Dorm Hierarchy & Ranking System
The dorm’s ranking system is built around strength, elemental mastery, and combat prowess. Every student’s rank reflects their skill, discipline, and dedication to the principles of the Kamidogu.
1. Dorm Leader (The Supreme Champion)/Fuyuki Hayami
• The strongest warrior in the dorm, chosen through combat trials and elemental mastery.
• Wields the Dorm Sigil, signifying ultimate authority.
• Has final say on dorm affairs, duels, and punishments.
• Can issue Elemental Challenges to test a student’s worthiness.
2. Vice Dorm Leader (The Guardian of Balance)/Harumi Hideako
• Second-in-command, acting as an advisor to the Dorm Leader.
• Oversees training, dorm discipline, and rank promotions.
• Resolves disputes between students and enforces the Dorm Rules.
• Often specializes in a different element than the Dorm Leader to maintain balance.
3. The Elemental Champions (Elite Fighters of the Kamidogu)
• There are six Champions, each representing a different Kamidogu Element:
• Fire Champion – The aggressive enforcer of the dorm.
• Water Champion – The strategist and adaptive fighter.
• Earth Champion – The defensive wall of the dorm.
• Air Champion – The swiftest and most unpredictable warrior.
• Darkness Champion – A master of deception and shadows.
• Light Champion – A warrior of precision and unwavering discipline.
• Champions act as mentors to students specializing in their element.
• Only the most skilled fighters can claim these titles, often through tournaments or duels.
4. Upper-Rank Warriors (Elite Disciples)
• Students who have proven themselves in combat and elemental mastery.
• Assigned leadership roles, overseeing training of lower-ranked members.
• Can challenge Elemental Champions to claim their title.
5. General Dorm Members (Aspirants & Trainees)
• New recruits and lower-ranked students still proving themselves.
• Expected to train hard and participate in dorm activities.
• Must pass trials to move up in rank.
6. Trial Initiates (Freshmen & Unranked Students)
• Newcomers who must prove their worth before being assigned an element.
• Required to complete the Initiation Trials to earn their first rank.
• Have no elemental affiliation until they pass.
Promotion System
• Students must challenge higher-ranked members in Elemental Duels.
• The Dorm Leader & Vice Dorm Leader oversee promotions.
• Champions can only be replaced by defeating the current Champion in a Rite of Combat.
• Breaking dorm rules or failing trials can result in demotions.
This system ensures constant competition, honor, and growth within the dorm, making it a true warrior's domain.

