumed full control of the empire alongside his brother, the co-ruler of the empire.

To this day, Hive Allfather has remained dormant. It’s focus has shifted to itself now, with the hopes of perfecting the aspects of a nation it had neglected during the reign of Onyx Allfather. Although this has not spelled the end of trouble brewing within the empire itself as factions have already begun emerging with the hopes of awaking the sleeping empire.

He gestures to the intell and states, "Some of my agents have been going dark in the out rim and a few colonies. They were there for support and intelligence gathering, and have yet to report back in the last fourty eight hours. Their last transmissions suggested hostile changeling activity. They were not flying any banners we know of. Perhaps this information would be better suited to your research teams." He paused briefly before shaking his head, "The last one was... about Marissa. Surely you have noticed her radio stations have stopped broadcasting as well. Unfortunately, we have no leads as to where she has gone, save a voice sample from her last broadcast. I only have it because... Lucid had bugged her office a longtime ago and she took it with her when he left. Due to the terms of our treaties and the alliance, we cannot investigate it any further and have to pass what we do have to you. I pray you find out what happened to her. We are both worried."

“Don’t worry. I’ve sent my best people to resolve this issue. Assuming they haven’t gotten lost, or engaged by the people who attacked Marissa, they should be investigating the matter. The ashlands frontier is dangerous at best right now so I would recommend staying back for now.”

“For their protection, I can’t say who. Just know they’ll get the job done. At any cost….”

“Another glorious day in the Neo Changeling Empire. That’s something my father used to say when he heard that phrase. Welcome to Hive Allfather.”

Abstract sighed, having caught wind of Echo's line of thinking, "It’s a terrible feeling, seeing just how cursed your spawn is. One way, or another, the world seems to crumple around us. No father should ever wish to see their sons suffer." With that said, he passes along a folder of misc. intel. A continued showing of good faith in the alliance, "Sorry it’s not much, Kaiser Echo. I am not sure why, but things seem... too calm, as it were. Not sure what is more worrying."

“If only things were as they seemed. The most serene calms always arrive before the mightiest storms. I’ve learned this the hard way. I’m sure you have as well.”

‘Echo takes the information and keeps it close. Whatever was on it didn’t necessarily matter to Echo. Nothing did these days other than performing the role he was born for. Beyond that, everything was trivial.’

“What is on this disc, Abstract? You came all this way to deliver it so it must be something important…..”

Had it been someone else, a bullet to the head would have been too merciful for damaging an alliance...

“Opaque’s crimes go far beyond that. Death wouldn’t even begin to pay off the list of things he’s done. Someone so evil doesn’t deserve such an easy way out.”

“I’ve been reflecting on my actions on the day I turned to the darkness within me to achieve something I truly wanted. Something I desired so badly I felt it was worth dipping my toes into the pond so to speak.”

“I can only imagine how my father once felt watching his enemy before him, trapped and helpless. What kind of satisfaction did he feel when his sadism showed itself?”

“Was it the same satisfaction I felt when I stole Opaque’s changeling nature and reduced him to a mammal? I won’t lie…..it felt wonderful, but to surrender to the satisfaction……I can’t let that happen. Then again.”

“Opaque should be thankful. I could have been far more creative.”

"M-my kaiserin..." one of the messenger drones came to deliver his apparently very urgent message.

"There's been serious disruptions on various outer and border sectors of the empire.... especially in the old regions we conquered much time ago, after the fall of the great khan... but that's not all! Apparently big cells of cultists popped in the border regions closer to the horde!"

“The edges of MY empire will not be eaten away after I’ve worked so hard taking them from someone else!”

‘Newborn waves of horde fanatics rising to sweep over the stars like a black tide on one side, genestealer cultists looking to summon their devouring gods on the other. The fringes of changeling space were so prone to internal uprisings and all because the thoughts of glory and servitude were too powerful to ignore.’

‘Simply put it, Changelings wanted more then their lives could give. The curse of ambition runs deep.’

“Bring up to the capital system defense fleet and dispatch them. Even if the genestealer religion is a recognized one, I’ll still stomp them down when they get to excited.”
