Indeed! Gelf, Itanta, and others live in another galaxy than we do. Actually, it's more like a parallel galaxy...hrm, I am not so well versed in such science, but they are able to visit our galaxy. They are quiet rare!

Much apologies for the absence! But yes, my parents and siblings were lost in a shuttle accident. There was an oxygen leak which ignited, killing everyone aboard. I was spared because I was practicing for a play at my school. So I was taken in by my Grammy, who raised me since then. She lives at my house, and now it is up to me to care for her!

"Bringing about a new nano-goo formula or a trap is a long process. First our team of technicians and beta-testers must make sure it would be safe and viable for a customer. At this stage several tests are conducted in which safety features are tested and installed. After we get the go ahead from the tech team that it would be safe for public use, we use ad services to request volunteers for testing. We explain exactly what we are testing, so there is no surprises, and sometimes we even get repeat volunteers! After that, we can make it avalible for the public!"

Oh my! Sometimes my employees might leave a section of nanogoo 'unfrozen' (nanogoo can be solidified into bricks and then reactivated to make them fluid again). Falling into the goo isn't so bad, but when you need to get to an investor meeting, it can make you a bit late!

You must understand that we are built to deal with arctic conditions. Dirty fur meant cold fur, so we evolved to be hyper clean. Must like Earth cats. We all hate to get wet for the same reasons, so we enjoy dry shampoos that can be brushed out of our fur. I spend about three hours a day keeping myself clean!

Very rarely does anyone cause any trouble. But sometimes patrons, especially the carnivore ones, can sometimes well....get 'over excited'. Mr.Kayes and Mr.Shinaru are there to keep everyone safe and orderly when on the premises.

Mr.Kayes is an ex lawmen that wanted a change of scenery, and Mr.Shinaru practices a form of martial art that comes in handy around here!

We indeed need many people behind the scenes to keep everything running safely and smoothly. Before the place can even open, several diagnostic checks must be made on all the equipment to keep things safe for the patrons. Mostly our techies work unseen, repairing what malfunctions and upgrading equipment. Sometimes they even have ideas for traps that our patrons may enjoy! I don't know where this place would be without our diligent and much loved Techies! You can send in an application, as we always have spots needing to be filled!

Wraiths. End of story. They are perhaps the most....well....enthusiastic of our customers. They always show up in groups. And they often request strange and unusual things. Like one time a Wraith asked one of the employees to flush them down a toilet. Once a Wraith got into the nano goo tanks and ate so much of it they got too fat to float. We tend to lose a lot of equipment because they eat them. So yes, the whole species is unusual, but at least they are polite about it.
