I am no longer taking classes that I can't possibly get through, nor am I in the middle of really difficult tests.  I also have completed artwork and writing that I have been meaning to do, which means I've got free times.  And what does that mean?

It means I'm here.  :D  For at least a bit.))

Akari felt her own cheeks heat up at that.  She wasn't cute!  Madoka was the cute one!  I mean, look at those soft pink pigtails and the big eyes and small hands and sweet smile and gosh!  Akari was not as cute as her, not nearly so!  Being as she thought that, she shook her head, banishing her blush from her cheeks.

"I'm not the cute one, Madoka-chan!  You are!  You're adorable, in fact!"

The look given to her was surprising, to say the least, but getting pulled closer in her current position made her mind slightly fuzzy. Understanding of the reasoning was lost in the puppy pout, which she tried really hard to resist. Shutting her eyes tight and shaking her head, the pinkette objected yet again to the fact, which she denied to be a fact even though it obviously was.

“I-I’m not cute, Akari-chan, you are!”

Akari smiled and nuzzled her some more before she realized what the girl just said.  Akari pouted slightly at this before putting her chin on the other's shoulder, looking up to her with an almost glower adorning her face.  She gave the pink haired girl a squeeze on the shoulder, pulling her all the closer.  She would not allow today to pass by without Madoka admitting that she was cute!  It just wasn't right!

"Noooo, Madoka-chan, you're saying it wrong..."  Her annoyed pout slowly transformed into a puppy dog pout.  "You're cute, you're cute!"

If there was any way to shrink into yourself, Madoka would probably be doing that right now, to be able to escape the embarrassment from the obvious ecstatic air around Akari right now. Feeling arms wrap around her shoulders, as well as the other girl nuzzling into it and letting out tiny giggles, the only big positive about that position was that her friend wasn’t able to see the massive blushing anymore. Which, to nobodies surprise, became even brighter with the claim that she was cute. But still… She couldn’t help but smile a bit from the happiness of the other.

“A-Akari-chan, n-n-no I’m n-not…”

Akari practically jumped for joy.  Madoka had admitted it!  She had said that Akari had won!  She won, won! The girl scooted over to the other and wrapped her arms around her shoulders, nuzzling into her shoulder while letting out some tiny giggles.  "You're so cute, Madoka-chan!"

She gave up. Her face was glowing red from all the compliments being thrust upon her, which were especially effective since she was so unused to it due to her self-seclusion. That was… Far more compliments than she was even close to being able to handle all at once.

“A-Akari-chan wins…”

Akari felt strangely all the the more flustered.  At least in Chitose's fantasies, she got to be happy with her big sister.  Well, not that she wasn't right now, but... but... she could hold hands with her... and cuddle with her...  and hug her tightly... and... and perhaps... k... k... k... oh gosh, it was too much to even think!  She went so bright red.

Akari couldn't help but stifle a giggle at this, looking to her friend with a slight smile on her face.  Madoka was truly being silly.  There was no way that the red head would lose to her with such a petty response.

"Madoka-chan, you're absolutely and positively fabulous.  Oh, and wonderful.  You're, like, the best!" Akari exclaimed, grinning.

She couldn’t believe what she was hearing. Her friend was calling her all these things, and meaning them as well. It was insane. She couldn’t believe it! And being called a totally cool friend, at that? Lying there staring at the ceiling, she tried to formulate a response for all this that was being said.

“Akari-chan is… All those things… A-and more…”
