"Eh. Good. Much better when I'm with Fix-It than when I'm in Hero's Duty while the arcade is open. Cybugs are even more disgusting after the whole Sugar Rush fiasco." Calhoun shrugs, leaning her weight on one hip.

"Welllll," Felix smiles, "I think maybe just one fer' now!" He chirps, "Though...we might have one or two more later on."

((Glad to see that you're back, friend! Yeah, school's a bitch. Summer's never long enough. But good luck for the coming year! The busier you are, the faster Christmas comes! At least that's how I see it))

and they excuse it with "oh we'll start school fifteen minutes earlier and put homeroom in the middle of the day and you can eat then and then we'll also end school five minutes later"

but uHH... compared to all the other kids' 45 minute lunches and another 45 minute free period, I'd say that's BS.

I've had no less than six hours of homework a night. ))

I'm still here, it's just I will very seldom be on - school has upped it's evilness by 800%.

My already-eight hour school day was extended by fifteen-twenty minutes

I have no lunch period

I have five academic classes daily(on top of art classes) - two of which give terrible amounts of homework each night(world history gives 5-12 page readings & questions daily, and English III honors gave me a 2 page essay last night due in class this morning. not to mention she gave us 60 pages to read overnight).

I just feel like breaking already. Second week in and I'm ready to collapse. I haven't gotten to bed before 1:00AM any night since last Monday.))

So far, what's been the hardest part about expecting a baby?

Have you guys baby-proofed the house yet? If the little one has Felix's abilities, you'll have to worry about the kid jumping up on tall furniture...XD

"Hopefully she'll have shortstack's temperament in that case, too." Calhoun snorts, a fond smile on her face. "And yeah, we baby-proofed it, civilian. Quit yer worryin'. We got a ways to go before the kid is up and at em anyway."

To compensate for my hiatus, Felix and Calhoun had their baby! A little girl!))

Do either of you have any preferences for the baby's gender?

"Not a single one!" Felix smiled, "But...we had a girl, so!"

Who's running the show in Hero's Duty while you're out, Sarge? Are you able to communicate with them from Felix's game during work hours?

"I ain't gonna be out for long, civilian. A new concession stand is being put in the arcade so it's closed for a few days, anyhow. I caught a lucky break."