Kombaelam Dorm Overhaul
Dorm Overview:
The dorm's core themes could revolve around combat mastery, honor, and balance, echoing Mortal Kombat’s emphasis on fierce competition but also the idea of a greater balance between realms. Each student would be trained in different styles of fighting or wield unique elemental powers.
Dorm Motto: Strength in Unity, Power in Kombat
Dorm Structure:
Training Arena: The dorm would feature an elaborate training ground where students practice their combat skills. Like the arenas in Mortal Kombat, this space could have different stages—icy platforms, fiery pits, or mystical temples—representing various styles.
Meditation Chamber: A room for spiritual and mental training, where students find balance between their powers and their inner peace, similar to the meditative nature of characters like Raiden or Liu Kang.
Elemental Zones: Dorm members are split into groups based on elemental affinities like Fire, Ice, Thunder, Earth, and Shadow. Each element would have its own hall where students can practice and hone their specific powers.
Dorm Exterior Design
The dorm's exterior resembles a fortified temple, built to reflect strength and power. The structure is influenced by Shaolin temple architecture, with an imposing entrance flanked by stone statues of warriors or dragons. The rooflines have sweeping, pointed arcs, and the walls would feature intricate carvings representing the elemental forces—fire, ice, lightning, and earth. The colors are bold, like black, gold, and red to evoke a sense of danger and honor.
Main Gate: Large double doors with the dorm's sigil etched into them, guarded by stone warriors.
Courtyard: Before entering the dorm, a large training courtyard would be visible, surrounded by flame-lit torches and stone pillars. It's has a martial arts ring or sparring areas for open combat practice.
---
Interior Design
The dorm's interiors is a balance between combat readiness and spiritual mastery, blending practical spaces for training with areas meant for mental and magical reflection.
Main Hall: A grand hall with a massive mural depicting a legendary battle, representing the history of the Mortal Kombat realms. The floor is made of black stone, polished to reflect the light of flickering torches and glowing elemental symbols embedded into the walls. Statues of legendary fighters and drawings of mythical creatures are in line the walls.
---
Combat Rooms: Different rooms would be dedicated to each elemental style
Fire Room: Lava pools, flames emerging from the walls, and charred stone floors for practicing fire-based techniques.
Ice Room: Frost-covered pillars and walls, with icy platforms where ice-based combatants practice.
Thunder Room: Electric conduits running along the walls, with platforms designed to channel and withstand strikes of lightning.
Earth Room: Stone platforms that can rise or shift during combat, representing the strength and adaptability of earth-based fighters.
Shadow Room: A dimly lit chamber where shadow fighters practice stealth and agility in near-darkness.
---
Dorm Rooms:
Each dorm member’s personal room would reflect their chosen element. For example:
Fire-themed room: Walls accented in reds and oranges, with decorative flames along the ceiling and heat radiating stones.
Ice-themed room: Blues and whites dominate, with cool lighting and ice-like crystals embedded in the furniture.
Thunder-themed room: Bright flashes of yellow and blue, with metallic surfaces that give off an electric feel.
Each room would have minimalist but practical decor—mats for meditation, weapon racks, and a study area reflecting the balance between martial and mental discipline.
---
Special Rooms:
Training Grounds: The dorm would have an expansive indoor-outdoor area for sparring matches and combat training. These arenas would take inspiration from Mortal Kombat stages—stone arenas, fiery pits, and ice-covered platforms. The areas could be magically enhanced to simulate different environments and tests of strength.
Meditation Chambers: A sacred, quiet space dedicated to mental focus, discipline, and inner reflection. It has calming elements—soft lighting, incense, elemental fountains (like a small fire or flowing water)—where members can meditate on their skills and mental balance.
Elemental Shrines: At the center of the dorm, there would be shrines dedicated to each elemental power. Students come here to pay respects or seek guidance from the powers associated with their elements. These shrines would glow with the energy of their respective elements (fiery embers for fire, icy blue for ice, etc.).
---
Color Scheme:
Primary Colors: Black, red, and gold to signify strength, honor, and the intensity of combat.
Accent Colors: Elemental hues for different areas (fire-red, ice-blue, thunder-yellow, earth-brown, shadow-purple).
---
Lighting & Decorations:
Torch-lit Corridors: The hallways and common areas would be lit by flame-torches or glowing orbs, casting dramatic shadows.
Weapon Displays: The dorm would feature weapon racks and displays of traditional combat gear—swords, kunai, bo staffs—used by legendary fighters.
Banners and Scrolls: Hanging banners in bold colors (red, gold, black) with the dorm’s sigil and ancient combat proverbs to remind students of their commitment to strength and honor.
NPC Uniform
Students' uniforms would resemble martial arts outfits with sleek designs reflecting their combat focus. They could have long, flowing robes or fighting gear with armor accents. Each student's outfit could bear their elemental affiliation through subtle color accents, like a red sash for fire, a blue belt for ice, etc.
Elemental Outfits: Dorm uniforms have different color schemes and accents depending on which Kamidogu a student aligns with. For instance:
Fire-aligned students have red and gold embroidery on their robes.
Water-aligned students have flowing, wave-like patterns in blue.
Earth-aligned students have more practical, rugged textures with green or brown accents.
@hourglassstationacademy @fumikomiyasaki I'm doing the a Komabealm overhaul. This is just the dorm and the NPC Students.

I swear to god, I adore that moment of heartbreak Justice Lord!Batman has when he believe’s that Wally is dying and the way he flies out of his chair because you can just see how he’s thinking “No,no,no, not again, please not again” because he’s already see his Wally die and just when he has hope he may have found another that might fill the gaping hole his Wally left in his world he believes, just for a second, that he may lose him all over again and he can’t go through that again, he just can’t. In this universe, the Justice League died the day Wally did, without him they became just like the people they were fighting against, they became the Justice Lords. And just when Bruce has a tiny sliver of hope that maybe, just maybe, this Wally could fix things, for them all, his heart stops beating and in that split second Bruce is terrified it’s all going to fall apart again.
Justice League was such a good show because although it was for kids, it had moments that when you look at more closely are terrible and complex and damn heartbreaking.
/ okay end of rant now.
forever shipping Justice Lord!Batman/Flash okay, I’ve read too meny fics on these two and I just have too meny feelings okay.

Name: Keiichi Takahiro
TWST From: Kenshi Takahashi
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Voice Actor: Masaku Morita
Hair Color: Black
Eye Color Black (before ???) Grey (after ???)
Professional Information
Dorm: Kombaealm
Year: 2nd
Class: Class-2A
Student Status: A second year
Club: Fencing Club
Home: Queendom of Roses/Rose Kingdom
Likes: Tea, helping the younger members of his dorm, reading, writing and sword fighting
Dislikes: Overblots, loudness and Cater
Unique Magic: Telekinetic Bind
This magic allows Keiichi to bind the opponent in blue spiritual engery, making it so that they're unable to attack for a limited amount of time. 1 minute when the opponent is at full health. 3-5 minutes when the opponent is at low health.
Fun Facts
His magic is mainly associated with the color blue as a reference to Kenshi's telekinesis which was always blue color (minus Possessed Variation).
His UM can be broken faster by the start of the Overblots and against stronger opponents. For Example, Fuyuki can break it faster than Harumi can, but Harumi can break it faster than Milan can.
His eyes become grey making it look like he's blind, but he's not. It happens during the clash with Milan.
His favorite weapon of choice is Wakizashi blade.
He doesn't hold any negative feelings towards Milan, but it does take him awhile to build their acquaintances status back up again.
