Look, I have 50 states, and, uhh... 1, 2, 3... 16 territories. Granted, only five of those have human inhabitants and personifications that I am aware of, but still! I can't afford to play favorites!

(Hawaii knows how to play cute to convince all the adult nations and 'older' states to get her free snacks. She's actually fairly old compared to a lot of states, but her physical age is around 7 human years. Alfred isn't sure why she has stayed so small compared to other states, but mostly blames himself, thinking that his nation's overthrowing of the Kingdom of Hawai'i back in the 1890s is possibly to blame. He found her in the aftermath of the annexation, suffering from memory loss, and did his best to give her a new home.)

(I am by no means an expert on Hawaiian history, as my studies never focused much on it, so if anyone knows more or has suggestions/corrections, please feel free to tell me.)

Alfred: "I decided to do another costume contest at my Halloween party this year! I tricked Artie into joining my team again. Ha! Too easy."

"Yes, I am the Flying Dutchman! Alfred convinced me to dress up with him and Arthur this year. Maybe next year we can pull more people into it."
