Hello! Tis I again with another question! I noticed that you sometimes take on a caring and fatherly role to Mac, and sometimes Bloo, which strikes the question: Has anyone ever called you "dad" or even "mom", whether it be unironically or accidentally?

Quite a few times actually, yeah! Sometimes we get really REALLY young visitors at Foster’s, y’know like little kids that are 5 or even 2 years old. I’m sorry but I can’t really explain why this phenomenon happens, but often times toddlers will just mistake some imaginary friends to be their parents. I’m not sure if it’s because we act or look similar to their parents but y’know it happens, we just smile and laugh about it, no big deal! I’d say aboutttttt half of the imaginary friends at Foster’s have been mistaken as parents by toddlers.

As for Bloooo, he does call me dad and mom sometimes but it’s always in a ‘you’re bothering me right now could you go away’ kind of attitude. Y’know, like when people go “Thanks, Mom” in a reeeeeaaalll sarcastic way?

Mac did call me ‘dad’ once. I was helping him get the basketball into the hoop since he was struggling a bit that day and I wanted him to score another point since he was feeling a little down from school. That’s when he accidentally called me ‘dad.’ I mean, even though it was an accident I thought it was very sweet of him to say that. But I could tell he was feeling embarrassed since he kept apologizing for it and apologizing is my job haha! I kind of wanted to ask him about it but I don’t think he wants to talk about it, and that’s okay. But now that I’ve mentioned it to you, please don’t tell anyone else about this. This is kind of a thing between me and Mac, not even Ed, or Coco, or Frankie, or Mr.H, or Bloo knows about it. And I’m sorry, but if word got out to Bloo especially, he would just tell the whole house about it and I don’t think Mac would like that very much.

Mac and Jordan are two totally different kids in both appearance and personality, but I was wondering....have you ever seen Mac do something that reminded you of your creator? (maybe before the big reunion in the movie, when some internal issues still had to be resolved?)

Kind of? I mean, I’ve never seen Mac do something exactly like Jordan. But like Jordan, he’s a genuinely good kid. They’re both very generous even towards other people who are completely different from them. Like how Mac treats us imaginary friends like people instead of... well I don’t wanna say it, but let’s just say not all folks are fond of imaginary friends, is that okay?

Jordan loved to feed the stray cats in his neighborhood, even if some cats weren’t always friendly towards him. I was kind of reminded of that the other day when I saw Mac share his snacks with Fluffer Nutter.

But uhhh, don’t tell Fluffer Nutter I said that please! I’m sorry to ask that, but I don’t want her to think I’m comparing her to a cat y’know? I mean I know she’s not a cat, she’s clearly a squirrel and um... I’m sorry, I think I’m rambling again, sorry!!

Wilt what do you think about investing in Beanie babies

That’s definitely more of Ed’s thing. As cute as I find these little toys, I’m sorry but I don’t understand how they wind up racking in so much money! I don’t think I’m personally gonna try investing in them if that’s okay. Just not in my wheelhouse. If anything, Mr.H is still trying to learn how to invest in them, with Ed’s guidance of course!!

((Sooo this is kind of a long winded way of saying I might answer asks as Mac in the future but that would be waaaaaay further into the future and it's not guaranteed I'll get to it. I've skipped the past few April's because I've been busy with other things outside of this blog, like school, drawing other things, etc.))

((I'm not sure if I actually will revisit the April Fool's idea since it takes a bit more work to do than the usual Wilt asks. ))

Hi Wilt! Just curious, have you met any imaginary friends at fosters that look really human? Like if you put them next to a normal human you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Or the imaginary friend would just look like a human in some sort of mask or costume.

Definitely! There’s quite a few imaginary friends that look human but are in fact, 100% imaginary. These three are an example. I’m sure you might already know em but just in case you don’t, I’ll introduce em to ya if that’s okay!! First one that’s closest to me is Goofball, Frankie really didn’t like him at first but they’re pretty chill with each other now. In the middle is Prince Charming, who uhh also has relations with Frankie! Well, I mean not really, actually it’s a lot more one sided, with him crushing on her but Frankie’s just not interested, and um, is that okay, does that make sense? Well anyways, last but not least is Frankie!! Not exactly our human Frankie that we all know and love but imaginary Frankie!! One of the kids who visited Foster’s I guess really liked Frankie sooooo he imagined up one for himself I guess!! Buuuut his parents did not like her at all and so she stayed at Foster’s for a little while. She’s adopted now though and acts as a big sister to the little girl that adopted her!

Man I’m realizing that these guys all had some kinda thing to do with Frankie... huh..

I wouldn’t say I’m cool. I mean sureee, not everyone can throw a basketball in the hoop without looking or kick the ball into the hoop, or use their eye stalk to get the ball into the hoop or- oh I guess not everyone can do that, sorry! It’s hard to say which is my favorite basketball trick, sometimes I just enjoy playing the game as is!! Buuuuuttt, I guess one of my most fun ones is doing something I like to call the ‘swan dive!’ I don’t know if it actually has anything to do with swans, it just, feels graceful like a swan I guess? Is that okay, does that make sense? It’s basically where I just mid run, stop, bow down all slow like, and then quickly throw the ball into the hoop!! I know it probably doesn’t sound as cool as my other tricks, but I still enjoy this one quite a bit if that’s okay!

