the power to speak your inner wisdom

How much freedom do you feel to speak accordance your inner wisdom? Is it with ease and grace that you simply speak the truth from within? What if all the barriers at communication level were removed? Wow! Can you imagine?

What stops us in the direction to sincere communication? Firstly there are the experiences of the past. Many lightworkers have been denounced by speaking and acting on deep insights, that happens centuries-long. Fear came to be treated again in the same way. If we raise our frequency, we have to look to these blockages which we have created by ourself. It ask courage to recognize the fear, to see it, to radiate with the love of our heart and to take steps from our deep inner core to pass the emotion of fear. We have to stand firm in the knowledge that life is eternal.

In addition patterns, programs, beliefs have crept in in all directions so that we no longer succeed in communication from heart to heart. We have to look to our beliefs, many of those beliefs take place in the subconscious. Little by little we can regain sight by raising our frequency, by being alert to what we are thinking, feeling, saying and by focusing on who we really are. I am. There are simple paths that contribute to that. It is also good to get into the energy, presence, frequency of Light beings and places who support and rise the consciousness of humanity. Always we have to feel what resonates with us and what is not. At the same time it is important to be open for new possibilities.

Writing about ideas is also a possibility, it creates more space to tune in on heart level and to let it flow from there, it can be a bridge to authentic speaking.

To support ourself we can create a field of loving open communication around us, just think that and bath in that energy for a few minutes.  If we are focused we get the support that we need.

There is a need for simple loving talks of truth with each other. It brings Light, as music or art can do. More and more people are searching truth, essence, sometimes still unconsciously. It is supportive when there are fellow human beings who have the courage to speak their inner wisdom with that the essence of the other can be touched, open up. People can discover by this their own essence and to start living and experiencing it themselves.

life themes

Do you have also a life theme that constantly pull you and push you? Not knowing what to do with it, searching, despairing, trial and error, impotence, fighting with it, thoughts and emotions are passing and at one moment getting the idea ‘I went through this now’. Yet same circumstances repeat them, it comes again in front of you, again the view is blurred and obscured around this theme. And at one day intense insight, understanding ‘that's how I deal with it, that's how it should be, that’s how I can stand in this according to who I am truly’. It is integrated.

Challenges in our lives are not unplanned guests that we encountered by chance. We came up with pre-agreed themes in this incarnation which we choose ourselves in consultation to work through them. It is our being who have chosen this and then the being undergoes this by attracting circumstances, people, a suitable body and character. It is our deep choice to work through this to the depth, to see through this and then to arrive into great love, healed, experienced, in full understanding and in total forgiveness to all actors needed  on the stage to work this theme out deeply.

Back to the primal source, again and again to the essence of life so that things can reorganize, rewrite and come to an understanding. How tolerant are we to all those events that happen to us? How much do we trust that this is the best path for us? We just have to continue to raise our frequency, to connect to the supreme. This happen not only for ourselves, we are connected with the whole universe and beyond, we serve the greater whole. What you work out is a great service. So thanks to you!

Intense times are going on and are coming, we have to stand firm with courage, many people will be confronted with there own themes who not yet worked out in an intensive way. To hold and rise our vibration is of major importance.

silence

Nothing to say, no words are valuable, nothing to touch, nothing to create, nothing to reach, nothing to organise, nothing to let go. I am. Silence is. It is full,  it is the contact with the very essence of life.

Actions and movement with attention, with love, with care, with gratitude, fully present, here and now, touching everything with clear awareness, it is a way to enter silence.

Emotions and thoughts are most welcome! No problem at all. No fight with them. Yes, our mind can be very noisy but thoughts can be observed. We are aware of the emotions who are pushing and pulling. Focused on awareness is the point.

It ask courage, it is a choice again and again till the day it is natural. No need to blame ourself when we jumped fully in an emotion of thought. The moment we realize it, it is the moment we can return to the silence. If we continue moment by moment, day by day, week after week,... sure the connection to silence is coming stronger.

Our inmost mate is the silence, so near that we ignore it.

investigation

In past days very deep rooted old beliefs were in my field and knocking at the door to be seen and to be felt with an open heart as well the emotions who are connected with that.

If we are unconscious of what is going on, the reaction can be to run away from it. More food, more busy, nervous, more contacts, more television, more internet, social media, more thoughts are all signs of our resistance.

While something is in the upper layer that needs attention it keep us away from flowing, from joy, we feel not well, out of sorts, we attracting unpleasant situations to put it clear.

Shame, dwelling too much on outer circumstances, blaming ourself, keeping others or situations responsible for what is coming up in ourself are keeping us away to really investigate in ourself why we attract something. What is inside that is not in alignment with the Source, our through nature? Is what we believe the Truth?

It ask courage to allow it and to go through again and again. Nevertheless it is a moment where major breakthroughs can come if we allow it. Everybody have this kind of depths. It is natural and a necessary part to be able to come deeper in touch with who we throughly are.

At the moment we recognize and allow to come aware of the underlying pain, the emotions, the deep rooted conviction, the attachment, the expectations and to go through we give up our resistance, it is a moment of relief. Presence is the key. Again and again.

This can be a very intensive process at one time so important to give space to this process. Nothing more important on the way to know ourself and to find freedom.

sing!

I love to sing while taking shower, while cooking, cleaning the house, on the bicycle.

