The headliners I guess?? I mean we're the only band to play all night so we're def like the MVP's. The set is a couple hours, but super chill with like breaks for drinks and stuff. It's just at a bar so not like profesh or anything. Gonna come along!? The theme is leather and dim lighting.

OOO exciting! How long is the set for? Are you guys the openers or headliners?

I can't wait to eat up that stage with you! But for real, don't even stress about it, man! They're gonna love you. Our old drummer was super flaky and the fill in we had totally didn't get any hate, so I think you'll be cool. So long as you're bringing that beat, that's all they'll care about for sure.

Hell yeah dude! It's gonna be awesome, I know we're going to kill it out there. Super excited to join you on stage, hopefully your existing fans weren't too attached to the old drummer.

That's not what I was saying. I kinda think you're taking things to the most drastic places right now. Pretty sure it's still like, encouraged that you do whatever you were doing before within reason. It's just also looking after you while you're cookin a little mini you. You’re right, I am minutes away from snapping, so I’d hope I’m not in the line of fire when that happens if I were you. Please, ask her if she minds the free designer dresses, elevated social status, and advice that honestly I could charge her for if I wanted to. I’m a saint to that girl because she has so much potential it’s insane. And relax, I’m not about to give you dating advice. Frankly, I’m hoping you’re your own unbearable self on the date so Dottie realises she can do better and ditches you. No, think of this as more of a threat; you can annoy her but don’t hurt or make a fool out of her.

Finding something that I actually enjoy singing in Glee Club is probs an easier question to answer. I guess anything from a musical...

Do you think your band can make it?

I wouldn't be in the band if I didn't believe with my everything that we could make it! Making and performing music is what I was made to do! I def have bandmates that can help me get there.

To say that Jeff had been wanting to hang out with Dottie would've been an understatement. But he had a cool persona to give off, and he wasn't about to forgo it now. Plus, he'd dragged Nick along and he just couldn't ditch his friend for the pretty girl that had caught his eye recently. So the night had gone along in an agonisingly slow rate. Sure, it had been fun winning the small amount that he had, and the bar was certainly a bonus, but he found himself scanning the room every so often in the hopes of catching her attention.

It seemed that Dottie was quicker than he to the jump, which Jeff was sure he'd hear an earful from Kitty about later. He couldn't help but beam as he looked down at her. "Hey!" He answered happily. "I've been looking for you."

In moments the cool, collected demeanour he possessed before faded, a blush making it's way to his cheeks. That had never happened before. "Aw, thanks Dots. I made sure to put in extra effort just for you." Taking in her outfit, he drew his lip between his lips. "You look bangin'. How many total babes have you have to fight off so far?" He asked in all seriousness. "My guess is like..." He hummed. "At least ten."

Had Dottie spent a decent portion of the night thus far looking for Jeff? Maybe so. But, like, casually. She'd scan the room, take a little sip of whatever the specialty cocktail at the bar had been (shoutout to being 21!), and pretend to know what was happening at the roulette table in front of her. And she was having a good night. Really.

But it was made better when she finally caught a glimpse of him. Eyes lighting up instantly, she did try to play it cool. She took her time making her way over, eager to at the very least say hello. Would they spend a decent amount of time together? Would she take Kitty's advice and ask him on a real date? She had no specific plans as she snuck up behind him, a murmured "hey" offered in greeting. Trusting her instincts for once, she followed things up with a compliment. "You clean up nice." @askjeffsterling

Dragging Nick along to his exes birthday party had seemed like a good plan at the time. Jeff was partial to letting loose, and he certainly thought it could be fun to gamble a little; to live the wild side like he often chose to.

That plan wouldn't work if Nick just shot off and bailed just minutes into the evening. Grabbing onto his friend's shoulders, he did his best to pull him back and towards one of the blackjack tables instead.

"You need to give it a chance, Nicky." He reprimanded, though his tone was light and didn't really convey being serious. "Gimme one hour to show you it's fun. If you don't see something or someone that tickles your fancy then I'll let you go."

How the two maintained their friendship at times despite being incredibly different people was a mystery. But maybe it had something to do with Nick grounding the rocker, whilst Jeff brought the muso out of his shell some.

When Nick thought of all of the possible ways that he could be spending that night, celebrating the birth of Sebastian Smythe hadn't been anywhere close to the top of his list. Homework, sitting in unfortunate silence and regretting his life choices, having to fistfight a bear... all preferable.

And yet there he was at the Bellemont Country Club, suited up and ready to go. Quite literally. It had only been a few minutes, but he was already eager to get out of there.

"Do you think he'll kick us out if he finds out I didn't get him a present?" he mused, attention turning to the only reason why he'd agreed to make an appearance. Of course Jeff Sterling had forced him to be social again. But maybe he hadn't actually been that successful...

"On second thought... I'm bored. Let's go," he made to leave. @askjeffsterling
