Ingredients: 1 lb ground chicken. 1/3 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 large egg. 6 cups chicken broth. 2 cups chopped carrots. 2 cups chopped celery. 2 cups chopped spinach. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, and ground chicken in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. Form the mixture into meatballs that are about an inch across. Warm up the chicken broth in a big pot over medium-low heat. Carefully add the meatballs to the broth that is already simmering. Then add the celery and carrots. After 10 to 12 minutes, the meatballs should be fully cooked and the vegetables should be soft. Add the chopped spinach and cook for another two to three minutes, until the spinach is wilted. Add pepper and salt to taste. Enjoy while hot!

In Singapore, a lot of people like Hae Mee, which is also called prawn noodles. The prawns and pork ribs in this recipe are cooked in a flavorful broth and served over yellow noodles.
Ingredients: 300g prawns, peeled and deveined. 300g pork ribs, chopped. 200g yellow noodles. 4 cups chicken stock. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 shallots, sliced. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 2 tablespoons shrimp paste. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 tablespoon chili paste. 1 tablespoon sugar. 1 teaspoon white pepper. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Spring onions, chopped, for garnish. Fried shallots, for garnish.
Instructions: Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced shallots, saut until fragrant. Add shrimp paste and chili paste, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add pork ribs and stir-fry until browned. Pour in chicken stock, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and white pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, blanch yellow noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside. Add prawns to the pot and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Add sesame oil to the pot and stir to combine. To serve, divide cooked noodles into bowls. Ladle the prawn and pork rib soup over the noodles. Garnish with chopped spring onions and fried shallots. Serve hot and enjoy!

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving. Serve the lemon garlic roast chicken hot, garnished with fresh lemon slices if desired.

This EASIEST FUDGE EVER! recipe is perfect for when you crave a sweet treat in no time. It requires just a few simple ingredients and minimal effort, making it a great option for last-minute desserts.
Ingredients: 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup chopped nuts optional.
Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8-inch 20x20 cm square baking pan, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off. Put the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave. To make the mixture smooth, microwave it for 30 seconds at a time and stir it each time. Do this until the chocolate and butter are completely melted. Add the vanilla extract and salt and mix them in well. You can add the chopped nuts if you want to. Pour the fudge mix into the baking pan that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. For at least two hours, or until it's firm, put the fudge in the fridge. Use the extra piece of parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the pan once it's set. To make the fudge, cut it into squares or rectangles. Serve and have fun!