It is relaxing the bodysystem. If we freely let go our voice, giving ourself totally while singing, it doesn’t matter what, with our whole heart, just in that moment, it can do wonders. Therefor we have to leave all mindcomments about voice, tune, rhythm and all the comments of others in the past about this subject related to our qualities. If we manage to sing with full attention sure it brings joy and joy is a value of the source, so we are coming home and we add light to light, love to love. It service to humanity

If I sing on my bicycle, often I get a smile from those on my way. It gives immediately impact to the others as well. It is a spark of light that we share if our singing is in a natural flow.

If we dare to sing just on syllables in an own creation and in an own tune like it is coming out of our mouth in that moment without thinking it becomes an expression of our inner world. Singing through all the layers is great, in that we accept and sing our emotions as a human being and we give space to our inner child. If we go through all it can comes to a very authentic song, a song of our soul, a primal song. So beautiful to do because it supports transformation.

When we look to the african people and many other native cultures we can see that the rhythm and the beat of their songs affects very clear the impulse of the their bodies. That is so nice to see but also nice to allow that aspect as well while we singing. It gives a stronger connection to the Earth. We can use a drum. The groove will even stronger.

Did you ever have seen the movie ‘As it is in Heaven? ‘. My favorite! All about singing, accepting, to be present in voice & song and the movement that can happen in ourself when we go for it.

responsibility for a new humanity

We are the creators of a new humanity. How can we take part of that? What can we do? There are many ways to take responsibility to change this world.

The first responsibility that we have is always our contact with the source connection and our inner healing. That connection is the real power to a new humanity. We have to rise our own vibration. So meditation and all kind of ways to stay in touch with who we truly are is necessary. All is flowing out of this.

We have to believe in the new. We must create the best of the best in our heart-mind-connection. Our minds in contact with the heart are very powerful. There it starts, it is the concept. Even if you don’t take action with your ideas you are creating space for the new. So be wild in your ideas. Suddenly there will be a doorway for the new ideas who are directly born out of the heart and gives respect to each living being.

In a practical way there are different types of taking responsibility. It doesn’t matter what kind of expression you give, we have all our own mission. Nothing is less or more.

Service to our fellow man is this also service to the new humanity? Of course, any service where we act with the soft power of our being is adding light to light and is spreading sparks of light among others.

Inner work is needed too. Pouring love innerly to individuals/ groups who are stuck in patterns, who have difficulty releasing the old and in particular fear in our world. It is a powerful silent work. It requires focus. Unconditional.

when it is difficult

Our life can be quite challenging even when we live with the best intention. Physical problems coming up or some are coming worser, tiredness or exhaustion, difficult situations or relations can be there.

I found a quote of Therisia of Avila ‘It is foolish to think that we can enter heaven without entering ourselves.’. The heaven is the fifth dimension And higher where unconditional love will be our tool. Our mind and feelings will be in service of our heart. The energy of the 5th dimension is already around our planet. Now it wants to be materialized on the earth. But this ask a lot of us. We have to realize this all together.

While we enter ourselves surrendering is necessary. Don’t fight but go through it. Accept it. Let us say ‘Thank you’. Know that we go forward, not backwards. Working through this is the biggest service.

Remember that we are not the body, not the emotions, not the pain, not the patterns, not the past and not the future but that ‘we are’. Say ‘I Am’. All what we can observe is not what we are. We are a being of Light and Love who is one with the Source.

Open your heart to vibrate love to those who are confronted you with the old stuff or those who created a situation for you in the past. Remember we choosed this life to learn to come home through all experiences and to remember who we truly are and to serve humanity. So nobody to blame and everybody is served with love. Again and again I may experience this. So beautiful.

We can work with the inner child. Bring a candle to your inner child who is sitting still in a dark corner. You can talk to it, you can explain the child that it is pure love, that it have done nothing wrong, that it not must earn love, that it is surrounded with love and is loved, give it your hand, take it on your lap, guide it, repeat who it is truly, until it is free, until it is a joyful and a playing child.

When something is so difficult and unclear what is coming up or you tend to push it away because there is so much fear give it to yourself to find the support of someone who can guide you through, who can look from a distance through the whole story and can show you the inner core. It is courageous!

fire

The beauty of fire is attractive to me. In India I have had many times the honor to be part of vedic rituals with fire. It were ceremony’s of an hour, several hours, a full day and some were going on for days. It is a very old tradition to do yagna’s and to offer rice, flowers, sugar, nuts, gheebutter and several other ingredients together with the recitation of mantras silent or pronounced. The ashes of this fires, known as vibhuti, are contributed to people as a gift and they contain the power off the fire ritual. I visit also a place in the Himalayas where they keep already for 400 years the fire going on day and night.

Why is fire such an important part in the ancient traditions? All their rituals are connected with the five elements and the planets. Fire is connected with the sun and have a tremendous power, it is prana, lifepower. Fire purifies on all levels and activate the energetic system. It transform the emotional consciousness to peace.

Deep inside I feel fire have a very big impact, it supports transformation. When we go in communication with the element fire or when we offer the best ingredients or we give our full presence to the fire or when we recite mantras nearby or when we give our respect or when we meditate nearby a big dynamic is going on. Fire have spiritual secrets. It is not possible to describe all what is going on.

Deep in my heart, I hope in the fifth dimension of humanity here on earth, fire will be honored again a in every town and village. I hope we learn our children how to behave with fire, practical as well as spiritual. If they learn the holy qualities and the importance of fire we will make a step forward.