And yes I can do a cartwheel! It’s a bit harder doing it with just one arm. Definitely took a loooooot of practice to get the hang of cartwheeling again. But yeah I can do cartwheels now! I don’t really do em that much though if that’s okay! Only when people request to see em

Hello! this blog looks super cute uwu💕 i have a few questions lgbtq+ related, 1#, i just want to get this out of the way because you have said you are not comfy with telling people bout' your crushes,but have you ever had some sort of crush on ed or coco? 2#, do people know your pansexual? and if they do now, when did you come out? 3#,gender related, since on this blog you cross dress sometimes, what is your gender identity and pronouns?

Yeahhh, I used to have a little crush on Ed a really long time ago, if that’s okay to mention! It was like, a year or two before Coco arrived at Foster’s if I remember correctly. Ed’s just always been a real sweetheart ever since he arrived at Foster’s and I loved that about him. In a sense he was braver than most imaginary friends, being so open about his feelings, even the negative ones. I don’t have those kinds of, romantic feelings for him anymore, if that’s okay. Right now I just see him as a really good friend.

As for Cocoooo, I’m sorry, but she’s... just not my type. And I don’t think anyone at Foster’s is her type either! I’m actually not sure if I even want to know what her type is...

Only a select few of people in my life know I’m pansexual. It’s not because of anything bad!! Just that I’m not super open about it, if that’s okay. The only times I’ll let anyone know about it is if they ask, otherwise my lips are sealed. I mean, it’s not important for them to know right? Is that okay? The only people who know I’m pansexual are Ed, Coco, Frankie, a few other imaginary friends you guys probably wouldn’t know, and now Mac! He’s such a smart kid, he just, one day out of nowhere guessed that I was pan!!

I just use he/him pronouns! As for gender identityyyy, y’know, I’m not sure! I’ve just always been masculine presenting since it’s what my creator viewed me as.

Wilt, how do you and the others even put up with Duchess? I feel like she’d be horrible to deal with

Oh she IS horrible to deal with! Honestly, if we all had the choice, none of us would want anything to do with Duchess. She bosses around anyone she talks to and makes them do things that she could easily do by herself. Like making me brush her teeth, or making me hang up a really ugly painting in her room, making Frankie carry her down the stairs, making Ed cry so she can use his tears to remove her makeup, I could go on.

I’m sorry, this isn’t the healthiest method to deal with Duchess, but it seems like it’s the only method to deal with Duchess. And that method is to make Duchess someone else’s problem. For as long as Duchess continues to lives at Foster’s, she will always make herself someone’s problem.

Oh you’ll have to forgive Ed, he’s a lil shy around people he doesn’t know! But I’ll still answer your questions for him, based on what he told me earlier today if that’s okay!!

He says ‘gracias,’ for asking how he’s doing! He’s been collecting a new set of Beanie Baggies, although he says they’re not as cute as the old ones. Still scared of spiders, but at least he’s gotten a bit braver around butterflies! Ed got a new sketchbook recently that he wants me to talk about, it hasss glitter and umm kittens puking rainbows on the cover? Oh, and it came with a free pen that lights up when he writes. It’s a cute pen but it’s very bright aaaaand it makes it a little hard to sleep when he uses it at night.

Bloo still messes with him sometimes but Ed figured out the way to get him to stop is to just threaten to break his paddle balls, which is a liiiiiittle bit mean but I also can’t blame Ed honestly.

I’m sorry, but I think the younger imaginary friends are great!! They make for awesome company for the much younger kids that visit Foster’s!! I personally don’t really interact with them as much as Ed does since I’m a bit more busy helping out with other areas of the house. But the younger imaginary friends adore Ed, he’s such a good and responsible playmate for them!!

Oh and uhhh Cheese lives with us. Permanently. Forever. Unless someone adopts him. Actually, can one of you come swing by and adopt him if that’s okay? I promise he’s an awesome imaginary friend and so is Duchess, please please please please please please please please adopt them.

Humanized Wilt for a day?

((I think that would be fun to do!! I dunno if I would have a humanized version of him answering asks. How do you play basketball when you're the same height as the hoop? Do you play normally or do you modify the game a bit so it's easier?

I just play however I feel like, if that’s okay!! I haven’t had any difficulties playing basketball, no matter the height of the hoop. Sorry if it sounds like I’m flexing! The only time I’ll modify my play style is if I’m playing with people at different skill levels. I wanna give beginners at basketball a chance, y’know?

Do characters kids make up and draw count as imaginary friends? Do people OCs count?

Um, wellllll the answer is a liiiiiiittle complicated. I’m assuming ‘OCs’ stands for Original Characters right? Soooo if you draw them out, whether it’s on paper or on the computer, they don’t become imaginary friends, they just stay as drawings. But, if you think about them, as in like, actively try to imagine them, then they become imaginary friends! Like how when Jordan imagined me for example!! He didn’t write or draw anything to create me. He just thought one day, ‘Man I wish I had someone that could help me get better at basketball!’ and just like that, I’ve been imagined! So in other words, the answer is yes and no!! Sorry if it’s still a bit confusing, but I hope that explanation helped at least a little bit? Oh by the way, I didn’t make this drawing, one of Mac’s classmates did and they uh, gave it to me?
